[Repeater-Builder] For Sale: 2 SCOM 5k Repeater Controllers

2010-03-11 Thread surf_boy82
Hi Group,

I have two SCOM 5k repeater controllers that are surplus to my needs. I bought
one to use on a standalone repeater and then changed it out for an ACC, the
other was part of a package I bought from a friend.

Both of them are in factory rack mount cabinets. One of them has a display, the
other does not. They are both in fine working condition, no issues.

Asking $120 for the non-display unit, $150 for the display unit. Shipping is
$15 on each of these.

Buy 'em both and I'll pay the shipping.

Please e-mail me directly at surf_bo...@yahoo.com if you're interested.

Thanks!

Chris

Over the past two decades I've been accumulating gear to link all my
repeaters together. But as I posted a few weeks back, I'm now linking
everything with VoIP. There's at least three generations of equipment
listed below, and I need to clear out the entire inventory in order to
make space and help fund future repeater system development.

Please make offers, equipment is located near Santa Cruz, CA:

Hamtronics:
1 REP-200N 10 watt repeater w/no controller, type N connectors. RX is
441 MHz, TX is 420 MHz.
6 R304-2 UHF synthesized receiver, wired and tested, mounted in A89
enclosure
3 T304-2 UHF synthesized exciter, wired and tested, mounted in A88
enclosure

Yaesu/Vertex:
1 Rare UHF-Low VXR-5000 repeater (40H259J) (spec for 400-420 MHz)
w/internal AC power supply

Icom:
40+ F420-9 403-430 MHz 32-channel mobile radio (25 in good condition,
others have various issues,
 mostly
display problems. Also have 16 custom cables to access internal
connector discriminator audio + COS
for use as link receiver, 8 custom cables to access internal
connector TX audio + PTT for use as link
transmitter.

GE:
12+ Mastr Exec low-power full-duplex mobiles, "77" range (SX55FAS77A)
with internal mobile duplexer
Misc spare control heads, high-power Mastr Exec PAs, etc.

LDG:
1 RVS-8 repeater voter

Com-Spec:
Handful of TS-64 CTCSS Encoder/Decoder
1 TP-3200 repeater tone panel (rack-mount)

Motorola:
2+ Micor UHF mobile, converted to duplex repeater operation

As I stated in the original listing, please make offers.

Note that the GE gear is already spoken for (though the buyer may not be
able to use all of it) and the RVS-8 is so popular that I'll be listing
it on eBay.

[Repeater-Builder] For Sale 3 GE Mastr II Stations & ICOMs

2009-03-04 Thread Don E. Wisdom
Hi All,
I have 3 UHF mastr II stations for sale. These are the radio portion only.
I do have the heavy power supplies they came with but I highly doubt
you want to pay the shipping (if interested please ask)
1) DC75YAS88B (I am going off memory) 100w UHF station that was previously
operating in burn in &
works great. Unit has a set of 2C Icoms on 444.575/449.575 that were redone
& compensated by ICM. Unit is a 100 continuous duty factory repeater. Unit
has a pigtail attached to hook into a Arcom RC-210.
I have a full set of cards for this & can install them if you want them.
Unit only has a 10v regulator card in it presently. Unit also has CG Encode
(factory DIP switch) / Decode (Versatone)
I would like to get $300 OBO (you must pay shipping!)

2) SC65UAS88B (Received as a trade & was working 450-470mhz 60w continuous
duty. Unit has a
fan installed in the PA cover. Unit has not been tested by me but was removed
in working condition. Unit may have 2C Icom's installed. I have cards for
this should you want them

3) (comb label missing) Received as a trade & was working 75w (I think) UHF
(450-470) IMTS station Unit has a
fan installed in the PA cover. Unit has not been tested by me but was removed
in working condition. Unit may have 2C Icom's installed. I have cards for
this should you want them

Should you be local or close to me I also have 3 6' GE cabinets that I would
like to have go bye bye from my storage unit!

Please email me off list if you are interested in these items at:
do...@_engineeringinc_._com (remove _'s)
I also am open to trades for all the above merchandise. I would like to get
my hands on a service monitor (IFR or Motorola (should you want all 3
stations) a HP Frequency counter, a Bird Wattmeter with case & some slugs
(model 43) I also would be interested if you have any Tek Mainframe
counters & mainframes (TM500 series)

Thanks,

some have been included here, some need to be checked and added. Generally rack
it up, plug it together, re-programme and re-align Filters/Combiners and you
are in business.
This was the last operational LTR site in our region and was one of three
sites. We moved users to UHF Conventional due to political reasons, The other
two sites have been disposed of, but there are some spares from these sites,
such as TX Combiners, Other ends of DMR Microwave links, service manuals etc,
that will be included with the below items. Obviously all interconnection
cables will be included so as to make this a kitset "Turn Key" site. We do have
the antennas and feeders, but these would incur excessive shipping costs.

Will accept offers around USD$19K Or Best Offer for the lot, (See above
comment) Including the below items ... We need to get this stuff moved.

Below is in exceptional condition 9.5/10

5x EFJ Viking 242-2008-X32 75 Watt Base stations/Repeaters

[Repeater-Builder] For Sale: Two, MSR2000 VHF Base Stations

2008-05-01 Thread Jerry Dubzak
For Sale/Moving:

I have two, MSR2000 VHF Base Station units that I am selling. One has
the test kit included with it. I do not know much about these units,
however I do have complete photos available upon e-mail request. They
were working when pulled from public-safety service less than a year
ago. I am in the process of moving and would just like to sell them
off. I am asking $200 for the complete package, yes that includes both
MSR2000 Base Stations and the Test Kit. They must be picked up locally
as they are too heavy and too large to ship. I am located near Ann
Arbor, Michigan and I would be willing to drive them locally if needed.

Please e-mail me directly with any questions at: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks,

Hi,
I have several RCA UHF repeaters available for sale..cheap. These are
working units removed from commercial service in 2005. Most have a
Zetron controller installed in the cabinet; those can be had as an
option with the repeater. Service literature is also available.
These machines are old to be sure, but they're very reliable. Some
say the RCA audio is second to none. I have a friend in Georgia who
has several of these on the air, and prefers them to the more
commonly used Motorola and G.E. gearto each his own.

I'm asking $75 each for the repeaters, $175 with a Zetron controller.
They need to go, I need the space.

Why not keep the MVP repeater & narrowband it?

For the RX, http://com-spec.com/narrow.htm

For the TX, http://www.repeater-builder.com/products/ap-50.html; set the

[Repeater-Builder] For Sale: Cushman CE-6 and CE-6a Service Monitors- Need Repairs

2005-12-02 Thread John Everson
Hello to the group.

I have two Cushman Service Monitors that are sick and have to go. For
starters I have a CE-6a that has a lock problem and will only lock
between 460 and 470 Mhz. This unit has the Model 316 VHF 140-175 Mhz
high sensitivity preselctor. The second unit is a CE-6 with what
appears to be a high voltage power supply problem. This unit has the
Model 303 Broadband mixer. The CE-6a served me well for years, but is
just taking up space now along with its forlorn brother and both need
to go. I also have a set of service manuals for the CE-6 as well as
some of the plug-in manuals too.

These things most likely still have some life in them if someone had
the moxie to fix them. Perhaps one from two?

Pickup would be mandatory, but I would be willing to drive an hour or
so if someone was serious. I am near Sacramento CA.

I will accept any reasonable offer. Please reply off-list.

Thanks, John

I never cease to be amazed by the number of people whom don't understand
that the PERIOD is the important thing here and that it was in the correct
place.

If you go to buy gasoline and it's $2.579 per gallon, do you really think
it's two thousand five hundred and seventy nine dollars a gallon? Geez!

Sorry for the off-topic, but I couldn't stand it anymore.

An education .

65.000 in europe and many central american countries would mean sixty
five thousand dollars, in the US, it is still just sixty five dollars.
I am sure that this list has many folks on it that are not from the US
... so giving these folks the benefit of the doubt.

[Repeater-Builder] For Sale: Two Mitreks

2005-05-06 Thread J. Rausch
Hi Guys, I don't post much but I have been building some repeaters and
now have some spare units I would like to sell for Dayton cash :o)

1. VHF High Band Mitrek mobile, low power model, with freq. elements.
I have not tested this unit, but the person I bought it from claims it
was working fine. The front label has been removed so I do not know
the actual model number or serial. Comes with PL deck HLN4020A. Its
a little dusty but about a 8/10. No acessories, just the radio.
Asking $50 for or best offer.

2. VHF Low Band Mitrek Mobile, high power model with freq. elements.
Model: T81JJA4000AK Serial: 433HEE4237 According to several web
sources, looks like it will do 6M. Comes with PL deck HLN4020A. I
have not tested this unit, but the person I bought it from claims it
was working fine. Its a little dusty but about a 9/10. No
acessories, just the radio. Asking $50 for or best offer.

I will ship UPS and will let whoever would like them know shipping
cost as soon as I get their zipcode.

Thanks, please email any questions off-list to jason @ ke4nyv.com
