Ok saya coba jelaskan begini : - Access Restriction : Allow, Times : 12.pm - 1.pm Ini logikanya adalah saya ingin menutup akses ke FB pada jam kerja, KECUALI (allow) jam istirahat yaitu jam 12 - 1 siang Sudah disave, direstart routernya tapi tetep gak berhasil. Ternyata cukup sulit karena budget buat IT tidak ada :( Akhirnya dia coba ambil cara dengan membuat sebuah perjanjian antara pihak perusahaan ( owner ) dengan dia yg intinya Jika sewaktu-waktu ada pemeriksaan dari pihak berwajib atas penggunaan software ilegal, maka pihak perusahaanlah yang harus bertanggung jawab bukan dia sebagai IT Manager karena dia sudah berkali-kali mengingatkan. Yang terjadi malah posisi dia malah mau dipecat :(, karena dianggap tidak bisa bekerja sesuai permintaan owner. Mohon masukan : 1. Sebagai IT, langkah apa yang paling tepat dilakukan jika kita tau bahwa software yg dipakai perusahaan kita bekerja ilegal ? 2. Apakah langkah seperti yang dilakukan rekan saya tsb dengan membuat perjanjian terpisah, jika terjadi pemeriksaan pihak berwajib , maka perusahaan dalam hal ini ownerlah yg paling bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan software ilegal. Dear rekan IT, Saya punya external mobil disk SOHOUSB 2.5 yang didalamnya banyak folder. Tadi ketika saya ingin membuka salah satu folder ternyata folder tersebut tidak bisa di access. Coba anda Update BIOS-nya, karena Windows Xp tidak mengenal Harddisk SATA. Hub. tempat anda beli Komputer itu (or notebook), minta diupdate versi BIOSnya. Setelah itu baru install WinXP. Ini hanya sharing saja. Melihat kualifikasinya, MUNGKIN Maxgain memerlukan
orang IT. Dan seperti perusahaan bursa yang lain, perusahaan yg begini banyak
yg tidak memiliki situs sendiri, sehingga memakai alamat yahoo atau email
publik yg lain. Kantor Maxgain, kalo belum pindah tempatnya di gedung BEJ
Tower, Sudirman Jakarta.
Kalau nggak salah gaji IT dibidang ini sekitar 1.5juta s/d 2 juta. Dan
mengurusi sekitar 30 an monitor dengan 15 CPU/Server dalam bentuk jaringan LAN.
Tugas utamanya adalah mennyadap harga saham/forex yang diambil dari reuter,
kemudian ditampilkan disemua monitor. Satu kantor biasanya hanya memiliki satu
orang IT. Kelihatanya sih kerjanya santai saja, selama harga saham/forex bisa
lancar tertampilkan.
Daripada nganggur, boleh dicoba tuh. Tapi kalo ternyata disuruh menjadi
marketingnya, kliatanya tidak cocok untuk orang2 IT.

The decimal point was invented for pansy bedwetters who are unable to think big. Real programmers don't drive clapped-out Mavericks. They prefer BMWs, Lincolns or pick-up trucks with floor shifts. Fast motorcycles are highly regarded. Real programmers don't believe in schedules. Planners make up schedules. Managers firm up schedules. Frightened coders strive to meet schedules. Real programmers ignore schedules. Real programmers like vending machine popcorn. Coders pop it in the microwave oven. Real programmers use the heat given off by the cpu. They can tell what job is running just by listening to the rate of popping. Real programmers know every nuance of every instruction and use them all in every real program. Puppy architects won't allow execute instructions to address another execute as the target instruction. Real programmers despise such petty restrictions. Real programmers don't bring brown bag lunches to work. If the vending machine sells it, they eat it. If the vending machine doesn't sell it, they don't eat it. Vending machines don't sell quiche. Real programmers know that the word is disk, not disc.
