Hi list members, I'm having a problem when after installing white list updates, I find that there were some updates that failed to install. Hi, the thing that I found is if I were to use Firefox, nothing would happen but if I use Internet explorer 8, I wouldn't hear anything in terms of audio after pressing enter on the graphic. What version of jaws are you using? I don't know if that might also be a factor as well. I've tried this with jaws version 11 as well as jaws version 14. I don't know whether I'll have to use Silverlight in order to correct this issue? Have you tried going to a different version of jaws first as an example if you have jaws 11, you should be able to go to the page then go and check to see whether the check mark shows if this check mark shows, then you should have no problem but if there is no check mark that shows then we should all right adobe and ask them is there a work around for this situation?
