that's my thinking, too. Although i have to have it on in Firefox because
otherwise Ff won't work properly when I subscribe to automatic live

has it.)

I went into the configuration manager and turned that auto forms mode
feature off. It's really annoying when you're reading a webpage, and you
have to deal with that thing turning on and off. I know that you can turn
the sound off, but I just turned the whole thing off. I'm thinking that FS
has run out of new ideas and is just finding ways to repackage the old ones.

That is because of this wonderful new feature in JAWS10, you magically
wind up in forms mode, whether you want to be there or not. Don't hit enter;
if you want to be in forms mode, you are already there.

I know I am supposed to press enter to get into forms mode,
but sometimes when I get on a web page I am already in forms mode and
don't know it.
I have not yet pressed enter, but when I do, it's like I entered on a
continue button.
Is there an explanation for this?

   Hi Group,

A few years back, someone sent me some scripts to personalized my Jaws
startup. I've found that I can't use these scripts in Jaws 10. I'll
   post
them below. Maybe someone can point out what changes need to be made
   to
make these scripts work with Jaws 10. I'm just starting to learn
   scripting
and I'm not familiar with how to update these scripts to make them
   work
   with
Jaws 10. Any input would be appreciated.
   Jack

If you would like for Jaws to give you the time and date at startup,
   do
   the
   following.
   1. press Insert+0.
   2. Press ctrl+shift+D.
   3. press ctrl+L
   4. Arrow down untill you hear autostart event.
   5. press enter
   6. down arrow untill you find the following 2 lines

   endIf
   endIf ; DefaultFirstTime == 0

   7. just above where it says, EndIf, create a blank line. You do this
   by
putting your cursor on the E, in EndIf, then hitting enter. Now arrow
   up
once to the blank line you just made.
Now, paste in the following text. Remember to personalize the user
   name.

   SayString(Hello user name, Today is)
   Say ( SysGetDate(), ot_string)
   Say (SysGetTime(), ot_string)
   SayString(Have a good day!)

** Note that you can change the last line to say whatever you want.
   Have
   a
good day is just an example.**
   8. Now hit ctrl+S to recompile the scripts.
   9. You can now hit alt-F4 to close the scripts.

True, but in situations like that, I always post a disclaimer. Like, if

But I'll always put the info out there for those who have the knowledge to

Re: [JAWS-Users] [Bulk] Getting rid of greater signs in a message

2009-02-03 Thread Victor

Hi Alan,

Another much faster way of doing this is to paste the message into a WordPad
document, which opens a lot faster than Microsoft Word, and doing the same
thing of finding and replacing the greater symbols and leaving the
replacement field blank.

Tab to the replace all button and press the spacebar.

This also does it a lot faster than word.

Hope this helps.

I just ran into the same problem this weekend. It happened after installing

Is there anything in particular that you have recently put on your external

that, though as I didn't ever exactly figure out what happened with my problem

Good morning,

Depending on which country or jurisdiction you are in it is perfectly
legal to reverse engineer an application for personal or educational
purposes.

But, editing the binary file that contains that message will at the
best allow you to change the static message, not replace it with a
dynamically generated one.

Just a thought, but I'm wondering why your unwilling to share. If a
 person
is learning something like this and your at least willing to give the
warning that it may cause certain problems, then it's really up to
 them to
proceed or not proceed with the information. If they make the file
 unusable,
could they not repair jaws and go from there? I mean, at least to
 me, this
seems to be a listserve where people can ask questions and learn
 from one
another. It seems sort of odd to say yes you can do procedure X and
 then
saying up front, I ain't tellin you how. That kind of responce sounds
elitist at best and snobbish at worst. If your really worried about
 someone
being angry at you if they don't do the procedure correctly, then
 just don't
bring it up in the first place.

It just doesn't seem right for someone to decide what information
 another
person can or can't comprehend and use effectively. We all get
 responces
like this day in and day out from sighted people who second guess our
abilities. Doesn't make sense to do the same sort of thing to each
 other
here, too. We should all be adult enough to know our own level of
 comfort
with our computer tinkering skills. And we should all be adult
 enough to
know how to handle the consequences of anything we do decide to try.

This is only my opinion on the matter. I know others might disagree
 and
that's fine. I just wanted to put in my own two cents.

Is there anything in particular that you have recently put on your external

[JAWS-Users] JAWS 10 Issue

2009-02-03 Thread Michael A. Tisdale
Hi All,

I am back on the list after a couple of years off list. I have an issue
that has developed that I hope someone can help with. It is fairly complex
so it will take a little bit to explain it.

I am using XP Professional with all updates. I am using Outlook 2000.

I recently installed JAWS 10.

The problem is when I go to reply to an e-mail, I am unable to type in the
body of the message.

This only happens if I have gone to Internet Explorer while Outlook is open
and minimized.

When this happens I hear the autoforms sound that I set up for leaving a
forms field on a web page when I go to the body of the message. I turned off
the autoforms and turned off the sound while in outlook through JAWS
verbosity, but that didn't help. It is almost like JAWS still thinks I am
on a web page.

If I go and close Internet Explorer and close Outlook, and then reopen
Outlook, the problem does not occur.

Anybody else experience this and is there a permanent solution?

I opened a ticket at Freedom Scientific through the mail but the next time I
signed on I didn't have the problem so I cancelled the ticket.

Not in outlook Express per se. Rather, it is a result of the copy full

Re: [JAWS-Users] Reading text only in a webpage

A way to kind-of do this is to save the page as a text document. Also, an
almost example of what can be achieved is when, in a newspaper article
on-line, you enter on the 'printable version' link. (then, if the printer
wants to print, hit the escape button, and you can read away.)

This does work, but it doesn't answer the question. He wants to know if
there is a key command that will let you read an entire web page from top to

Truth is, I don't think such a key command exists.

Hi Kate,

Are you talking about the mouse over command when you're on a webpage? In
case this is what you mean, there is a way to turn this off.

1. Hit insert-6 on the number row. This brings up the Jaws configuration
manager.
2. Now hit Alt-S and arrow down to HTML options, and hit enter.
3. Now, do the control-tab until you hear Misc Page.
4. Tab until you hear, indicate element attribute.
If this is checked, uncheck it with space bar.
5. Now tab to OK, and save your changes.
   That should fix it.
By the way, there is also another command in this list that's called Screen
Track Virtual Cursor.
I also have this unchecked. with this checked, anything you do with Jaws
causes the screen to move with the virtual cursor. With it unchecked, you
can move about the webpage, and the text on the screen doesn't move. This
is great is you're with someone sighted and they're also trying to read the
same page. They are free to move about the page with the mouse and neither
of you interferes with what the other is doing.
Did this make sense? Hope so.

I use web mail through hotmail. When I read my emails, it's constantly
saying clickable clickable, after every line of text in an email message.
Is there a way to turn this off?

You are only nipping your own reading of those greater-than signs inm the
bud, not the recipients'. Just thought I'd mention that. (they do have a
purpose, actually: the amount of greater-than signs preceding a line
indicate how many times the email was forwarded before it reached you.)

I just use the Jaws dictionary manager in Outlook to stop Jaws from reading
the greater than or vertical bar signs by replacing them with a space. Nip
the greater than sign in the bud for good (grin)

2009-02-03 Thread Sherrie
Hi,
I am still using Jaws 9, thank goodness, but one thing I do to be sure I am
not accidentally pressing enter on something instead of entering forms mode
is that I use the Jaws left mouse click to enter forms mode. Then I am not
in danger of being whisked some place I don't want to be. I then use the PC
cursor to get out of forms mode.
If I am not sure whether I am in forms mode or not I press the PC cursor key
and then the left mouse click key. to enter forms mode.
I find using the Jaws left mouse click very satisfactory. I have not tried
it with the demo version of Jaws 10 I installed, however. After hearing all
the bugs in Jaws 10 I have no intention of ever upgrading to it if it can
really be called an upgrade. Why would anyone deliberately ask for more
problems?

I well remember this coming up five or six years ago although I don't recall
most of the details.

The thing to be remembered is that this is a form of software hacking
reverse engineering. The original machine code is being altered and strictly
speaking, even loosely speaking I suppose it is in breach of copyright.

It involves altering the distributed executable code of Jaws. Those familiar
with byte-to-byte editing of 386 Hex code will know how it is done. I expect
it is illegal.

Just a thought, but I'm wondering why your unwilling to share. If a person
is learning something like this and your at least willing to give the
warning that it may cause certain problems, then it's really up to them to
proceed or not proceed with the information. If they make the file unusable,
could they not repair jaws and go from there? I mean, at least to me, this
seems to be a listserve where people can ask questions and learn from one
another. It seems sort of odd to say yes you can do procedure X and then
saying up front, I ain't tellin you how. That kind of responce sounds
elitist at best and snobbish at worst. If your really worried about someone
being angry at you if they don't do the procedure correctly, then just don't
bring it up in the first place.

It just doesn't seem right for someone to decide what information another
person can or can't comprehend and use effectively. We all get responces
like this day in and day out from sighted people who second guess our
abilities. Doesn't make sense to do the same sort of thing to each other
here, too. We should all be adult enough to know our own level of comfort
with our computer tinkering skills. And we should all be adult enough to
know how to handle the consequences of anything we do decide to try.

This is only my opinion on the matter. I know others might disagree and
that's fine. I just wanted to put in my own two cents.

you can't do it with scripting. it can only be done with a hex

Because if you don't know what you are doing the file can be come

Hi Alan,

Another much faster way of doing this is to paste the message into a WordPad

Re: [JAWS-Users] RE Forms Mode, On or Off

2009-02-03 Thread Flor Lynch
the last build of JAWS9 wasn't as good, IMO, as the previous build(s). So
JAWS10 is actually an improvement, for me. I could get used to AutoForms
Mode, and used it for a while; but i preferred it off when i reverted. I
don't always want to be in an edit area when i go on to google; and I don't
want the annoyance of AutoForms Mode coming on and then off with no
intervention on my part - which I have noticed happen in some instances! If
you ever have to do a real multi-line edit in one box, then it is essential.
My Firefox won't work properly with JAWS10 without autoForms Mode enabled -
which, as I previously indicated, is not so for everyone.

Hi,
I am still using Jaws 9, thank goodness, but one thing I do to be sure I
am not accidentally pressing enter on something instead of entering
forms mode is that I use the Jaws left mouse click to enter forms mode.
Then I am not in danger of being whisked some place I don't want to be.
I then use the PC cursor to get out of forms mode.
If I am not sure whether I am in forms mode or not I press the PC cursor
key
and then the left mouse click key. to enter forms mode.
I find using the Jaws left mouse click very satisfactory. I have not
tried it with the demo version of Jaws 10 I installed, however. After
hearing all the bugs in Jaws 10 I have no intention of ever upgrading
to it if it can really be called an upgrade. Why would anyone
deliberately ask for more problems?

Hi, Kate.

I have this problem on the Zap2It sight.

I thought I read someplace that clickable is the new term for On Mouse
over JAWS used in previous versions, but I may be wrong about that.

Plus, it seems to identify text next to or under the link as clickable when
I know from experience that the text under the link is just that; text
that's not dynamic in any way.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? Is does get annoying

You are only nipping your own reading of those greater-than signs inm the

purpose, actually: the amount of greater-than signs preceding a line
indicate how many times the email was forwarded before it reached you.)

Hi Flor,

When I receive an e-mail that Jaws reads cell or horizontal line, and I
attempt to edit the e-mail before forwarding by taking out everything but
the message, I totally screw up the message. Therefore, by pasting into
Word and cleaning the message up in there, copying it to the clipboard, and
then pasting it into a new e-mail I now know that the people I am sending
the e-mail to will receive the whole message. I may be taking the long way
around the block in doing all this but, I have experimented with other ways
with no success. Also Flor, I totally enjoy your posts'. You have taught
myself others so much with your vast knowledge. Thank you very much to
all the people who contribute to these lists'. Take care.

The person on the receiving end will not get any 'cell' thing. It's an

Not in outlook Express per se. Rather, it is a result of the copy full
screen content in internet Explorer and other html formatted documents. If
you use SayAll instead, you will not see the cell problem much.

Re: [JAWS-Users] Scripting: Personal Jaws Startup

2009-02-03 Thread Dale Leavens

Re: [JAWS-Users] clickable clickable

2009-02-03 Thread Jack

Hope so.

Jack

I use web mail through hotmail. When I read my emails, it's constantly
saying clickable clickable, after every line of text in an email message.
Is there a way to turn this off?

Re: [JAWS-Users] Scripting: Personal Jaws Startup

2009-02-03 Thread E.J. Zufelt

Good morning,

Depending on which country or jurisdiction you are in it is perfectly
legal to reverse engineer an application for personal or educational
purposes.

But, editing the binary file that contains that message will at the
best allow you to change the static message, not replace it with a
dynamically generated one.

them to

Hi,
I am still using Jaws 9, thank goodness, but one thing I do to be sure I am
not accidentally pressing enter on something instead of entering forms mode
is that I use the Jaws left mouse click to enter forms mode.
Why would anyone deliberately ask for more
problems?

Hi, I know many of you have purchased the Western Digital external hard
drive because I remember a conversation regarding this topic. I've had one
for several years and have been using it with no problems. I gave one to my
son for Christmas and he just can't seem to get the computer to recognize
the device. Every time he enters on the drive, he is presented with a list
of I guess they are programs such as: autorun.bat. Does anyone have any
suggestions so I can help him? He is not a member of this list, but I think
he'll probably join before long. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is there anything in particular that you have recently put on your external

that, though as I didn't ever exactly figure out what happened with my

Hi, I know many of you have purchased the Western Digital external hard
drive because I remember a conversation regarding this topic. I've had one
for several years and have been using it with no problems. I gave one to my
son for Christmas and he just can't seem to get the computer to recognize
the device. Every time he enters on the drive, he is presented with a list
of I guess they are programs such as: autorun.bat. Does anyone have any
suggestions so I can help him? He is not a member of this list, but I think
he'll probably join before long. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just ran into the same problem this weekend. It happened after installing
jaws 9 thumb drive version onto the external hard drive and then trying to
boot up the computer with the drive inserted.
Is there anything in particular that you have recently put on your external
drive? Perhaps it's interfering with the start-up. I can't say much beyond
that, though as I didn't ever exactly figure out what happened with my
problem either.

Re: [JAWS-Users] problem with my book external hard drive

2009-02-03 Thread Victor
Hi Joe,

Just to add to what Jack is saying, I've noticed that some external drives
are formatted incorrectly as FAT32, when they should be formatted as NTFS.

When your friend formats the drive, make sure he specifies NTFS and not
FAT32, otherwise he may find the drive crashing at some point.

Oh, and for the first time you format it, I would do a complete format, not
a quick format, as that will only erase what is on the drive.

True, it will take you longer to accomplish the format, but it's always
safer to be thorough, than not being thorough enough.

2009-02-03 Thread Flor Lynch
Mike,

I see where you're coming from. I have had that or a similar experience
with one or two
emails; so I just paraphrased what they said in a new message instead. (I'm
thinking of a forum discussion on some topic that i copied and pasted, and
tried to send
to a friend. Pictures were being blocked, which might not have helped; but
that's default Internet Explorer 7 behaviour wich I didn't want to change.
The
more advanced JAWS feature become, the more complicated is the nature of the
beast it deals with.

It's an
artifact of the new settings - copy full screen content - in JAWS10. .
Mike's way of doing it is fine, if you need to go to the trouble.

Not in outlook Express per se. Rather, it is a result of the copy full
screen content in internet Explorer and other html formatted documents. If
you use SayAll instead, you will not see the cell problem much.

I find it annoying in some emails jaws reads cell in the beginning of each
line. Today there was an email that I wanted to send to someone that had a
lot of greater signs also at the beginning of each line. Trying to use
e-cleaner to remove the greater signs it did not work since when I copied it
put everything into one cell.
I would guess that this is something in outlook express but haven't found
it.Any ideas?

Re: [JAWS-Users] problem with my book external hard drive

2009-02-03 Thread Jack
Hi Jo,

Did the computer assign a letter to the external drive? For example, My
Book F. If it did do this, then the computer does recognise the drive.
When you open a new external drive, they are usually shipped from the
factory with software, like programs to auto backup files and stuff like
that.
I've actually copied those files off of the external drive and kept them in
a folder on my C drive so I could look at them later. Anyway I'm off
track... Ask him if the computer does see the external drive. If so, while
sitting on the My Book, hit the alt key and bring up the file menue, and
arrow down to Format. It will want to do a full erase on it. This can take
a couple hours to complete.
But once it's done, he will have a clean hard drive that's ready to use.
Hope this helped.

I've done this many times. You can also do it in HJ Pad and NotePad as
well. Just be sure to enter on the replace all button.

 Hello Friends,
You can always paste a messy message you might have received into a Word
.doc file, then just hit Control H, which is Find and Replace use the
greater sign to find, and leave the Replace blank.

It will leave the message clean of those messy greater signs, and your
 recipients will appreciate it!
I do it with about half the forwarded messages I in turn wish to forward.

It only takes a couple of seconds!

Not in outlook Express per se. Rather, it is a result of the copy full

  If

Re: [JAWS-Users] removing braille display

2009-02-03 Thread Jean Menzies
Hello Flor,

Yes, after much puzzlement, we uninstalled everything, and then manually
removed every remaining file and folder related to FS and the display. A
complete reinstall, after which I've discovered that the firewall is
blocking the Jaws scripts. Jaws works beautifully when I disable the
security program. LOL.

Do you have more than one version of JAWS on your computer? Remove every
JAWS version (including shared components) from your computer, and start
afresh. After having uninstalled one version, you could then (using windows
Explorer) go back into its folder - which remains in the program files
folder , and delete it from there. If you have another version of JAWS on
your computer, having uninstalled JAWS8 you could use it to do as above.
(Then uninstall the other version; and reinstall, start over.) (Or you
could download a demo version of another screen-reader, to help in the
process.)Or, you could get back to FS and tell them that your problem
was not resolved in your first call, etc.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] removing braille display

Okay, this one has me stumped. I've been having problems with strange error
messages using Jaws 8. That's a long story, but I have pretty much
determined it comes from corrupted files with the installation of the
PacMate braille display.

My problem is that no matter what I do, I can't seem to uninstall the
display and reinstall it. First, I tried going into the Jaws window, and
selecting no display under braille. But it still loads and is present. Then
I wanted to remove it and start fresh. I ran the Jaws CD and chose the
remove components and tried unsuccessfully to remove it. In the installer,
it showed no display and nothing else selected. However, the braille display
still loads and comes up working.

Since the installer can't remove the files, how can I remove it manually to
start fresh?

I should mention that in sorting out this problem, I did at one time
completely remove Jaws. It had become corrupted and I had to do a manual
uninstall with FS help because the installer couldn't run. But even when I
did that, I noticed that all the braille folders were left. They weren't
deleted. But now I know I need to clean up and start those from scratch.

Can anyone help with steps for a manual removal of a braille display?

Jean

[JAWS-Users] Jaws 10 and Word

2009-02-03 Thread Jean Menzies
Hello all,

At work I use Jaws 10. I've noticed several problems using Word 2003, and am
wondering if others have experienced these things. Yes, I've reported them to
FS.

I do a lot of work with styles in Word. I often use the BANA braille template
that DBT installs into Word for braille production. This involves doing a lot
of work with paragraph and character styles. The default for Jaws is to
announce styles first when arrowing down through text. However, I've found that
for no reason, Jaws will sometimes start announcing the style names after
reading the line of text. This means that I can't move through a document
quickly because I have to listen to everything on a line before hearing the
style name, when in fact I only want to verify style formatting. Sometimes
relaunching Jaws helps. Sometimes reloading the file helps but not always.
Sometimes I've rebooted the PC with no change. I have no idea what triggers
this behaviour or what triggers it to go back to the correct order of reading.
FS has no idea either. It does this even when default settings are loaded. It's
not any changes that I'm doing. This behaviour also happens with documents
created with the normal.dot template which is what is normally used for
documents.

The second thing I've noticed concerns paragraph marks. I have those turned on
so that I know there is a paragraph change and that text hasn't simply just
wrapped to a new line. When selecting over a paragraph mark, Jaws remains
silent. That's difficult, but not too serious. But if I'm doing a lot of
document switching or cut and paste or general up and down movement in a
document, the announcement of the paragraph marks disappears. Again, it will
return after a while, but I find this behaviour unpredictable.

I also find it very distracting to have Jaws announce the new line even when
arrowing down through text. I know it's a new line because I'm pressing the
down arrow key. LOL. This is with all of the choices of how to report line
endings turned off in the Text Processing tab or wherever it is. The only
solution I've found is to go into the Speech and Sounds manager, on the
Miscellaneous tab I think and change the announcement to a sound, then choose a
very subtle sound that I can tune out. I haven't been able to turn this feature
totally off.

The last problem I'm noticing is that Jaws does not announce anything when
selecting paragraphs. Shift-control down arrow to select a paragraph remains
silent. Quite difficult when you want to select contiguous paragraphs.

Re: [JAWS-Users] Jaws 10 and Word

2009-02-03 Thread Ann byrne
I am running Word 2000 with JAWS 10. I find that rout JAWS to PC
doesn't work. Is this also true with Word 2003???

thanks.
At 09:45 PM 2/3/2009, you wrote:

Hello all,

2003, and am wondering if others have experienced these things. Yes,
I've reported them to FS.

I do a lot of work with styles in Word. I often use the BANA braille
template that DBT installs into Word for braille production. This
involves doing a lot of work with paragraph and character styles.
The default for Jaws is to announce styles first when arrowing down
through text. However, I've found that for no reason, Jaws will
sometimes start announcing the style names after reading the line of
text. This means that I can't move through a document quickly
because I have to listen to everything on a line before hearing the
style name, when in fact I only want to verify style formatting.
Sometimes relaunching Jaws helps. Sometimes reloading the file helps
but not always. Sometimes I've rebooted the PC with no change. I
have no idea what triggers this behaviour or what triggers it to go
back to the correct order of reading. FS has no idea either. It does
this even when default settings are loaded. It's not any changes
that I'm doing. This behaviour also happens with documents created
with the normal.dot template which is what is normally used for documents.

The second thing I've noticed concerns paragraph marks. I have those
turned on so that I know there is a paragraph change and that text
hasn't simply just wrapped to a new line. When selecting over a
paragraph mark, Jaws remains silent. That's difficult, but not too
serious. But if I'm doing a lot of document switching or cut and
paste or general up and down movement in a document, the
announcement of the paragraph marks disappears. Again, it will
return after a while, but I find this behaviour unpredictable.

I also find it very distracting to have Jaws announce the new line
even when arrowing down through text. I know it's a new line because
I'm pressing the down arrow key. LOL. This is with all of the
choices of how to report line endings turned off in the Text
Processing tab or wherever it is. The only solution I've found is to
go into the Speech and Sounds manager, on the Miscellaneous tab I
think and change the announcement to a sound, then choose a very
subtle sound that I can tune out. I haven't been able to turn this
feature totally off.

The last problem I'm noticing is that Jaws does not announce
anything when selecting paragraphs. Shift-control down arrow to
select a paragraph remains silent. Quite difficult when you want to
select contiguous paragraphs.

Re: [JAWS-Users] how does one delete favorite on favorite menu?

2009-02-03 Thread Tim
You simply use the up and down arrows to go through the links in your
Favorites menu and press the Applications key when you find the one you
want to delete. I do not use alt D to delete a bookmark. I am not sure
if this works. I simply press the Applications key and then use the up
or down arrows to find the delete option and then press enter. You will
then be asked to confirm if you want to delete this bookmark. You should
be able to move to the Yes or No options by pressing the up or down
arrows. However, if your computer encounters a problem similar to mine,
JAWS sometimes will not move through the options at this point. If this
happens, I usually either minimize the current window and reopen it or
simply left click with the mouse.

Hope this helps.

Re: [JAWS-Users] how does one delete favorite on favorite menu?

2009-02-03 Thread Jack
OK, let's settle this once and for all. *smile*

In windows XP.
1. Go to your C drive and find documents and settings. Hit enter.
2. Find your user name in the documents and settings folder and hit enter
again.
3. Hit F for favorites, and hit enter.
4. arrow down the list and just hit the delete key on the ones you want to
get rid of.
5. When you're done, simply alt-F4 out of Favorites.

With Vista, you follow these same steps, but rather than documents and
settings, you'll enter on Users. Everything else if the same.
Hope this helped.

Re: [JAWS-Users] how does one delete favorite on favorite menu?

2009-02-03 Thread Tim
You could do it this way but why would you want to since it takes much
longer? You can simply press the alt key in your browser and press the
left or right arrow until you find the Favorites menu.

What I do to delete something off my favorites list is
1 in the favorite list highlight what you want to delete
2 press your applacation key
3 arrow down to delete, or press the letter D then Y for yes
hth Patti

Thank you. I thought somewhere on favorites and tried
but must have left out a step somewhere because alt delete did
nothing. But
try again. Karen and Harpo.- Original Message - From:

[JAWS-Users] I need help with outlook express please?

2009-02-03 Thread Kimmie
Howdy. I hope my explination of this problem isn't too confusing, but I'm
finding it hard to move my folders within outlook express, because for some
reason the inbox keeps closing, and in order to move my folders or files to
different folders within, I have to keep opening the inbox. It keeps saying
inbox closed, and that's not happened to me before, until a couple of weeks
ago, and damned if I know how that happened. Your help would be much
appreciated as always. Thanks in advance. Kimmie.
