2006-12-19 Thread Peter M. Stellas
Hello GMet,

I do agree with you that Mediterranean types have a higher resistance to
burning than Scandinavians but, as a young lad, I did burn when overexposed
to the sun. I recall many a painful experience. One would assume that, being
Greek, I would have an olive complexion that is hardy against sun-burn. I do
not have olive skin or look Greek. The Greek influence in my bloodline is
from my maternal grandfather, who was Greek. But his wife was Scottish. On
my father's side, his mother was German and his father Italian. Of all
these, my mother and her father had olive skin. I was surprised to notice
the difference in results from sun exposure before and after taking EFAs.

Actually, Nancy, I have read somewhere that sun exposure is not the real
cause of skin cancer (melanoma) but other contributing factors, and that
exposure to the sun (within reasonable limits) actually helps against
melanoma. But I don't have the source readily available. If sun exposure
alone were the cause of melanoma, one would expect the citizens of
equatorial or sun-drenched countries to be dropping like flies from this
cancer, but I have not heard such.

Peter,

Very good post about your experience with sun exposure.

It really gives one food for thought about the condition of the body in
relation to the dire warnings of sun and skin cancer, which are rampant.

CS>CS:> Iodine/Vit D/sunburn

2006-12-19 Thread Harold MacDonald
Where I live, forget about getting tested for most things if it isn't on the
list of our Med. system,[Canada].
What I do occasionally is take Iodine tincture and paint an area approx. the
size of a silver dollar on my body, usually my chest area ;before bed.If the
stain is gone in the AM,then I repeat each night until there is some
remaining.I remember back in the mid 1930s when all salt was not
iodized, there were lots of Goiters through lack of Iodine.I can remember a
lady [sort of an herbalist] telling about painting sick babies feet with
Iodine ,with good results.
Now that I don't use supermarket salt,I find I have to do this Iodine
painting now and then.I use Sea-salt and Himalaya salt.
Re sunburn: being of northern extraction,Scots/Swedish ,for 70 years I would
not go out in the sun unclothed,15 minutes I would be severely burnt. Then I
found that using PABA,lots of Vit E [the good ones] and mega doses of Vit
C,I can now sit out in the noon-day sun for at least an hour.I turn very
red,but it turns brown by the next day.To me this is a miracle.

I also supplement with at least 3 grams of Vit.D/day

The battery effect, if any, makes silver ions go to the amalgam
whereupon the available mercury [if any is available] absorbs the silver
and further hardens the amalgam.
Silver will plate copper etc by natural battery effect, but copper won't
plate silver..

A gold crown can attract silver ions out of a silver filling, though.

...something about relative electro-potentials...??
 Anyhow

Since sunlight and vitamin D were discussed, let me add my own experience
which is based on practicing the Budwig protocol as a general health enhancer.
Dr, Budwig stated that a person who has been ingesting the flax-oil/Quark
mixture for a few months develops a very real resistance to sun burn and that
NO sun blocker should be used at all, using common sense in determining the
length of exposure to the sun. During July/August of 2006 I sunbathed under the
mid-day sun for an hour at a time with no sun-blocker at all. At times it got
so hot that I even turned on a large fan on myself, to cool down. I got a nice
tan, but no sunburn. In November, while lying for hours in the hot sun, on the
deck of a cruise ship in Greece, I felt my face get that hot, flushed feeling
which lasted two days, but again no burn or peeling. The whole theory is
explained in Dr. Budwig's books, which are available from Nexus and other book
sellers. I just know from direct experience that it works, and also builds up
the body's vitamin D level.

If your of mediteranean descent as I thought you stated previously and
have an olive complexion you have less chance of burning in the sun. I live

neither has my liitle girl who is also olive comlplexion. Taking EFA's is
definitely
helpful in this climate though. I alternate between organic
oliveoil, primrose, coconut, krill, flax occasionally and always recieve comments

Nothing can be smaller than an ion except maybe the pinhead that calls
one thing another then uses the mis-definition to prove a point smaller
than the top of that head by making it bigger by drying it and adding air
to it, then taking pictures of the larger results with a camera that can't
take pictures of the smallest possible original.

"Look! I made it much bigger to take a picture to prove how small it is
even though it's not now what it was ! "

A silver ions diameter is about 0.000252 microns. An ion cannot exist
without the water it is in. That camera cannot take pictures of water and
at 97% ionic, there are virtually no particles to take pictures of unless
you call ions particles, but can't take pictures of them.

Particle size is not the only thing that can produce a color and more than
one factor can play a role in anything.
'This AND that', is much much more common than 'this OR that'.

If this is what does the job and it's in there along with that, it will do
so despite the presence of that.
Neither Meso Silver Or EIS is entirely this or that.

One better does not make the other bad.

Since our Sea Food is so polluted and our farmlands so worn out...we get

have managed to reverse his B.P.

I showed the information to my primary care doc and she said the info looked

do.
Next exam no sign of Cataracts.

Also...on my last visit...just a little while ago...The Eye Doc. mentioned
that my eyes were amazingly "clean".
I asked what did that mean...she replied that I would be surprised at how
much bacteria many people have in their eyes.
I told her about my using the C.S. and she seemed o.k. with it.

with regard to method rather than whether it's made at home or at
the office.

I still use the 3600 volt pulsed DC microwave oven circuit, and
I've made quite a few of the same for other people to use to make
"homemade" CS.

Metal fillings are a silver / tin? / mercury amalgam.
It has to be mixed soft enough to press into the hole.
The more silver or tin you add, the harder and more stable it becomes.
Therefore, CS will make a filling harder, more stable and tend to lock up
the mercury better in the matrix.

Seems to me that they could place a bit of silver foil over the filling
just after installing it. Maybe no one has thought of that?

Re: CS>comparing

2006-12-19 Thread Ode Coyote

  LOL

Re: CS>Fw: CS and mercury dental fillings

The battery effect, if any, makes silver ions go to the amalgam
whereupon the available mercury [if any is available] absorbs the silver
and further hardens the amalgam.
Silver will plate copper etc by natural battery effect, but copper won't
plate silver..

A gold crown can attract silver ions out of a silver filling, though.

...something about relative electro-potentials...??
 Anyhow
You don't need the details to see the results.

If I can't so something myself, it generally doesn't get done until I can.
If buying something enables me to make something better, I'll buy it.
So far as I can tell, buying silver water won't do that.

I have my dental revision 4 years ago and I could not be happier with the
results.
Since them I had zero problems in my mouth, and can not remember being sick or
having a any pains, since.

But the most remarkable thing of them all is that after 63 years of falling arches, I not longer need arch supports.

This must not look like much to some but it is a huge improvement in my life.
I had not been able to enjoy walking barefoot since I was seven, now 71.

My eternal problems with sinus headaches also gone.
Of course I also improved my diet at the same time. e.g.
- No sugar or anything made with it.

- No white flour or anything made with it.
- And heaven forbid.I quited drinking wine, by the way this ,with the use of
potassium chloride mixed with the sea salt on all meals, stopped my heat skips
and insomnia.

Mike, I have been looking forward to hear your report on your jaw overhaul.

About floaters/Cataracts and eye drops.: The Second Opinion editor Dr.Rowen
Recommended the following drops:

DMSO6.25%
Vit.C 1.25%
Glutathione 1.25%
The rest Saline Solution
