I have seen State Department Publication 7277. I know the following
article to be true. Most of the people on my list are up to speed on this, a
few are not. Check it out and keep the info flowing. You never know how many
seeds are planted by this.
If someday your children or grand-children ask you how Liberty died in
America and what happened that caused the demise of this great Nation, read
this and you will be able to answer them. If they ask you why the Citizens have
been disarmed, you'll know.
If you want to know why, go to your local library, no matter where you
live in the US. Tell the librarian to show you where the United States Code
Books are shelved. There are 25 books in the set. They are reddish-brown in
color. They are printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC.
These hardcover books are printed every 8-10 years. They are updated with
annual soft-back supplements each year until a new hardcover issue comes out.
At the present time, the 1988 hardbacks are on library shelves.
OPEN VOLUME 9. The page numbers are in the center near the middle
binding. The section numbers are along the edges.
TURN TO PAGE 651. Here you will find Public Law 87-297 which calls for
the US to eliminate its armed forces. This law was signed for the US in 1961.
John F. Kennedy signed it and every president since has worked to enact its
provisions. The government knows you will not approve, which is why they want
to take away your firearms. {this is title 22 USC section 2551].
TURN TO PAGE 652. Here you will find the definition of what the
government means by disarmament. The disarmament calls for the elimination of
our armed forces. It also calls for the elimination of weapons of all kinds.
{This is title 22 USC 2552(a)}.
TURN TO PAGE 654. Here you will find it stated as Item (a)control,
reduction and elimination of armed forces . and as Item (d)...elimination
of armed forces ... What you need to know is that your armed forces are being
eliminated and relinquished from National control which, in turn, wipes out our
sovereignty as a nation. In two stages, we will have no more army, no more
navy, no more air force. In the third stage, we shall have a zero military.
Before Stage I closes, all citizen-owned guns are to be banned. {This is Title
22 USC Section 2571 (a)}.
Public Law 87-297 is further explained in the State Department Document
called Publication 7277. Your librarian can also furnish you a copy. Also ask
the librarian to get you a copy of The Blue Print for the Peace Race. It is a
35-page booklet printed by the United States Arms Control and Disarmament
Agency as Publication No. 4 - General Series 3 - Released May of 1962.
Publication No. 4 is the unabridged version of State Department Document 7277.
Both of these booklets explain how our military is to be reduced to 2.1
million men. China and the Soviets are to be reduced to that level also. At
this point, we are at Stage I at which time we are to transfer (on a permanent
basis) one-half of our armed forces to be merged with the Russian and Chinese
armies. In Stage II, the remaining one-half of our armed forces is then turned
over to this same Security Council of the United Nations. The person in charge
of the merged armies must, by agreement, always be a Russian. the world's
smaller nations turn 100% of their armies over to the same undersecretary of
the Security Council in Stage II.

They need to withstand the pressure of gale-force winds, the violent rocking motion of earthquakes, and the ravages of time. For this reason, they are almost impossible to destroy. Airplane strikes 'do not' destroy skyscrapers. A bomber strike to the Empire State Building during World War II 'did not' harm that building. The World Trade Center towers were designed to 'survive' a strike by a Boeing 707. The 767 is more massive, so the building was stressed near its design limits. But if a failure had occurred at that moment, it would have been at the point of highest levered stress, near the base of the tower, and the tower would have fallen over like a giant tree in a forest windstorm. That, of course, did not happen. "Fires do not destroy skyscrapers. Never in the history of steel frame structures has a single one been destroyed by fire". How to destroy a skyscraper. So, how do you destroy a skyscraper? Suppose you need the vacant land to build another one, for example. A nuclear bomb is very effective, but it can be difficult to get permits from the city. An early invention was the wrecking ball. A huge lump of steel and lead is swung from a massive chain at high speed. With the benefit of momentum, it is able to bend or break a few girders at a time. But it would be a hopeless task to destroy a tower the size of the World Trade Center, using a wrecking ball. The most effective, cleanest, safest way to destroy a skyscraper is known as controlled demolition. The trick is to distribute explosives at key points throughout the structure. The explosives are detonated simultaneously, destroying the integrity of the steel frame at key points, such that no part of the building is supported against the force of gravity. The entire mass is pulled swiftly to earth, where gravity does the work of pounding the structure into tiny fragments of steel and concrete. The gravitational potential energy of the structure is converted smoothly and uniformly into kinetic energy, and then is available very efficiently to pulverize the fragments of the building as they impact against the unyielding earth. Controlled demolitions have a striking and characteristic appearance of smooth, flowing collapse. As your eyes will tell you, the World Trade Center collapses looked like controlled demolitions. Here's the proof. The proof. According to the law of gravity, it is possible to calculate the time it takes for an object to fall a given distance. The equation is H=(1/2)at2, where H is the height, a is the acceleration of gravity (10 meters per second squared) and t is time in seconds. Plug in the height of the building at 1350 feet (411 meters) and we get 9 seconds. That is just about the length of time it took for the very top of the World Trade Center to fall to the street below. According to all reports, the whole thing was over in just about ten seconds. It is as if the entire building were falling straight down through thin air. As if the entire solid structure below, the strong part which had not been burned or sliced or harmed in any significant way, just disappeared into nothingness. Yet this (within a small tolerance) is what we would expect to find if there had been a controlled demolition, because the explosions below really do leave the upper stories completely unsupported. Like the Road Runner after he runs off the edge of the cliff, the entire building pauses a moment, then goes straight down. Any kind of viscous process or friction process should have slowed the whole thing down. Like dropping a lead ball into a vat of molasses, or dropping a feather into the air, gravitational acceleration cannot achieve its full effect if it is fighting any opposing force. In the case of the World Trade Center, the intact building below should have at least braked the fall of the upper stories. This did not happen. There was no measurable friction at all. This proves controlled demolition. We have been lied to. We have been lied to about this, at multiple levels. The first lie was that the load of fuel from the aircraft was the cause of structural failure. No kerosene fire can burn hot enough to melt steel. In point of fact, most of the fuel in the jets was contained in their wing tanks. The thin aluminum of the tanks was pierced or stripped as the airplanes penetrated the walls of the towers, and the result was the huge fireball which was seen on national TV, where most of this fuel was burned. A hot, vigorous fire would have blown out many windows in the building and would have burned a red or white color. This was not what happened. The fire in the World Trade Center was an ordinary smoldering

The attacks and collapse of the World Trade center happened on Tuesday, September 11. Surely it did not take FEMA almost an entire additional week (the following Monday) to send the Urban Search and Rescue Unit to help New York? Arriving a week after the fact , Mr. Kennedy certainly couldn't claim to have "been one of the first deployed. . . . ." This seems to offer proof, directly from the mouth of a US Government Official, that the Government knew an attack was going to happen. They allowed it to happen. Under the Constitution of The United States, "Treason" is defined very specifically as "an overt act of war against The United States, witnessed by two or more people." The attacks of September 11 were certainly witnessed by two or more people. To that end, it appears that various officials of our own Government have committed Constitutionally-defined Treason. The trades involved the purchase of enormous quantities of "Put" options, which allow the option buyer to earn profits in the event the value of a stock goes down. Dear Prudy,
I understand the spirit of what you say, but in truth, plenty of mature
individuals DO ask for proof. It doesn't mean that they won't confirm
through their own research, but it helps to filter out those who have
consciously checked their sources from those others who merely trustfully
recite hearsay.
Each of us hears thousands of second-hand reports daily; no-one has the
reasonable opportunity to confirm each one personally. Asking the immediate
reporter for source citations is one of the chief methods each of us has for
verification, and serves to weed out the obviously untrustworthy from the
getgo.

But so many people have asked about this story that it seems important to send it out. This is the true story of my mother, precinct clerk in Palm Beach county, Florida. My mother was a precinct clerk in Palm Beach county, Florida, election day of 2000. Mom's very good friend Leah was a precinct clerk as well. Both of them were incredibly upset during and after election day, before anyone knew the import of these specific voters. And my mother was convinced there were serious irregularities long before they gained national prominence, and she called me to say so. I note this because some Republicans are now asking "if there were these irregularities, how come they were not raised until after the election?" In fact, my mother and the other precinct clerks raised these issues from the moment that the polls opened in the morning - the problem is that the person they intially called on was Theresa LePore, elections supervisor of Palm Beach county. She was the source of the ballot confusion, and was uninterested in the issue. First, the paper ballot was extremely confusing to these voters. Although both major parties got a chance to review the card layout, it is not clear if any had a chance to put the actual ballot in an actual machine and punch the holes. The card is laid horizontally as you vote, and it is hard to see the holes as you punch them. And my mother, who supervised the precinct she was in (this is a paid position, and she reported directly to Ms. LePore) said the card did not even fit correctly in the ballot machine, so the holes in the card did not line up with the ballot. Anyone who thinks this was minor voter confusion has never dealt with retirees in a West Palm Beach retirement village in Florida, I promise you. My mother, following the rules, said the poll workers had been told not to help people with the cards, as it might bias the voters. My mother witnessed many, many people who voted incorrectly. Some stayed on a second line and had their cards re-done, some punched the second hole (and thus were probably thrown out), and some found out they voted for Buchanan after they had deposited their cards in

Hi I have been reading the discussion regarding the credibility of anecdotal evidence of abuse, mind control, child exploitation and related issues, with great interest. I would like to ask from input from this group so I can do a better job for ACHES (Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors). We having been compiling a database of anecdotal survivor testimony for several years. We have information from over 260 child survivors from the US and Canada with several new contacts per month. We felt that the most likely way for anecdotal testimony to have credibility (with a larger audience) was to have data from as large a population as possible. As some listmembers have commented, conventional documentation will not always be available, even though the incidents are important and apparently widespread. Children, prisoners, those confined to various institutions or military personnel and their families are all populations that have little recourse for mistreatment, making them easy targets for exploitation and the subsequent dismissal of their claims. We have received information from people in all of these catagories, and plan to eventually map all survivor data, although we are starting with those reporting abuse, experimentation and exploitation beginning during childhood. The data is being entered into a computer database and then mapped through time and space to find commonalities. Data from other sources is also being mapped, such as professional journals, historical sources, other firmly documented researcher data, etc, to see what correlations may arise between the anecdotal evidence and the "traditional" sources. We attempt to collect some basic information from each person and then additional information may also be submitted. We also are scanning and creating archives of survivor drawings and including this graphical information in the database. I would appreciate any input from this group regarding our project and your impressions of the credibility of information summarized from the anecdotal evidence of many independent contributors. Kris Thank you for your encouragement. This list and specifically many of the pieces of information you have contributed to have been invaluable to our research. Some of the most esoteric have been the most important in putting together disparate pieces of information. The last ones that come to mind were the posts on code and the bibliographies of code history. These were extremely helpful, providing more documentation of the who-what-where that could then be correlated to the survivor memories of binary code. Please continue to post those wonderful pieces of basic historic data. I don't know how you have the time or the ability to find and post these new resources day after day but I really appreciate your efforts. Instead of concentrating on trying to convince the public this stuff is real, concentrate on RD. Develop electronic countermeasures and reliable direction finding equipment. If I thought for one minute that I was a TI, I would go on a counter offensive, track the perp down and ram that gizmo right down his sorry throat. I sure as hell wouldn't go to the police. Going to the police is a complete and total waste of time. There's a name for people who rely on the police to protect them. They're called victims. FWIW, I do wonder sometimes if I am a TI. There is no way to know for sure. The same technology that makesthe obvious cases possible also makes possible far more subtle cases. You own voice can be recorded, edited for content, and played back to you in such a way that there is very little way you could tell it wasn't your own mind subvocalizing. Furthermore, hypnosis via silent sound presumable works like hypnosis in general, i.e., it can include a post hypnotic command to forget that it happened. So really, it could happen to anybody, and they'd only know if the perps wanted them to. The "significant discoveries" you laud and then negate with the next sentence are important to some people who understand fully that these things are real and are happening and need as much information as possible to make headway in stopping it. To add to these difficult circumstances, JPL-MIPL personnel, apparently judging that the controversy over artificiality would not be ended when the actual photo was released, processed the image through two filters having the effect of flattening and suppressing image details. This step is documented at a JPL web site. Here we do image processing correctly and present the results of computer corrections to compensate for the poor lighting and low viewing angle. The actual image shows clearly the impropriety of the JPL-MIPL actions because the visual impression of artificiality persists. However, appearances after a discovery are not a valid basis for drawing conclusions, but only for forming hypotheses for further testing. This is called the a priori principle of scientific method. The 1976 Viking imagery allowed the formation of competing hypotheses, natural vs. artificial origin, and tests to distinguish them. Lymphomas in E mu-Pim1 transgenic mice exposed to pulsed 900 MHz electromagnetic fields. This experiment was designed specifically to test the radiation used in cellular telephone systems. The strain of mouse used was genetically predisposed to develop lymphomas (a kind of cancer). This was a lifetime study of SPF animals; if I recall correctly, 200 mice were irradiated, and 200 were sham-exposed (the unexposed control group). At the end of the experiment, the irradiated animals showed a doubling of lymphoma risk. Some other studies of rodents have been carried out, but I believe these are the only two lifetime studies of SPF animals. I consider that these are the highest-quality experiments that have been done, because they were both controlled studies, they both used a large number of animals, both used animals that were SPF, and both were lifetime studies. I am not aware of any other studies that meet all these criteria. [Not many studies of this type are done because they are very expensive and time-consuming to carry out.] Because high-quality studies of this type consistently show a cancer risk, organizations that want to believe microwave radiation is harmless to human health don't want to sponsor such studies, so there may not be any more studies like this conducted. With a half-billion dollars in assets, the Milwaukee-based Bradley Foundation is the premier reactionary grantmaking foundation in the country. It has played a major role in the development of both a philosophical approach and an activist agenda for the national pro-corporate conservative movement. Bradley is a leading force in a constellation of other foundations, institutions, media networks and legal action projects created to advance a racist, right-wing agenda. For example: Bradley is a major funding source for the Center for Individual Rights, the public law firm that successfully argued Hopwood vs. the State of Texas, a challenge to affirmative action policies at the University of Texas Law School. That 1996 decision effectively eliminated affirmative action in the state university systems of Texas as well as in neighboring Mississippi and Louisania. Through its funding of the National Association of Scholars, Bradley played a key role in last year'successful anti-affirmative action campaign. The co-author of CCRI is Thomas Wood, executive director of the state affiliate of the NAS, which receives over $100,000 a year from Bradley. As a result of these two Bradley initiatives, there has been a sharp decline in the numbers of Black and Latino students entering law school this fall in the university systems of California and Texas, the country's two most populous states. Not only will these mean a severe drop in the number of future Black and Latino lawyers in those states, but also a reduction in the number of Black and Latino elected officials as well, many of whom traditionally come from a legal background. Bradley money supports the Pacific Legal Foundation, a right-wing legal advocacy group that provided pro bono representation to California Gov. Pete Wilson in his challenge to five state statutes dealing with affirmative action in state employment and contracting goals. A bill that would end affirmative action on the federal level was drafted by Clint Bolick, vice-president and director of litigation for the Institute for Justice, another recipient of Bradley money. Earlier in his career, Bolick led the legal defense for the first Wisconsin voucher law, while working for the Landmark Legal Foundation, another Bradley recipient. Bolick also played a pivital role in behavioral modification. The goal was not the "empowerment" of poor people through acquiring jobs and independence, but rather their total regulation, on the theory that these are basically inferior people incapable of running thier own lives. Attacks on Lani Guinier, President Clinton's nominee to head the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division. Bolick's Wall Street Journal opinion piece entiitled "Clinton's Quota Queens" helped to throw the Guinier nomination on the defensive. Bolick alsotad withdrew his nomination and today proportional representation has suffered severe judicial defeats. In 1992, Bradley gave $11,850 to author David Brock for the publication of his work The Real Anita Hill: The Untold Story. The book, which attacked Hill's credibility, was based on an article Brock wrote for The American Spectator magazine, another Bradley grantee. These attacks helped ensure the confirmation of jurist Clarence Thomas to the U.S. Supreme Court, where he played a key role in continuing attacks on affirmative action. Bradley grants also support such major right-wing groups as the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, literary home for such racist authors as Charles Murray (The Bell Curve) and Dinesh D'Souza (The End of Racism). The Bell Curve as an Ideological Justification for W-2 Charles Murray was the author of the book "Losing Ground," which argued that poverty is the result of individual failings and that anti-poverty programs such as welmed up with another Bradley-funded organization, The Free Congress Foundation, to orchestrate further attacks on Guinier. The nominee's crime was to suggest that proportional reprrme diversity among state legislators and judges. Responding to the attacks, 13,000 annually. After writing "Losing Ground," Murray teamed up with Harvard psychologist and eugenisist Richard Hernstein to write the book, The Bell Curve: Intelligence and Class Structure in Amercian Life. The book argued that poverty is the result, ot of social conditions or policies, but rather of the supposidly inferior genetic traits of a sub-class of human beings. It was widely seen as a piece of profoundly racist and classist psuedo-science. Immediately after the book's publication, Bradley raised Murray's annual grant to $163,000. In proof of such, I quote here from a news item typical of those from within the first 12 hours after the plane's disappearance. Note that this article like many others specifically states that at 9:39 PM Kennedy RADIOED the Martha's Vineyard airport, gave not the slightest indication of trouble, and said he was making his final approach, no more than TEN MILES from the shore and 13 miles from the airport. ALL such reports of the VERIFIED fact that Kennedy was in radio contact with the destination airport and within TEN MILES of shore have vanished from the "official" accounts now being propounded by the mass media outlets, in a blatant example of spin-doctoring and disinformation/manipulation. Additionally, ALL early accounts noted that within seconds of this radio contact by Kennedy, a plane which COULD have been Kennedy's was observed on radar descending 1200 feet in 12 SECONDS--a full-on, headlong dive in other words. NOW, the "official" line has it that these SAME radar returns in fact show the plane--now described as "definitely" Kennedy's--to have descended 700 feet in 29 seconds--a fairly steep descent but not out of the question. More importantly, this later damage-controlled, spin-doctored version is A LIE. The earlier news stories carried the truth about these points, which prove that the plane was in a crash SECONDS AFTER KENNEDY RADIOED THE MARTHA'S VINEYARD TOWER, at which time ALL WAS WELL! These facts, now neatly edited out of the sanitized, New World Order "news"/fiction literally prove that either mechanical failure or pilot error was almost certainly NOT the cause of the plane's apparent disintegration and disappearance, along with all on board. According to my own personal knowledge of this region and considering the reported weather conditions I can say it all adds up to pretty safe flying conditions--and a plane piloted by someone described here as first-rate. Well, this is the first I've heard that he radio'd the tower to request clearance to land... Remember, all Saturday morning, and most of the afternoon, we were being told that searchers had no idea WHERE the plane went down, and in fact one of the early reports stated a beacon had been picked up offshore north of Mattituck, LI, which is roughly the midpoint of LI, and searchers were responding THERE to check to see if that was Kennedy's plane... So the fact that we're now being told that Kennedy radio'd the tower regarding his planned landing seems to be planted disinformation. Just like all the ear-witnesses to a supposed explosion, witnesses who didn't come forward until late Saturday afternoon, after hours had been spent by searchers scouring all of LI Sound and a good portion of the Atlantic off of LI's south shore... ALL such reports of the VERIFIED fact that Kennedy was in radio contact with the destination airport and within TEN MILES of shore have vanished from the "official" accounts now being propounded by the mass media outlets, in a blatant example of spin-doctoring and disinformation/manipulation. Perhaps. Perhaps the account that he radio'd the tower regarding his approach is the disinformation... The FACT is, for a good 12 hours after he was reported missing, searchers hadn't a clue as to where to begin or focus their search for the plane... If indeed the airport tower had gotten a radio message from Kennedy when he was only 10 miles out, it would have been a no-brainer to focus the search in the area immediately surrounding Martha's Vineyard... And if indeed so many people supposedly heard an explosion, some claiming to have seen a 'fireball', why didn't they call the authorities right there and then? Why didn't they go to the authorities on Saturday morning, when it was being reported that searchers had no idea where to concentrate their search? Why did these witnesses wait until Saturday afternoon, 12 hours after Kennedy was reported missing, 18 hours after they had witnessed this supposed explosion, to report what they'd heard and/or seen? Additionally, ALL early accounts noted that within seconds of this radio contact by Kennedy, a plane which COULD have been Kennedy's was observed on radar descending 1200 feet in 12 SECONDS--a full-on, headlong dive in other words. The EARLIEST accounts I heard, all thru Saturday, had it that the LAST confirmed radio contact with Kennedy was a good 20 minutes or so before he was due at the airport...making contact at around 9:25 or 9:30, when he wasn't due at the airport until 9:45 or 9:50...this contact was made apparantly when he veered south from the RI shore out over the water, to confirm his expected arrival at Martha's Vineyard in 15 to 20 minutes... Yes, but probably not in the way you are viewing them... Again, the FACT is that for at least 12 hours after he was reported missing, the searchers didn't KNOW (or claimed they didn't know) WHERE to focus the search... If the Martha's Vineyard airport HAD spoken to Kennedy when he was only 10 miles out, and IF they had his plane on radar -- it doesn't MATTER how quickly his plane descended, the FACT would be that they KNEW where he went down, and claimed not to. So...there IS no tape...no REAL tape...perhaps a manufactured tape to fit the now seemingly 'official' version of what happened... If the airport HAD been in contact with him when he was 10 miles out, and if they DID have him on radar...then why didn't they mount a search and rescue IMMEDIATELY when he failed to arrive? Why did it have to wait for Kennedy's family to call authorities after midnite, to say he'd failed to arrive, causing the search and rescue mission to be delayed until 3am? The earlier news stories carried the truth about these points, which prove that the plane was in a crash SECONDS AFTER KENNEDY RADIOED THE MARTHA'S VINEYARD TOWER, at which time ALL WAS WELL! No, we don't know that the earlier version are 'the truth', only that they were the earlier versions...and the EARLIEST versions had the airport claiming they hadn't heard from Kennedy after the one time he radio'd in at about TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE HE WAS DUE TO LAND... All reports regarding later communication with the tower came after THAT version...and, as I think I have pointed out, the FACTS seem to point to it
