Just a layman's perspective so don't go off on a wild tangent and think I'm having a go at you here... I'd rather take aspirin that Warfarin, which is rat poison, and as I understand it, 'thinning the blood' to a point whereby the heart just ceases to function, bleed to death if you like. Aspirin has been used since Adam wore short pants. Quantity or amount taken according to the circumstance. While 'blood thinner' may not be politically correct at least it's globally recognised and understood as preventing clots without having a doctorate or degree to understand the why's and wherefore's g. I'm not smart enough to understand the complexities of what it does or how it works, and I certainly wouldn't wade through a heap of human biological jargon and terminologies to try to understand it, if it worked for my ancestors it'll work for me, that's about all I need to know. A while ago here in Australia there was a media campaign trying to put people off taking aspirin for just such a purpose...I wonder why that would be {nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say n'more}...Why self medicate and possibly cause more harm than good when the establishment to do it for you g. If I'm going to die, by and large, I'd rather it be by my own hand than someone else's. Again, I'm not having a go here, just voicing a layman's perspective {friend, mate, pal, buddy}. CSVitamin E
We take the vitamin E - Tocotrienol from annatto sold by AC Grace. Also please note TOCOTRIEnol and TOCOpherol are not to be mixed in one tablet or taken at the same time. One cancels out the other. We also take the AC Grace Tocopheral. Both products of AC Grace do not combine the Tocotrienol and the Tocopherols. Also please note Vitamin E is not to be combined with any B vitamin. While taking E, you might want to take your COQ10 with it. The difference between UBIQUINOL and UBIQUINONE is the presence of Vitamin E in the UbiquiNOL. And the price difference is big. Vitamin K2 - K7 from Mercola is the best for circulation/heart according to my alternative/MD. Melly

LOL...Well there ya go...LOL I read a lot of what's around Dan and then pick the bones out of what I've read. Funny though, I never have and don't now take any medicinals or supplements, apart from my daily EIS, and I don't have a doctor. So I guess my mindset is...when you're on a good thing, stick to it g. When my expiry date is reached, then it's...'goodnight Irene'. I'm almost 63 so I'm just a boy still in short pants I know, but I'm feeling pretty damn good. I have to admit though that I've just started to see a Chiro in the last couple of weeks for my back because what I've been doing to fix it over many years doesn't seem to be working this time ~ bugger it! I think it may be something I've had all my life {going on Xrays spanning 40 odd years} and is now starting to manifest itself a bit more. My old philosophy of...when the going gets tough, the tough get going is becoming a little difficult to live by, but I'll deny ever having admitted to that g. I wouldn't go so far as to say I do the opposite, I definitely have my own mindset and am independent {that's why I get in so much trouble}, I just would rather work things out for myself if I can before putting myself in someone else's hands.
