Saya bantu jawab ya... Mbak Mini mau nyetok untuk masuk kerja nanti ya? Masih berapa lama liburnya? Karena ketahanan ASI di kulkas 1 hanya 2 minggu maka tidak disarankan untuk menyetok ASI lama-lama di kulkas tersebut. Untuk persediaan yang memadai (asumsi kerja setelah anak berusia 3 bulan berarti untuk ASIX masih 3 bulan lagi) Kalau 1 hari mengambil stok di freezer 2 botol @100 cc, maka diperlukan +/- 60-75 botol ASIP. Untuk 75 botol ASIP sepertinya kulkas 1 pintu tidak bisa menampung ASIP sebanyak itu. Jadi saya sarankan untuk mengganti kulkas. Sebenernya 25 menit belum mencairkan ASIP, atau klo bisa pada saat dikeluar dr kulkas, ASIP dimasukkan ke dalam cooler Box yang diisi Ice Pack. Mbak, Bisa tahan 3 bulan koq, kalau disimpan di freezer atas. Misalnya, ASI tahan disimpan di dalam suhu ruangan sampai 6 jam. Jika disimpan di thermos yang diberi es batu, bisa tahan hingga 24 jam. Bahkan, kalau disimpan di kulkas ketahanannya meningkat hingga 2 minggu dengan suhu kulkas yang bervariasi. Jika disimpan di frezeer yang tidak terpisah dari kulkas, dan sering dibuka, ASI tahan 3-4 bulan. Sedangkan pada freezer dengan pintu terpisah dari kulkas dan suhu bisa dijaga dengan konstan, maka ketahanan ASI mencapai 6 bulan. Ini kulkasnya satu atau dua pintu ya? hi mbak Minnie, Memang cukup 'heboh' nantinya kalau sudah urusan ASI perah, apalagi kalau sudah masuk kerja :) It's OK. Setuju dengan yang mbak bilang, just do your best :) Kondisi kulkas 1 pintu (freezer ada di dalamnya), memang memperpendek 'usia' ASI perah, sekitar 2 mingguan (bervariasi, tergantung intensitas buka tutup pintu kulkas juga perharinya). Tapi di lain pihak, usaha mbak untuk terus aktif menyusui (menyusui langsung juga memerah ASI untuk stok) akan terus berkembang seiring berkembangnya kebutuhan si kecil. Mulai dari volumenya yang terus berkembang, kandungan nutrisinya yang terus 'mengikuti' kebutuhan bayi, dll. Sekarang mungkin seperti 'perlu berjuang' untuk mengumpulkan 1 botol ASI perah, tapi kalau tetap PD, rajin dan intens mengikuti agenda yang sudah dibuat untuk memompa ASI, mungkin harus 'agak berkorban' sedikit dalam beberapa waktu ini (mis. lebih rajin minum atau makanan yang mungkin bukan 'favorit' dulunya, walau ini sekadar sugesti untuk meningkatkan ASI, kalau bepergian mungkin si kecil harus juga dibawa/sebaliknya terpaksa nggak ke suatu acara demi stok ASI, dll.) ... stok ASI perah mbak akan 'mengikuti' demand baby dan tetap mencukupi kebutuhannya. Mungkin tetap atur mind-set nya jangan 'mengejar puluhan botol/plastik ASI perah' ... coba saja untuk excited, minimal rileks setiap kali mau memerah ASI. Who knows, stok ASI memang nggak berpuluh2 di freezer, tapi setiap kali mbak bisa sediakan stok sebelum ngantor dan si kecil mendapatkan the freshest milk daily :) Untuk masalah bersihkan kulkas, mungkin coba untuk simpan di cooler sebentar sampai bisa ditaruh lagi. ASI yang sudah dalam keadaan mencair, memang tidak bisa dire-freeze lagi. Usahakan membersihkan kulkas dengan waktu lebih efektif, kalaupun ASI perah sudah keburu mencair, simpan di kulkas dan pergunakan saja, mbak bisa perah ASI baru dan gantikan stok untuk di freezer. At least, mbak terlatih untuk 'mengisi ulang' stok ASI dengan cepat dan biasanya akan membuat aktivitas memerah ASI jauh lebih mudah dan stok yang harus 'dikejar' tercapai. Please, jangan biarkan sedikit ragu atau mengendur kerajinannya ya, mbak. Instead of : 'wah, stok dipakai terus mana ada sisa nanti kalau ngantor lagi', start to think: 'OK, botol ASI perah dede dipakai dulu, mama bentar lagi ganti, ya ...' Simpan sd 3 bulan? ya 3 bulan utk kulkas 2 pintu, yg frezzernya dikhususkan untuk asip saja. Kalo frezzer khusus asip bisa 6bln sd 1T. Kenapa mau simpan lama2, banyak alasan kok Susanna: - yang pasti buat stok konsumsi babynya sendiri, nanti pada saat mpasi bisa buat campuran - kalo berlebih, bisa di donorkan - pemberian asi masih lbh baik dari sufor, jd biar kata udah umur 2T lebih, sejauh anak masih mau kenapa ga, jd asip bisa tuh buat alternatif susu buat anak usia diatas 2T. - yg terakhir adalah romantika, tidak tega membuang persediaan asip sendiri, ini termasuk aku. Saya barusan sore ini ngebuang 12 botol asi tiap botolnya isi 120ml. Krn asi2 tsb tak simpan di chiller, dibawah freezer. Di perah sept akhir - awal oct lalu. Utk perahan pertengahan oct langsung tak pindahin ke freezer. Sblmnya ga tak simpan di freezer karena ibu saya suka nyimpan makanan beku. Cuma tadi tak bongkar semua frozen foodnya, tak bersihkan freezernya prioritas utk nyimpan Asi. Iya memang dalam 1 hari anak saya menghabisan 6-7 botol @100 Tetapi selama kerja kan saya juga memompa ASI dan dapatnya sekitar 4-5 botol @100 Jadi kekurangannya baru ngambil dari persediaan. Oh ya, sebaiknya ASI jangan lupa dikeluarkan dengan prinsip FIFO...
