ID of Person: William Harold Peters

SSN: 061-20-0936

Date: January 4, 1931

Item: Application for Account Number (Form SS-5)

The resulting Footnote, Subseuent Citation and Bibliography
output is just fine. However, when running a Source Citation
Report, NONE of the items in the Source Detail Entries are
displayed even though I have selected that option on the
include tab for the report/

Source Detail information IS displayed on all other sources
that I have dealtt. Is there something wrong with the Social
Security RecordsOriginal Template?

Can anyone else duplicate my problem? Geoff Rasmussen said
he couldn't, but I'm not sure he understood the
problem as I stated it to him

The reason I am interested in having the source detail show
is that when I am citing an SS-5 as a source for
someone's name, such as the father or the mother of the
applicant. I like to be able to see on the Source Citation
Report whose SS-%I was citing. Without the Source Detail
showing on the Source Citation Report for this template,
it's impossible to tell whose SS-5 is being cited.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Tom Herson

No, you weren't able to be helpful but, instead, did point out a typo:)

I don't really have any help for this, but is your date below a typo?
Social Security was enacted in 1935.

Marie,
I suspect that the reason the word Death is printed is that the SS-5
is cited as a source on the Death fact for the individual.

Tom, I apologize for not reading you problem correctly. I ran a
Source Citation Report for a SSDI. You are correct. I just did an
SS-5 on my Testing V.7 family tree and the only detail that printed
under the name it was used by was the word death.

Why would it pring death when it was an application? Think you should
maybe call support and find out if it's a bug.

Below is one of the options available for the Source Citation Report. You can
see that it says that citation (source) detail will print. I have checked all
the options, including Citation Detail, that I want included in the Source
Citation Report but, for some reason, the Citation Detail prints for some
Master Sources, but not for all Master Sources. Does anyone know why this is
happening or if it is already a reported bug?

Master Sources and All Citations to Each One-Displays the individuals and
marriages that cite each master source. You can also choose to include each
specific event citing the source along with including the citation detail
information and surety level.

reports without having to do any rework or additional inputting. (Hope I

Then I must be mistaken. The problem you describe sounds like a variation
on the one addressed by Geoff's post on 18 June under the subject
Subsequent Source Citation Printing Instead of Full Citation. Sorry, I
have no idea where you can find a list of reported bugs.
