You have to be really careful that the vit E you use is not rancid.  Rancid
Vit E is more harmful than no Vit E.  dee

Which vitamin E (soy-free, dye-free, preservative-free) supplement do you
recommend for people to take? It seems we have to consume so much expensive
organic food only to get adequate amounts.
And should vitamin E be paired up with another vitamin or mineral?
