Saya sendiri gak pernah gentar ngeliat requirement2 yang tinggi tinggi walau kadang2 dalam hati ketawa sendiritapi selama kita bisa meyakinkan kemampuan kita saat interview dan juga mempunyai CV yang pas buat perush tsb, harusnya OK... saya beberapa kali interview by phone saja, trus langsung diterima kerja, gak perlu datang ke kantor, berhadapan dengan users dll (ini malah aku interview saat mau kerja di LN dan juga pengalaman saat pengen balik ke Indonesia hehe). di perush mining sekarang, saya interview 1x aja, ngobrol sama direktur dan CFO, more and less 1 jam, dah gitu ketrima. Barusan masuk disini, dipanggil bosku orang bule US yg notabene sudah 4 tahun lalu dan aku sendiri sudah ganti perush 2x, ditanyain, Win mau gabung? wah gak enak Pak, saya baru masuk disiniberarti yg ini malah gak pake macem2, gak formal2anyowis nanti tunggu bulan July win, mungkin ada bukaan, sekarang JD masih dbuat sama CIO... Pointnya apa? bekerjalah sebaik mungkin dimana kita bekerja, bangun network pertemanan yg bagus dengan semua dan achieve semua target yg diberikan perusahaan, dan buat prestasi dikantor, jangan nanggung2jangan terll ribut masalah requirements juga sih, ntah itu superman atau batman..bahkan gatot kaca ya harusnya gpp kokyg penting dilihat perush-nya apa? dicari tahu lewat teman2, kondisi perush spt apa, financial mereka spt apa, IT-nya siapa...syukur2 mengerti IT disana sebelum dipanggil interviewjadi saat interview bisa menyakinkan audiencerejeki sudah diatur sama Tuhan, kalaupun semuanya bagus, requirement bagus emailnya pake email perush, WAH kesannya, process bagus, kita suka, kita lamar mati2an, kalau memang gak jodoh dan bukan rejekinya, sampai kaki jadi kepala atau kepala jadi kaki, tetep aja gak akan lolos dan bekerja disitu :) Smoga bisa membantu. Karenanya, banyak dijual alat penghemat listrik yang kebanyakan, isinya hanya berupa capacitor antara sekitar 10uF sampai dengan 47uF yang dipasangkan secara paralel dengan sumber listrik, dengan tujuan mengkompensasi beban yang bersifat induktif, menuju menjadi beban resistif. Dengan cara ini, kalau bebannya banyak yang induktif, terutama AC, maka kalau diukur, arus listrik nya akan menurun. Di rumah saya, dengan variasi beban dari berat sampai ringan, kalau menggunakan capacitor 22uF, bisa antara 3.6% sampai dengan 39.1% dan dengan capacitor 22uF, bisa antara 4.8% sampai 26.1%. Karenanya saya gunakan yang 47uF, karena bisa menurunkan sampai 4.8% saat beban penuh. Nah, untuk rumah tangga, karena yang terpasang adalah KWH meter, bukan KVA meter, maka alat yang menggunakan capacitor ini, tidak akan menurunkan rekening listrik tapi hanya menurunkan arus listrik. Dengan menurunkan arus listrik, maka beban yang bisa dipasang, akan bisa lebih banyak (dan dengan sendirinya, akan menambah biaya rekening listrik) Namun untuk industri, pemasangan capacitor ini, akan menurunkan biaya rekening listrik. Karenanya, di industri tersedia berbagai capacitor bank untuk digunakan sebagai alat penghemat listri. Selama ini dg windows 2003 server kita bisa implement GPO ke masing2 user, bisakah dengan Linux kita bisa implement hal yg sama meskipun tidak sama persis? 2. Selama ini dengan exchange kita bisa memunculkan address book di outlook dengan otomastis, kalo email server nya dengan linux bisakah address book nya langsung muncul juga di outlooknya? 3. Waktu sedang proses running instalasinya, pada step pemilihan; 1-to setup XP press enters. 2 To repair XP press R 3 to exit without installing XP press F3. saya sudah pilih pilihan 1 dan 2, tapi yg muncul malah ini ya: setup did not find any hd installed in your computer. make sure any HD are powered on and properly connected to your pc, and that any disk-related hardware configuration is correct. this may involve running a manufacturing supplied diagnostic or setup program. setup cannot continue. to quit setup, press F3 Bisa dikasih advice step apa yg harus dilaksanaka? Saya sudah mencoba beberapa cara: 1. memakai floppy, driver SATA dari CD ataupun dari official websitenya (bukan persis model laptopnya) 2. pake nlite untuk menambah driver di instalasi windows xp nya. namun kedua cara tersebut sama2 menghasilkan blue screen di step intalasinya : A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damag to your computer. bla bla bla Saya coba browsing dan tidak satupun driver ditemukan untuk windows xp untuk model ini, yg ada hanya untuk vista. saya coba paksaiin untuk memasang driver untuk seri dibawahnya (4710 ataupun diatasnya 5000 cmiiw). namun hasilnya tetep tidak bisa. Actually I've been facing the same problem for three days. I've just discovered what actually the problem is. Aspire 4270 uses SATA hardisk but it's not supported by Win XP installer and Acer hasn't supplied the drivers in the BIOS or something like that. That's why the hardisk is detected in the BIOS but Win XP installer will give you message; no recognise disk. I've took out the hardisk and using it as external hardisk via USB. Win XP installer detected the hardisk but still couldn't install the OS. Then I found this forum. ;) 'bambamitsdead' and 'singchi' are correct. Unfortunately I couldn't find the drivers from Acer's website. I'm not sure wether it's in the CD that comes in the package because I'm helping my friend and he don't give me any CD. Is there any CD that we can use? Adakah yg bisa membantu lagi? DH, Saya install atelier web control. Beberapa computer bisa di remote, namun beberapa computer tidak bisa di remote dng error windows home edition (unsupported). Padahal PC ini windows xp pro. Apa aja yg diperlukan dari konfigurasi diatas. Sekalian deh kalau ada yg sudah punya pengalaman dengan produk tertentu boleh juga Acess Point yg support bridging mode di masing2 gedung/lantai yg berntindak sebagai bridge WLan Card PCI (untuk di PC), PCMCIA/USB untuk notebook kecuali notebooknya sudah ada wlan nya :) Switch dan UTP :) c. Referensi di internet... googling sih dah pasti yach... tapi gak ada salahnya khan kalau ada yg sudah tahu sitenya... bisa lebih cepet nyarinya... :-) Di beberapa vendor alat network punya tutorial sederhana cek di : www.linksys.com pada bagian dokumentasi d. Nah mungkin teman-teman di sini ada referensi untuk type dan merk dari repeater yang saya cari tersebut dan di mana saya bisa mendapatkannya di Indonesia. --cut- dari pertemuan IGOS kemarin, dari komunitas linux mereka bilang ada WINE yang bisa untuk main game windows. yang sudah pasti jalan seperti starcraft dan nexia. ragnarok katanya bisa jalan tapi orangnya masih belum yakin.
