[ITCENTER] Printer Xerox Phase 3124 sharing error
Salam Kenal.. Saya mempunyai masalah dengan Sharing Printer Xerox 3124. Dalam sebuah kantor klien saya terdapat beberapa PC (WIndows XP) yg terkoneksi jaringa, dan Printer di share. pada awalnya tidak terjadi apa (sharing norma), Tapi kemarin terjadi error, tidak bisa printing. sekalipun dari pc yang terhubung lansung dengan printer tsb. Saya asumsikan bahawa PC tersebut (yang terhubung langsung dgn printer)terkena virus.. setelah reinstall windows dan install driver nya..dia bakerja normal. Akan tetapi saya mencoba untuk connect printer dari pc yang lain shareng printer ditemukan dan berhasil konek, tp tdk bisa melakukan test page. Adapun langkah2 yang sudah saya lakukan terhadap PC yang mengambil sharing printer adalah : Setiap saya connect thdp printer yg di share sering terjadi adalah Exploler Error, atau pc stuck (bukan hang). Langkah lainnya saya mencoba mencopy file Expler.exe spool.exe dari pc yang terkonek langsung ke printer. Dan langkah lain lagi yang pernah saya lakukan adalah ,meinstall XP(option Repair Windows), tp itu juga tidak berhasil. Saya minta masukan / share dari temen2, gimana mengatasi masalah yang saya hadapi dengan tanpa isntall ulang windows, mengingat data2 terlalu banya.
