Fair Value tahun 2005 yg lalu memang betul ada dikisaran 2400-2800. Yg dihitung fund manager bukan fair value yg sekarang tapi fair value kedepan. Kalo lihat yg sekarang bisa terus2an ketinggalan. Contoh PGAS dari tahun 2005 sudah di tarik keatas,padahal pipa belum jadi satupun saat itu. Dan ketika kontrak harga baru naik 40%, sahamnya di tarik 100%. Utk PTBA, Fair Value ada di kisaran 7000 apabila di tambah 2 double track rel + PLTU Bankarsari + PLTU Banko Tengah, jadi revenues nambah 5x.Kalo di tambah lagi PLTU ARAHAN UTARA yah lebih dari itu, pastinya tunggu nego kontrak harga, sepertinya nunggu TDL naik !!! Saya berdo'a terus supaya TDL naik...he ..he, biar Fair Value-nya juga naik. Soalnya pasti kontrak utk PLTU baru akan bertambah, karena investor semakin tergoda. Xstrata could also tender its Falconbridge shares to the Inco bid, cashing in a tidy profit if it decides not to counter the offer or if it believes the break fee is too expensive. "The enhanced terms reflect the change in metal market dynamics and the additional value created in Falconbridge because of higher metal prices," Scott Hand, chairman and CEO of Inco, said in a news release. "They also demonstrate our continuing conviction that combining Inco and Falconbridge to create the great company that the new Inco will be is in the best interests of shareholders of both companies over the long term." The original Inco bid for Falconbridge was valued at more than $17 billion, but Saturday's offer increases its value to about $19 billion, based on Friday's closing share prices. Derek Pannell, CEO of Falconbridge, praised the new offer, saying it adds $1.9 billion of additional value for Falconbridge shareholders, who would wind up owning about 47 per cent of the combined company. "This is the right deal with the right company," he said. "The mining world has long understood that Inco and Falconbridge are logical partners and this has only been underscored by the improved metals market environment. "The tangible synergies available to the combined company are much greater under current metals prices than previously estimated and are focused directly on enhancing our operating platform, rather than simply eliminating corporate overlap and jobs." The sweetened deal comes just days after Teck-Cominco, a Vancouver-based zinc, iron and coal miner, launched a hostile bid for Inco a move that is conditional on Inco dropping its takeover offer for Falconbridge. Teck Cominco said its bid is worth $17.8 billion in cash and shares, which would make the deal one of the biggest takeovers in Canadian mining history if it succeeds. Saya hanya berpikir apakah sampai indeks 2000-pun saham ini TIDAK AKAN BERGERAK Timing-nya kemarin memang saya BERANI pilih karena saat mereka memang MASIH di LEVEL yg RENDAH! Dari sisi waktu level 2000 kan sudah dekat ..BERARTI PERGERAKAN 2 saham ini juga TIDAK AKAN LAMA LAGI .. Wong pemerintah saat ini juga sedang gencar2nya membenahi BUMN .masak mereka juga tidak dibenahi? Ya nggak? Yang jelas alasan saya masih banyak .. 2.TINS . Semua orang sekarang lagi GANDRUNG ama saham2 pertambangan yg lagi RUNNING, IN, .sedang TRENDY kalau bicara MODE ..tapi saham satu ini kelihatan TERBENGKALAI ..karena masih belum nge-TREND. Dari pola chartnya kelihatannya bandar kehabisan tenaga buat dorong tuh saham-saham yang direkomendasikan pak oentoeng sehingga perlu bantuan tenaga dari para trader ... bagi saya sih lebih baik tunggu saja daripada kita mendahului para bozz2 akibatnya bisa fatal. Dengan kenaikan indeks yang luar biasa tapi saham ini mendem saja maka saat market mengalami koreksi maka biasanya Bozz pemegang saham ini akan melakukan koreksi lebih gila lagi di saham tersebut ... baru deh setelah itu dihitung-hitung berapa banyak yang di market dan berapa yang di tangan - kalau banyak di market maka tinggal nyebut AMPUN - AMPUN DEH ... Lihat PTBA bisa menggila….masak TINS yg market share-nya cuman ¼ PTBA tidak bisa LEBIH GILA Yang jelas alasan saya masih banyak……. 3.PNBN….Sebenarnya beberapa alasan saya, sudah saya katakan beberapa kali sebelumnya. Malah ada teman2 yg sangat jeli melihat PERGERAKAN saham ini…..sejak Indeks masih rendah (200). Ini memang mengesampingkan PNBN pernah memberikan Saham bonus….tapi secara fundamental yaitu PBV adalah salah satu factor yg paling sering digunakan! Kalau Indeks BEJ sering mencapai ALL TIME HIGH…..seperti yg sering diikuti sahamnya P. Busur dkk…..masak PNBN tidak bisa menunjukkan KEPERKASAANNYA…untuk menyentuh HAL YG SAMA Kalau tidak sekarang kapan lagi? Pergerakan JSX dalam 2 bulan terakhirnya yang super bullish cukup membuat dillema beberapa investor, Jumat lalu saya sempat membahas bersama dengan P'Jhon Veter mengenai kenaikan ini, Mnrt beliau dari sisi FA kenaikannya emang rada mengerikan kecepatan dan sudut kenaikannya, namun secara TA berdasarkan volume dan BBnya menurut saya masih dalamrange yangnormal. Bahkan sebenarnya targetsaya di 1.580 belum tercapai, sehingga sebenarnya walaupun terdapat sinyal bearish yang sangat kuat jumatkemarin, JSX masih dalam range up trendnya.. kemungkinannya merupakan koreksi yang normal untuk menutup gap yang terjadi (kalo disambung ke cerita kategori dewasa Bear Instinctnyasi anak ajaibHok One, kira2 begini ;Ada yang ngengkang, jangan dianggurin, tapi kudu disumpel hehehehe). Saat ini support yang kuat terdapat pada level 1.500-an, Namun secara pribadi saya menilai pola candle yang terjadi merupakan sinyal untuk siap2 keluar dari market. Jika kekuatan Bear mampu menjebol support tersebut, maka bagi yang tidak mempunyai disiplin or tools yang kuat, mendingan nemenin saya nonton di pinggiran aja sambil ngitungin mayat2. Tapi, sebaliknya, jika terjadi counter attack dari pasukan Bulls, mendingan tetap stay wise before u decided to join the party, sapa tau banyak Bulls Trap... stay wise dalam arti trading plan yang ketat lho.. cut loss, dll kudu jadi raja tega.. Bravo OB! Kulo nuwun Mbah, Hebat, bahkan BOSS aja takut kepada trader yang rata-rata hanya pakai sebelah badan (High > harus beli dengan asumsi harga tinggi = naik baru dapat menjual). Aku pikir kalau trader itu dapat menggunakan anggota tubuhnya secara lengkap (Trading Short = jual dulu dengan asumsi squaring di bawah), pastilah BOSS babak belur. Jadi perlu dijinakkan dengan gangguan sistem apalagi pada masa kritis seperti sekarang ini. Gunakan segala cara! Bukan begitu Bung Oentoeng, IDKM sebagai tanda alam bukannya sudah muncul. Sebenernya kalo Rupiah engga melemah tajam wa engga terlalu kwatir. Masalahnya ini terjadi saat mata uang yen menguat, biasanya berimbas ke rupiah.
