CSEmergency Aquarium Advice needed

2002-05-02 Thread Nicola Kay
 I know some of you out there have experience with aquariums so I am asking for
 expert advice.

 I have a little fish, not sure what kind but from the looks I would guess him
 to be a killifish of some sort.

 He is very ill and I really don¹t want to lose him. He has been waning for a
 couple of days and today he is on the bottom of the tank. He doesn¹t have the
 strength to swim anymore. Hasn¹t eaten at all for two days.

 There is no sign of sickness on his body and all the other fish are fine. I
 cleaned the filters last weekend and did a 1/3 tank water change yesterday. I
 took him out for a few minutes yesterday and put him into a fish bowl with
 aeration and clean water but was afraid the drastic change in water quality
 might put him over the edge so I put him back into the big tank.

 I know I can¹t use CS in the big tank but I¹m desperate and want to put him
 back into the fish bowl with water from the big tank which I have medicated
 with ŒQuick Cure¹ which is 99.20% formaldehyde and .75% Malachite Green for
 ick and lymphocystis and added some Ammo Lock. the medication doesn¹t seem to
 be helping and I thought if I put some CS into the fish bowl water that might
 do the trick.

 I think it is an infection of some kind that¹s attacking him. It seems to be
 in his head as that¹s where he shows the most symptom the way he moves, etc.

 I¹m not concerned about the biological balance because it is a short term
 treatment and he will go back into the big tank if there¹s any sign of
 improvement before the bacterial balance can hurt him I hope.

 Any advice or knowledge about this?

 I have to do something tonight as I¹m afraid to let him go through another
 night without some intervention. He¹s very weak now but still fighting and
 trying to move around.

 I will greatly appreciate any help that can be given.

In our experimental medical investigations of carpal tunnel syndrome, we
were able to develop quite simple and most inexpensive protocol addresses
to this most uncomfortable disorder...from among a quite varied experimental

the utilization of vitamin B-6, plus frequent exposure to very low-tech

CSRe: Alternative treatment - LED construction

2002-05-02 Thread I Anderson
The following is a series of messages generously sent to the list by
Brooks Bradley.
I retrieved them from my hard drive as I know how hard it is to search
the archive.

Ivan

 To all interested list members:
Recently, a rather serendipitous occurence
revealed
a possible synergistic effect through the combination of CS and LED
protocols.utilized simultaneously.
During a recent evaluation of protocols directed
toward alleviating the problems of long-term, persistent, sinus/upper
throat insults, one of our researchers experienced some unexpected
successfrom combining CS mist inhalation and LED exposure. The
most
interesting factor being the nature of the LED array application.
During earlier experiments, it had been determined that LED exposure
(especially in the 660 to 680 nm range) resulted in very pronounced
control of upper throat pathogens. Exposure times as short as 5
minutes, directed through the open mouth (using 5 element, 3500 mcd
Leds), achived immediate and marked relief---in an impressive number
(75%) of cases..across the entire age spectrum from 25 to 83 years
of age. However, the success rate/degree was much less (25%)
involving
cases of deep-seated sinus insults from pathogenic/allergenic
complications. Principally, because of the difficulty experienced in
directly illuminating the insulted tissue.
The protocol adjustment resulting in a most pronounced
improvement in frontal sinus infections/complications, sprang from the
simple application of a 15 element LED array (1.5 X 3 in area) being
held against the skin surface---first on one side directly adjacent to
the nose for 5 to 10 minutes; followed immediately by a repetition on
the other side of the nose. The geometry is somewhat difficult to
explain without a drawing, but imagine placing the array in such a
manner to rest one corner on the middle of the bridge of the nose
(addressed from the side) then repeating for the other side. The
array
should placed with the long side in the horizontal (3.5 X 1.5 )
extending away from the nosekeeping the array below the eye. The
soft-tissue is penetrated quite well and we believe the bony
structures
may be providing some unanticipated diffusion benefits.
The throat area was treated in two ways: First, after
a
thorough misting, with the mouth fully open, a 5 element (circular)
LED
array was used to directly expose the back of the mouth/tonsil
area.for 5 minutes. The front edge of the array was allowed to
rest
on top of the lower front feeth. As the subject experienced saliva
generation they were instructed to swallow---without closing their
mouth. This had the added advantage of , momentarily, changing the
geometry of the tonsile area to give an increased exposure.
The most dramatic results accrued from the application
of the 15 element LED array on the outside of the throat area ( from
just below the jaw bone, downward). Prior to using this modification,
we had only conjectured as to a possible benefit from such an
arrangement. Afterward, we conducted some soft-tissue penetration
tests
using 3500 to 6000 mcd LEDs. Even the 3500 mcd bulbs yielded .5
penetration.
   We are, at present, conducting tests to determine
the
minimum power LED that will yield positive results under similar
conditions.
A single Laser Pointer unit was tested with some,
but much reduced effectiveness .
This, combined protocol, yielded positive control
over some very pernicious---long-standing---frontal sinus insults.
Some of you may care to conduct your own
experiments
along these lines.Sincerely,
Brooks Bradley.
 p.s. I have not forgotten my promise to post the assembly
instructions
for the 5 element LED array, contained in the pvc tubing. I WILL try
to
get it done sometime before the week is out.

CSOT:  POSSIBLE USEFUL ADJUNCTIVE PROTOCOL

To all interested llist members.
Recently, we completed a series of evaluations
which
yielded VERY substantial results. These evaluations were a
continuation
of earlier protocols employing LED units in experimenting for
effective
protocols. One protocol, IN PARTICULAR.gave particularly
efficacious results. This, experimental protocol, involved the
application of 660 nm red-spectrum light, (via both 5 bulb portable
and
larger, more powerful non-portable units). The weakest bulbs to yield
high-quality results were on the order of 3500 mcd ( 5 bulbs arranged
in
a compact, circular assembly). The most rapid results were achieved
with a much higher -powered (non-portable) unit of our own design and
construction. This latter unit possesses a tissue-penetration
capability of greater than 8 -for lean-muscle tissue. However,
VERY ACCEPTABLE results were gained from the

Well, when I saw all the testimonials for CS and I saw they were

CScrystalized DMSO

I got some DMSO yesterday.
Each of three bottles, the DMSO is hard and crystalized.
This happened once before from the supplier, one of three in this state. The

Even after allowing the DSMO to warm to room temperature, there is no

Is this stuff ever usable? Is there a way to return it to liquid state

Subject: CSquestions (Trem?)

 Hello, CS-ers,

   A question: how do you space your intake? First thing in the morning?
 Always on an empty stomach?
 Right before bed?

   Are there some supplements that should be avoided around silver intake time?

   If thirsty, do you take it before or after drinking those glasses of water?

   Is there a benefit to taking at least two oz of 10 - 15 ppm silver and
 guzzling it down, or should
 one take one swallow at a time and hold in the mouth for at least a minute or
 two?

   When making silver (I have Trem's generator), should I be wiping the stabs
 every 10 - 15 minutes?
 I notice they become powdery quickly.

No need to wipe them that often Hilary. Just wipe the negative one after each
batch. The positive one is deteriorating so no need to clean it. The negative
one is collecting some elemental silver from the water during production and
even though it may impede progress somewhat, the automatic circuitry will
compensate and still shut the generator off at the right time. If you're
making a large batch, you'll do best to clean it occasionally during production.

   I am using a home distiller since distilled water is terribly expensive
 where I live. Trem's
 generator has a light that signals that the distilled water is pure (if the
 light doesn't go on,
 it's okay). Should I be double-distillling the water anyway?

Not unless the light comes on at the beginning of production. It's designed
that way so you can trust the generator to test the water for you.

Hope this helps.

Trem

   I was very happy to read here recently that the protocol at silverdata.com
 was helpful to the
 Lymie who had become grey with Water Oz--which some here believe is not pure
 colloidal. Be that as
 it may, the metabolism of we Lymie's isn't that great, so being aware of any
 protocol that can help
 the body reduce the load of silver is reassuring.

   Thanks so much,

   Hilary

   PS - is there a book that contains this info?

Re: CSSome info please?

2002-05-02 Thread AVRA / Jason
Gary:

There is no doubt that the magnet world is full of opportunistic parasites.
However, I've been impressed with the real research I've seen -- enough to
slate it for a full study project in the future, although I will be making
my own devices ( the prices for medical magnets are nearly criminal ).

Most people involved with magnetic devices, and even electrical devices like
Rife and Beck devices, don't have a handle on the science involved... All
of this stuff is an emerging science, and I haven't been impressed with the
POPULAR research, as it is not founded in a complete and basic model; the
research has not been done on a cellular level. Why one would practice a
cellular medicine without doing cellular research ( mainly I'm talking about
companies marketing products ) is beyond me.

The biomagnetic connection explains many mysteries that otherwise have
defied even plausible explanation, scientific or otherwise.

Both The Body Electric and Cross Currents, by Dr. Robert O. Becker (
available new and used at Amazon.com ) offer an emmense amount of food for
thought, all based on authentic scientific inquiry, although I was greatly
displeased that Becker chose not include actual magnetic research in his
book. Careful study of his works can also steer one in a more correct
avenue of research, especially concerning electrical devices and the very
real risks involved in using experimental devices.

 Well, when I saw all the testimonials for CS and I saw they were
 teaching us how to make it, that passed my B.S. filter and allowed the
 message to enter. I then tried it in a nebulizer. I should say that
 normally after flu or colds it will make it's way to my lungs and leave
 me coughing up sputum for months. Using CS and a cheap nebulizer I
 cleared my lungs within a few days. Backing that us is everything on
 the CS Database and a LOT of stuff sent to me by Terry Chamberlin.
 Terry also took the time to answer all my questions, even the ones that
 could have been answered by a closer reading of the info he sent me. A
 BIG public thanks goes to Terry Chamberlin.

 CS makes sense to me from both a scientific viewpoint and a practical
 one, it works. I'm sold. Now on to Ozone, Zappers, Pulsers and even
 maybe magnets but don't hold your breath waiting for me to be sold on
 that last one. I had one CS-Lister email me off list (don't even
 remember who) in a bit of a huff that I dare doubt his magnets. No
 proof, no research, no facts just . huff. No proof there. CS has
 lots of proof.

 Thanks for a great list with great people.

 Gary.

The easiest place is a tack shop or feed store (Agway) as it is used by vets and
horse owners to relive arthritis and bruises.
They have it in roll on containers etc.
Health food stores carry it in various forms (liquid, gel, mixed with aloe
vera).
Of course it's available over the net, www.beyond-a-century.com for one.

It works best if you use a 70% mix with water (70% DMSO).

CSUpdate on WaterOZ Nitrate

2002-05-02 Thread Frank Key

We ran the nitrate test again on the WaterOZ ionic silver product using more
precise measuring methods .

The bottle was labeled 100 ppm silver.

Our sample measures 145 ppm of silver and less than 1 ppm NO3. If this were
straight silver nitrate we would expect 84 ppm of NO3.

As time permits we will examine this solution further to determine the
primary anion. We now know is it not nitrate or sulfate. In most of their
other products are the anion is chloride, but that cannot be the case with
silver or the product would precipitate to silver chloride in the bottle.

Earlier tests indicated the presence of some nitrate. But it is in such
small quantity that this could not be considered silver nitrate.

DMSO supercools very easily (gets hard and crystalizes). I had some out

Rewarming it slowly at room temperture should get it to liquify again.

I know they say that the prills add nothing to the water but that is not true.
I started with R.O. water at 6 ppm TDS and wound up with water at 83ppm TDS or
about 1/2 the TDS of our municipal water which is at 170 to 190 ppm. The nice
thing was that the pH had been about 7.1 and after prilling, is at least 8 or
higher (wouldn't test higher than 8) But it sure is cheap alkaline water. I
was about to spend $1000 or more on one of those Japanese micro machines and
now I don't have to. The prills work great.

Perhaps, the WaterOZ silver is inonic silver created with HVAC, DW, and
Ag with the nitrate resulting from electrical arcing.

  Marshalee Asked Mike Sr.

Are you using salt to make your CS?
Mike Said:
No. I just start with 1.5 DW and let it go.
Thanks for answering all my questions.

What is the actual shelf life of CS?

Actually, I have no idea, as my batch is used up in 2 weeks or so. At least
we know it lasts that long!

Hi:
 Look in the yellow pages under water companies/bottled/etc. Most of them
have distilled water.

In Mississauga, Ontario, there is Echo Springs Water Co., 1-800-387 9903. You
can call them for a store near you. On the bottle it says,Total dissolved
minerals 0 mg /L; Sodium 0mg/250mL I think I bought one from one the local
(WPG) grocery stores. In grocery stores with a pharmacy, distilled water is
close to the pharmacy.

Good hunting

CSJeff's (Smart Nutrition) response

2002-05-02 Thread Craig Chamberlin
Greetings all,

I went to Smart Nutrition's site and placed an order for one bottle of
serrapeptase. It was entirely clear to me that HAD I clicked the submit
order button, that I would be charged $29.95.

It seems that the business model of Smart Nutrition is NOT intended to
serve customers who only want small orders unless they want to pay the
shipping charges.  So be it.

Liz, I suggest you take Jeff up on his offer to refund your money.

I will continue ordering from Smart Nutrition, because I order enough to
save money on the shipping and also buy the discounted quantities when
they fit my needs.

I will not respond to any further discussion about this issue.

Below is Jeff's response.

Ciao,

Craig

~~~
Craig,
Thanks again for alerting us to potential problems.
However, I don't plan to contact the referenced email addresses.
Our shipping cost is high because we don't want orders under $100 and
$12 discourages small orders.
1)  When placing an online order the shipping cart clearly states the
following:
 a)  subtotal
 b)  shipping and handling $12
c)  total
2)  Upon placing an order a customer receives an email confirmation
which again reads $12 shipping
3)   Additionally, the shopping cart states  (free shipping for USA
orders over $100... ).
Despite 3 different references to a $12 shipping charge, Elizabeth
Dettrey thought that she should have received free shipping.  I twice
offered to refund her money if she returned the product that she
ordered.  However, she was more interested in shouting into the phone at
me after I twice asked her to quit shouting in my ear.
sincerely,
Jeff Charles
Hi Jeff,
I have been a customer of yours for a few years now...but someone who
felt they had been treated unfairly, is not helping your your reputation
on about 3 major health related lists, over a $12 shipping charge, for
an order of a single bottle of serrapeptase.  These are a lot of people
who buy supplements on these lists, and word of mouth would add even
more.
It seems a bit much to charge $12 shipping for one bottle.  Just my
humble opinion, of course.
But I was the one who recommended your company, and I am a bit
embarrassed.
I wish you could do something to make the fact that $12 is your minimum
shipping fee perfectly apparent (which would certainly disuade anyone
from trying you out).
Hoping this can be resolved, because I don't think it is fair, and I
would like to continue to do business with you as well as to continue to
recommend you to others.
Regards,
Craig Chamberlin
Hi there I guess I can throw my 2 cents worth in. I was using
a product made by Continental Packaging out of Richmond B.C. It was ok..
Available at Central drugs.. They jacked the price up, so I bought a
Sears Distiller, and now make my own.. Thrifty foods also sells reverse
osmosis in bulk, and it usually measures less than 2u/s
so it would be ok also and cheap..I used it a few times and it seemed
ok..If you had a PWT you could try different brands and you would know
what was acceptable..
