Could you update me on how any of you are doing with the Microsoft Licensing Claims? I am trying to get ours taken care after receiving the letter from Microsoft. Just wondered how others have handled this problem. The last I read still left things up in the air as to what to do next, what is needed. The Select Licenses are in round C which hasn't happened yet according to the guy I talked with. Apparently Licenses purchased under the Select Program were not supposed to be listed under the Volume License section even though they are Volume Licenses. We were supposed to list them under the individual license section. Did it say that somewhere I missed? I am so confused. Lawyers. I called them today and Softchoice told me he was going to look into it and see if he could find more proof to satisfy MS.
