satunya saham ini. tapi jangan diomongin, lagi ikut naiknya. dari 110..
nanti hajatannya terhenti, kayaknya tahanan kuat 124 tadi uda tembus,
terus lagi nunggu bisa lewat 137. kalau lewat nunggu di 160 an..

prof, wa masih punya lebih seribu lot, tadi sempat jual tapi beli balik, lagi 
sangsi harus jual atau keep dulu, soalnya saham ini uda bobok lama juga. saya 
liat di etrading, sejak kemarin2 banyak sekali yang tebus warannya. yang saya 
selalu bingungkan, kok mereka mau tebus waran di 110, tapi gak mau beli aja di 
market, mau ratusan ribu lot, kayaknya market masih bisa tampung.. bisa safe 
lumayan banyak kan.. ada yang punya idea ? menurut logika saya, mereka sangsi 
harga ASRI nya naik jadi secara rata2, jatuh harganya jadi lebih tinggi 
dibanding tebus warannya, tapi lihat banyak juga yang mau buang saham ini, 
terutama MU dan DP yang dari tahun ini uda buang banyak, lebih untung harusnya 
tidak tebus, tapi beli sahamnya langsung sehingga jumlah saham yang beredar 
tidak tambah.. nilai sahamnya bisa lebih bagus.

Kemaren saya ada ngobrol dengan pihak keuangan Alam sutra mereka tidak mau 
expose.
Karena beberapa lahan ada yg mau dibebaskan dan minta dengan harga mahal. 
Secara kesulurhan  penjualan meningkat dari taon 2008.
Planning Taon  depan :
1. Bangun mall
2. Bangun Apartment
3. Hotel
karena mereka juga mau agak rem penjualan tanahnya karena sisa lokasi 300 
hektar milik alam sutra dari 700 hektar.

Penjualan mereka siii meningkat. karena saya juga jadi agent property. memang 
penjualan rumah mereka meningkat. seperti komplex perumahan gading serpong. 
sejak ada buka jalan tol dan mall penjualannya rumah baik sekali dan harga 
rumah naik cukup tinggi.
Contoh rumah yg saya beli 380 juta menjadi 800 juta dan tanah per meter taon 
2007 saya beli 1.4 juta / meter growth menjadi 3 juta / meter dalam waktu 2 
taon.
untuk alam sutra ada kemungkinan bisa growth juga. Tapi ujung2nya mesti ada 
yang gerakin Juga BD, Om JT, Jendr Artomoro, Billy, Mr. Kobayashi

access becomes a reality. And thirdly, a Rp1.6trn project is expected to make

with completion expected to take around 2 years. A hotel and university will be 
built to complete the complex. There are also plans for a theme park, but that 
is still some way off – at least 5-6 years before realization.  To develop the 
whole town within 2 years we estimate it will take around Rp550bn. Financing 
shall not be a problem, however, and will come internally (we do not assume any 
additional debts to be taken on over the next 3 years). Of the total 14,000sqm 
of office area, some 50% is expected to be sold as strata title, generating 
around Rp65bn over 3 years.

In the year up to April 09, marketing sales reached Rp154bn, of which 58% were 
sales of commercial shop lots and kiosks - a significant achievement since 
their launch in March 09, in our view. Following this success, ASRI has 
undertaken a further launch to accommodate the higher expected demand in April 
and May 09. In terms of profitability, we expect higher gross margins of 28% in 
2Q09 vs. 24% in 2Q08. For the full year, we expect marketing sales to reach 
Rp850bn, around 40% of which will be booked as revenues. This amount added to 
the contribution coming from last year’s marketing sales should translate into

Kalo ngak salah ada yg namanya conversion period s/d expiration date,
apakah conversion period itu mulai dari tgl warrant tsb dikeluarkan saya
tidak tahu musti di cek lewat sekuritas.
Setelah tgl jatuh tempo nilainya nil. Kalau anda beli warrant tsb + exec
price  current stock price yah di beli aja itu stock langsung di jual
lagi, tapi ini rasanya belum pernah terjadi.
Biasanya mendekati expire date harga warrant tsb akan bergerak sesuai
harga sahamnya, kalau masih dalam range harganya.

Iya, itu exe pricenya di 500, harga sahamnya 750, bener lah harga
warrantnya di 250, karena udah mau expire jadi harganya ngak lari jauh2
dari real pricenya.
 
Nah kalo ASRI ini sampai 10 perak dibawah harga sebenarnya, jadi bisa
beli ASRI lebih murah lewat warrant, itu kalo dihitung persentasi gede
bedanya.
Dibilang murah, iya bener, tapi kok aneh kaga naik2, kan semua juga pada
tahu.
