[l10n-dev] feature testing wiki-entry for next release
Hi, as in the past releases I collect(ed) all features, enhancements, feature announcements and UI/help relevant CWS for the next release. http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Feature_Freeze_Testing_3.3 Please use this page to get an overview what is integrated until now (m83 coming soon). The branch off [1] date for OOo 3.3 [2] is coming soon and some feature CWSes will be integrated in the very next milestones. So this page isn't final until now. Has OpenCTI all what you are looking for for terminology management? That was a more general comment on the tools we are using or the lack of. TCM is not maintained any more but we are more and more to use it and we have no alternative whatever the wish list we draw, SunGloss is not maintained any more, we have more and more languages and there is no alternative. After two years of continuous errors and failures (and mails ;) we might have in several weeks, a new machine (but not for 3.3 if I understand well) to host Pootle. So when I consider the work we will have in the next weeks, I'm not so happy and I feel I should battle more for this project :-) I was speaking of OpenICT because it was said that we may use it. But if it's another tool, no problem for me. All I want is to push to have an alternative to SunGloss without loosing the work already done. I would like to know if it's a budget issue or a technical issue or anything else. May be I can help to find money or the right tool or may be it already exists and need to be further developed. No. If you do not want to write comment for test 110078, just leave placeholders empty and po2tcm script will ignore this message. Some teams have additional comments where original test does not have comment so I need to include these messages in POT for merge script to work and not to lose data when converting TCM-PO-TCM. Re: [l10n-dev] TCM test cases for OpenOffice.org 3.3 need translation
Ok, I have modified script to provide empty message in the POT file. It should work better now than with --placeholder-- tag, especially with machine translation and translation memory software tools that we are using. New POT files are uploaded. As Joost deleted invalid test for 3.3 POT is without that Russian message Serg was talking about. Thanks for raising this issue.
