[qmailtoaster] Mail problem + Clamav compiling error

I have a strange problem in the 2 days before.

Certain domains hang on my server and mails note delivery to local account.

Mail show on smpt logs and not delivery to pop3 acount

Gmail and Hotmail works perfect certain domains a problem.

 

 

My logs multiple simscan process open on received mail, it is not delivery
to pop3d:

to force my clients to proxy i create a iptables rules
i use to filter mail on subject and body mail
It is run on Windows(active perl) and Linux(Fedora 4 and Fedora 8)

8.
I would like to know if somebody already obtained success on to qmailtoaster in 
fedora 8 and if somebody has some tip from as I can proceed to obtain to

  If they are using SMTP-AUTH, it allows them to send emails. It has no control 
over their reply-to addresses.  It should stop anyone from trying to relay 
through your server unless you've modified your tcp.smtp to allow it.  If they 
use a valid account on your machine as their SMTP details, it will allow them 
to send the message.
  I think I'm just missing what you're asking.  What is your native language? 
We have a few others on the list that speak other languages that may be better 
able to understand what you're asking.

  So you only want your server to be able to send emails to other people on 
your server? You want to block everything to the outside world?

  not sure what you're asking  DO you want to send gmail emails from your 
Outlook? You can do so by specifying an account on your machine in the SMTP 
fields and using that to send.
  You may run into issues with SPF though.

When you put the TXT records in the *authoritative* (not caching)

It's incorrect, as you expect it to read as:
At-sign,then any bunch of symbols, and then string ".osowa.net".

But in reality it is read as:
Zero or more at-signs, any symbol, string "osowa", any symbol, string
"net".

Head on to the manual on Posix Regular Expressions Language for more
info.

I using --enable-per-domain=y \  to solve my 
problem.
I have a recompiled the simscan.
 
in simscan spec file add "y"
 
 --enable-per-domain=y 
\ 
and recompile and reinstall the rpm
 on /var/qmail/control create the simcontrol file and add 
this to file [EMAIL PROTECTED]:clam=yes,attach=.txt:.com:.avi:.mp3  and 
run this /var/qmail/bin/simscanmk to rebuild simcontrol file and delete 
my ssattch itïs not necessary for me  it´s control attachs per user to 
receiv and to send

email (particulary large emails) then you may have a timeout problem with your 
qmail server.

not sending a "250 OK" message back to the remote server after accepting the 
email. This can happen if your server timeouts after accepting the email. 

We have ssen this several time where the customer 
has installed filtering software and incorporated it into the server 
incorrectly. 
If you see this happen we suggest that you have a 
look at the filltering software (spam / virus etc) is installed 
correctly."

I using Outlook Express 6 sp2.

Já percebi que ambos falamos português mas vamos manter em inglês pro resto 
da

lista poder acompanhar.


I've created the ssattach file and now outgoing messages start being 
blocked.


However incoming messages, that are my bigger concern are not being blocked.

I'm searching Qmail files for some problem or perhaps something that I 
forgot

doing, but I still couldn't find anything.

If anybody have any idea, I'll appreciate.

I have solved the speed issue
I upgrade my simscan:
simscan-toaster-1.1-1.2.5.i386.rpm
to
simscan-toaster-1.2-1.2.7.i386.rpm
 
I have modify de simscan.spec to use 
riptime.
 
my speed return

You don't need djbdns, you just need a caching dns server. If you are
already using bind, you may want to install caching-nameserver or
perhaps just set forwarders in the named.conf file.

auth and I no touching anything at qmail control or tcp.smtp. But huge
number of  massages arrive at my box and block my server.

Maybe I must do additionally setting for relaying or cut time for
unauthorized relayers to keep at my server

So pls anybody help

my admin-toaster stop to work all links not 
works.
it is work on last days it is not work 
now.
what is this i not modify nothing in my 
server.
botuns _javascript_s simple not work now
the botuns return errors on internet

The easiest way is to add:

*.pps
*.avi
*.mp3

to /var/qmail/control/badmailfrom

restart qmail
