Ikutan tanya juga dong, BB anak saya (cewe, umur hampir 4thn) juga gak naik2, gak sampe 15kg, sedangkan saudara kembarnya cowo sekarang BB 20kg.Apa normal ya?? Anaknya aktif dan lincah,cuma kalo minum susu kurang suka (2x 120cc, kdg gak habis kalo gak dipaksa, sedangkan kembaranya 2x.250cc,kdg malam2 mau bobo minta lagi, tapi jarang saya kasih).Trus kalo yg cowo sewaktu makan nasi (begitu dibawakan nasi, kabur),sering gak bisa nelan, harus dibantu sama air (kalo pas ketemu makanan kesukaan,misalnya mie goreng,lancar kunyahnya) dan yg cewe ini kunyahnya lancar (gak perlu pake air) Mohon share kalo ada moms n dads yg pernah ketemu masalah beginigimana cara penangannya?? Buat saya sendiri sekarang nggak ada tuh post buat hura2 lagi, kosmetik aja yang Lancome sekarang ganti oriflame, ya sekalian bantu sodara yang jualan..hehe..cucian deh gue. makanya buat rekan2 di semarang yang punya lowongan level spv/ass mgr, bantu doonk.. kasian juga nih liat suami yang jadi pontang-panting nyari tambahan. mbak mesin cuci bagusnya beli merk yg ngetop gitu, biar awet (seperti sharp ato national) trus kalo yg otomatis memang gak banyak kerjaan (masukin baju kotor ama deterjen, tinggal jemur aja..) tapi ada jeleknya juga yaitu kalo airnya gak sampe batas/level tertentu, mesinnya gak mau jalan,so pemakaian air jadi banyak deh.. lain ama yg semi, air sebanyak apapun tetap jalan terusrepotnya ya harus angkat2 pindah ke tempat pengering saya sekarang pake yg otomatis merk samsung, tapi 'per' air otomatisnya sering macet, terakhir terpaksa ditunggui krannya kalo mo nyucikalo uda jalan, matiin krannya..begitu seterusnya... sorry kalo gak membantu... Namun setelah beberapa minggu, baru mulai kelihatan bahwa orang ini stress berat dan mulai meracau sendiri dan menghasut baby sitter atau pembantu yang lain. Menurut Yayasan dimana dia terdaftar, orang ini stess karena ditinggal suaminya dan dia memiliki ilmu hitam dan selalu mengajarkan dan mempraktekan ilmu hitam ini kepada pembantu atau baby sitter lainnya dengan meminta imbalan. Yang menjadi korban untuk praktek ilmu hitam ini selalu majikannya. Kedok pembantu ini terbuka ketika sedang memeras baby sitter atas imbalan jasa ilmu hitam yang diajarkan. Pembantu ini selalu menaruh sesuatu (maaf darah datang bulan) kedalam minuman majikannya. Namun akhirnya kedoknya ini terbuka dan terakhir dia bekerja di daerah Cileduk dan sudah dikeluarkan dari tempat bekerjanya. Karena, bisa menghambat pembentukan sperma yang berakibat kepada kemandulan. Walaupun dari namanya, komputer kecil ini digunakan dengan cara dipangku. Tapi bagi para pria muda, termasuk juga remaja pria sebaiknya tidak menggunakan laptop dengan cara tersebut. Karena hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kesuburannya atau dengan kata lain dapat menyebabkan kemandulan. Laptop yang dioperasikan dengan cara dipangku, akan menyebabkan suhu yang tinggi, yang dapat memanaskan daerah skrotum (buah pelir) sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas sperma dari seorang pria. Skrotum merupakan tempat pembuatan sperma. Dan suhu yang tinggi akan menghambat pembentukan sperma. Menurut jurnal Human Reproduction, pria muda yang menggunakan laptop beberapa kali dalam sehari selama beberapa tahun berisiko paling besar karena pada saat 15-20 tahun kemudian masalah baru akan timbul saat mereka berencana mempunyai keluarga. Belum diketahui dengan pasti berapa lama laptop dapat digunakan dengan aman. Dari 29 pria sehat yang menjadi sukarelawan, yang berusia antara 21-35 tahun, dilakukan pengukuran suhu skrotum, sebelum dan setelah penggunaan laptop dengan cara dipangku. Walaupun laptop tersebut tidak dinyalakan, hanya dengan dipangku saja, telah terjadi kenaikan suhu sekitar 2,1 derajat Celsius. Dan bila dinyalakan, maka terjadi kenaikan suhu sebesar 2,8 derajat Celsius pada sisi kanan dan 2,6 derajat Celsius pada sisi kiri. Hal ini menunjukkan suhu yang tinggi pada skrotum terjadi sebagai akibat posisi tubuh (kedua paha yang dirapatkan) dan efek panas dari laptop. Dua tahun lalu juga pernah dilaporkan, dimana seorang pria yang berusia sekitar 50 tahun mengalami luka bakar pada penis-nya saat menggunakan laptop selama 1 jam dengan cara dipangku. Naiknya temperatur pada skrotum cukup untuk menyebabkan perubahan pada parameter sperma tegas Dr. Yefim Sheynkin, seorang guru besar urology di State University of New York. Penggunaan (laptop) jangka panjang kemungkinan memiliki efek yang merusak pada kesehatan reproduksi para pria ujarnya. Bisa saja temperatur testikel akan naik tak berapa lama setelah laptop dinyalakan. Penelitian ini dimuat pada jurnal Human production. Pria dewasa dan mereka yang beranjak remaja yang menggunakan laptop beberapa kali dalam sehari menghadapi risiko yang lebih besar seiring berjalannya waktu. After some grumbling, she finally falls asleep, and you tackle the dishes, catch up on a little reading, then head off to bed yourself. But at 3:30 AM, you wake up to a burst of loud coughing. What should you do? Coughs are one of the most frequent symptoms of childhood illness, and although they can sound awful at times, they usually are not a symptom of anything dangerous. Actually, coughing is a healthy reflex that helps clear the airways in the throat and chest. Occasionally, though, coughs can be cause for a visit to your child's doctor. If you learn to recognize certain types of coughs, you will know how to handle them and when you should seek medical help. Types of Coughs and What They Mean .Barking Cough These coughs are usually caused by croup, an inflammation of the larynx (voice box) and trachea (windpipe) brought on by allergies, change in temperature at night, or most commonly a viral upper respiratory infection. When a young child's airway becomes inflamed, it may swell around the vocal cords, making it harder to breathe. Children younger than 3 years of age have croup most often because their windpipes are narrow - some children have it practically every time they have a respiratory illness. Croup can occur suddenly in the middle of the night, which can be frightening for both you and your child. Although most cases can be managed at home, if you suspect your child has croup, call your child's doctor to determine whether your child needs to visit him or her. .Whooping Cough The whooping sound actually occurs after the cough, when the child tries to take in a deep breath after a round of several coughs in a row. If your child makes a whooping noise (which actually sounds like hoop) after severe bouts of rapid coughing, it is most likely a symptom of pertussis (whooping cough) - particularly if your child has not received her diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis (DTaP) vaccinations. Infants with pertussis usually do not whoop after the prolonged episodes of coughing, but they may not get enough oxygen or they may even stop breathing with this disease.. In infants and very young children, pertussis can be deadly, so call your child's doctor right away. .Cough With Wheezing When coughing is accompanied by a wheezing sound as your child exhales (breathes out), it is a sign that something may be partially blocking the lower airway. This might be caused by swelling from a respiratory infection (such as bronchiolitis or pneumonia), asthma, or an object stuck in her airway. Call your child's doctor unless your child has this problem often and you have medicine, such as an inhaler or nebulizer, with instructions on how to use the medicine for home treatment of your child's asthma. If the cough and wheezing do not improve with medication, call your child's doctor. .Stridor Although wheezing usually during exhalation, stridor (pronunced: stry-door) is noisy, harsh breathing (some doctors describe it as a coarse, musical sound) that's heard when a child inhales (breathes in). Most often, it's caused by swelling of the upper airway, usually from viral croup. However, it's sometimes caused by a more serious infection called epiglottitis or a foreign object stuck in the child's airway. If your child has stridor, call your child's doctor immediately. .Sudden Cough When a child suddenly starts coughing, it may mean she has swallowed some food or liquid the wrong way (into the airway) or something (a bit of food, vomit, or perhaps even a small toy or coin) is caught in her throat or airway. Coughing helps clear the airway and may even continue for a minute or so simply because the throat or airway is irritated. But if the coughing does not seem to improve or your child has trouble breathing, call your child's doctor. Do not try to clear the throat with your finger because you might push the obstruction even farther down the windpipe. .Nighttime Cough Lots of coughs get worse at night because the congestion in a child's nose and sinuses drains down the throat and causes irritation while the child lies in bed. This is only a problem if your child is unable to sleep. Asthma can also trigger nighttime coughs because the airways tend to be more sensitive and become more irritable at night. .
