Hyundai has one that's better looking than most. GM dropped the price of the Bolt this year. I'd consider it a real contender. Might see if I can go try one. An EV in Flagstaff would make perfect sense. Plenty of sunlight for charging, and the longest possible trip from one side of town to another being maybe 15 miles, if that. You just use a 3/4 ton truck and call it a 1/2 ton. I have doubts about them off-road, that weight has to make them less capable. In the end most pickup trucks are just pavement queens rarely used to haul anything more exciting than the garbage. For the majority of owners an EV will be fine.
