Talk to Brad at OptSys, he's got a good price on a short DCE/DTC cable.
It's much cheaper then buying two 6 foot $65 cables to connect two
routers
two feet appart on a rack. Send me an e-mail if you have trouble
finding
Brad, but he's on the list, and by the way, a really good guy. Good

the cheapest i got them for was $20 on eBay.
barronvonpuppy is selling them at around that
price(depending on the lot), and he tends to have
dutch auctions. there are other sellers, but i've
bought a batch of bad cables before at a price less
than $20. (dte-dte cables?!?! what use is that?)

Hi all,

Anybody got decent contact for short back to back cables *in UK* please?
I have a Cisco part number which I have not confirmed yet - CAB-HD60MMX-5. I
don't know the price yet either, but I should imagine it is easy to get them
cheaper elsewhere.

Cheers,

Hi,

I've bought several cables from a nice guy on eBay.
Look for the member name anthonypanda.

Last week I bought a 3ft DCE-DTE crossover cable with the DB-60 connectors
for only US$18. The cable is the equivalence of putting a Cisco V.35 DTE a
V.35 DCE cable together.
He is located in Hong Kong but has great shipping rates - US$4 for the air
mail to germany.
