   arraymysql_fetch_array
-
+
  resourcevýsledek
   int
 result_type

- Returns an array that corresponds to the fetched row, or &false;
- if there are no more rows.
-
- mysql_fetch_array is an extended version of
- mysql_fetch_row. In addition to storing the
- data in the numeric indices of the result array, it also stores
- the data in associative indices, using the field names as keys.
+ Funkce vrací pole hodnot naèteného øádku nebo &false;, není-li ¾ádný
+dal¹í øádek.

- If two or more columns of the result have the same field names,
- the last column will take precedence. To access the other column(s)
- of the same name, you must use the numeric index of the column or
- make an alias for the column. For aliased columns, you cannot
- access the contents with the original column name (by using
- 'field' in this example).
+ mysql_fetch_array je roz¹íøenou verzí
+ mysql_fetch_row. Navíc zde jsou data ulo¾ena v
+poli nejen pod èíselnými klíèi, ale také pod asociativními textovými klíèi
+jmenujícími se podle názvu sloupce sql tabulky.
+
+
+ Pokud dva nebo více sloupcù mají stejný název, bude dostupná hodnota
+ pouze toho posledního. Chcete-li pøistupovat i k hodnotám ostatních
+sloupcù, musíte k nim v sql dotazu vytvoøit aliasy. Název klíèe sloupce, k nìmu¾
+je vytvoøem alias, je v¾dy jméno aliasu a proto není mo¾né pou¾ít originální
+jméno sloupce v sql tabulce (viz. 'sloupec' v následujícím
+pøíkladu).

+select prvni_tab.sloupec as prvni_sloupec druha_tab.sloupec as druhy_sloupec
+from prvni_tab, druha_tab ]]>

- An important thing to note is that using
- mysql_fetch_array is not
- significantly slower than using
- mysql_fetch_row, while it provides
- a significant added value.
-
-
- The optional second argument result_type
- in mysql_fetch_array is a constant and can
- take the following values: MYSQL_ASSOC, MYSQL_NUM, and
- MYSQL_BOTH. This feature was added in PHP 3.0.7. MYSQL_BOTH
- is the default for this argument.

a coworker and me occupied for about 6 hours. It's not really a bug, but
there's another step that needs to be added to the installation
instructions. After moving php.ini to its correct folder, one must set the
permissions to be readable by Everyone. Otherwise, IIS will not be able to
read it and PHP will use the default options. This caused an especially
large problem in Win2k, since the default folders are all unix-style. Most
of our code worked, but features such as sessions choked.

Please add the permission change to the installation instructions.

Please revert this commit, we are trying to go for not translated "returned
values" in the italian manual. The italian literature on the subject does
not translate them!

Thanks,

Hello,

you both are right. But since I've found out that en-file was already 5
times bigger than the de-version, I thought 100% English info is better
than 20% German.

And from the translation point of view it's in such a case also better
to start from scratch than to look for some reuseable words.

Anyhow, the translation will be ready till Moday.

Cu,
Thomas

Should these values be enclosed in tag?

449order from least powerful, to most powerful): 'clear', 'safe',
450'confidential', 'private'. If the string does not match one of
451these, then 'private' is used. If you set this to NULL,
452this disables KB4 security. KB4 security only works with FTP

Is this correct 'KRB4' or 'KB4'?

Thanks,

RE: [PHP-DOC] Inteligent question about installing PHP

2002-03-28 Thread James Cox

Hi Thales,

I specifically said that I would be investigating this today, and would get
back to you.

If you are having problems setting up apache, might i suggest
http://httpd.apache.org/ and check out the installation guide.

As far as PWS goes, I am investigating as to why it is not behaving as
reported.

Subject: [PHP-DOC] Inteligent question about installing PHP

Ok! Somebody said and I have to agree with you. It's not a stupid
question anymore, but I need an answer. I still couldn't make it work. Does
anybody help me?
The problem is that I can't install PHP under any kind of server. It
was functioning perfectly up to the day I had to reinstall my Windows (I
know it's also a stupid thing to do - work under Windows). I tried to
install PHP with the PWS, and when the server is running and I try to open a
file.php, I have this error message:

"Security Alert! PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means
that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is
set. This variable is set, for example, by Apache's Action directive
redirect.

You may disable this restriction by recompiling the PHP binary with
the --disable-force-cgi-redirect switch. If you do this and you have your
PHP CGI binary accessible somewhere in your web tree, people will be able to
circumvent .htaccess security by loading files through the PHP parser. A
good way around this is to define doc_root in your php.ini file to something
other than your top-level DOCUMENT_ROOT. This way you can separate the part
of your web space which uses PHP from the normal part using .htaccess
security. If you do not have any .htaccess restrictions anywhere on your
site you can leave doc_root undefined. If you are running IIS, you may
safely set cgi.force_redirect=0 in php.ini."

Well... Then I tried setting the cgi.force_redirect to 0, and the
same problem was related. So I almost punched the screen and I decided to
install Apache Server. Before I format my HD, I had Apache Server working
perfectly. But now it wanted to say something bad to me. When I install PHP
with Apache Server and do all the configurations in the httpd.conf and in
php.ini, I try to Start Apache and the answer is:

"Syntax error on line 1022 of c:/arquivos de
programas/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load c:/arquivos de programas/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server:
(1157)
Nao e possivel encontrar um dos arquivos de biblioteca necessario para
executar
 esse aplicativo:

Note the errors or messages above, and press the key to exit. 29..."

The error reported is in Portuguese. It says: "It's not possible to
find one of the library files that is need to run the application.". But the
file is in the location said and I already sent it to various directories
and it does the same message.
Does anybody help me? Save me, please!
Thanks all...

site you can leave doc_root undefined.

The error reported is in Portuguese. It says: "It's not possible to
find one of the library files that is need to run the application.". But the
file is in the location said and I already sent it to various directories
and it does the same message.
Does anybody help me? Save me, please!
Thanks all...

Escaping from HTML

-Jäsentäessään tiedostoa PHP yksinkertaisesti ohittaa kaiken sisällön siihen asti,
kunnes se löytää erityisen aloitustagin, joka kertoo jäsentimelle aloittaa koodin
PHP-tulkkaus. Sitten tulkki suorittaa kaiken koodin jonka löytää, aina PHP-lopputagiin
asti. Tämän jälkeen tulkki aloittaa tekstin ohittamisen uudelleen. Tämä mekanismi
antaa mahdollisuuden lisätä PHP-koodia HTML:n sisään: kaikki PHP-tagin ulkopuolella
jätetään täysin rauhaan, kun taas kaikki muu tulkataan PHP-koodina.

-On olemassa neljä tagiparia, joita voidaan käyttää PHP-koodin erottelemiseen.
