So its like you say, RHD vehicle (unlikely in AZ), or the artist simply did it this way on purpose to be able to show the girl. I'm more concerned about summers being too warm than winters being too cold- and Boston isn't much different than NYC these days. It has fine public transportation, a great center city, lots of culture and easy access to lovely scenic rurual areas... and a bunch of my friends :-) When the outside temp gets above 60 it is time for shorts and a T-shirt. Cost of living's a bit higher in Asheville, as it is down near the coast. The Piedmont probably offers the best compromise between lower cost of living and accessibility to both the mountains & the sea. If I was looking to move to North Carolina from out of state, and was not constrained by having to live where I had a job waiting, I'd take a real close look at the area around Asheboro where the NC Zoo is located. All the other good parts of living in North Carolina are relatively easy to get to from there. On 4/14/2016 3:24 PM, Paul Stenquist wrote: I'm looking in Asheville and on the coast at New Bern. We're in New Berlin, Wisconsin, U.S., just about 30 minutes west of downtown Milwaukee. -p On 4/14/2016 9:07 AM, Darren Addy wrote: I'm curious as to where in the world PDML people are located. A few of you I may know (or know approximately) but this thread would be a handy way for people to just hit "reply" and provide their region/city/country. One practical use: It might help all of us to know where prospective meet-ups might be scheduled when traveling, etc. As you may know I'm in South-Central Nebraska U.S. - near Grand Island. -- Being old doesn't seem so old now that I'm old. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.

Ah yes. Powell's. My wife spent an afternoon there during our USA trip in 2013 and only left because the store closed and we were heading south first thing next morning, so she couldn't go back. A carton of books from Powell's was awaiting our return to Qz several weeks later Where am I located? My sig tells all.
