permanently parked there as well.

You got it!  Its supposed to be a reflection on the "window" painted
there. She is supposed to be driving according to the song.  So its
like you say, RHD vehicle (unlikely in AZ), or the artist simply did
it this way on purpose to be able to show the girl.

in Winslow Arizona" mural a couple of blocks away.

Looks like they now have a statue of Jackson Brown (who wrote the song
along with Glen Frey) and they appear to have a "flatbed Ford"
permanently parked there as well.

The Post Office is good enough for me.

There are a number of places out there I'd like to have the time to go
back to revisit & see if I can make a better photos.
