Re: CSZappers

2000-08-01 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Thanks for all of the input on zapping. I see that larger electrodes and
better surface conductivity is in order. I particularly like the idea that
zapping might limit the herx by inhibiting the toxin release. The herx from
CS and Lyme can be a little rough.

My circuit produces a square wave output with no DC offset. The frequency is
about 3 or 4Hz, and the voltage is adjustable to a maximum of 36 volts.

I just breadboarded it on a piece of PC board, screwed it to a small scrap
board with standoffs, and secured the battery pack to the board with some
electrical tape. With the homebrew look, all the wires, batteries, and
blinking leds, it looks something like a bomb!

Thanks again for all of the help.

God Bless,
Jeff - K1le

CSZappers?

2000-07-31 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Are there any zappers on list. I just built a unit and am wondering what to
expect and how long it should take to see any results. I have chronic Lyme.

I've been zapping for 30minutes, 2x per day, for the last three days. I've been
using dimes for electrodes, taped to my anckles, and I get a few small burn
marks from them. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is this a good thing to combine with CS?

Thank you,

Subject: CSElectrode Surface Area

 Greetings Folks!

As time has gone on, the subject of current density has come up
now and then and several folks have mentioned what they thought
was the appropriate maximum density for minimum silver size.

I do not recall anyone mentioning whether they based current
density on 100% of the wetted surface area of both electrodes
or only the wetted surface areas facing each other.

I tend to think that most of the current is leaving or entering
 the surfaces facing each other.

 David

 to prevent
the flux from extending far outside the blanket.

Many appliances that are motor operated and or utilize a transformer; have an
open frame on that device. The core is indeed used to concentrate the flux,
forming a magnetic
circuit within the device, but the field emanating is huge compared to one
conductor. This field is proportional to ampere turns, and these devices have
many
turns. Only in sensitive equipment is any attempt made to shield the field.

The reason for the computer interfering with radio is that it is running at
 high
frequencies with square waves that produce a lot of harmonics, extending into
 the
hundreds of megahertz. The blanket will only be generating 60 hz, which
 should be
rejected by the RF and IF sections of the receiver.

Yes, and RF is even worse for you...like the 100+mhz stuff that is streaming
from this
computer and frying my brain as I type! My radio can attest to it's presence. I
can also
tune in on the many harmonics, as you mention, in the vhf region.

I saw a science fair project here a few years ago where mice were kept in two
 containers,
one was exposed to a DC magnetic field. The mice in the field were all dead
 in a week.
Not sure of the polarity of the magnetic.

My only question about the DC field concern is how do you get away from this?
The earth
itself is a large magnet with a steady state field. I was unaware of health
concerns due to
steady state fields.

As far as the ground water, and other things, the easiest way to deal with
 them is to
dowse for them. Check the archives, this was discussed earlier at some
 length. Don't
sleep on any energy lines, negative or positive. I found one running through
 my wife's
side of the bed about 3 months ago and moved the bed less than a foot so it
 is off the
edge, and she went from very bad insomnia for over 5 years to sleeping like a
 kitten
 immediately.

This is totally new to me. Is this energy magnetic? Can the polarity be
determined?
Is there any way of measuring it with an instrument? How did you know it was
there?

Could this be why my wife is grumpy?...nah...it must just be me!

The difference between the electro-magnetic flux you are exposed to between
transformers and electric motors vs. an electric blanket is that the blanket

 you sleep with?
i.e. have VERY close to your body for many hours on end? Electromatic
fields decrease INversely with the distance. That is, move the electrical
object twice as far away and the field strength drops 4 X. Also, by design
electric blankets are designed to cover your entire body (LARGE surface area
in close contact). A hair dryer would
not be as close, nor used as long, nor have anything appoaching the surface
 area of an electric blanket.

Well...I guess I was thinking of duty cycle as well as flux density.

My blanket is set at about 1.5 on a scale of 0 - 9. So, it clicks on for about
30
seconds every 5 minutes.

Transformers and motors are magnetic flux generators. Take an electric guitar
and approach the amp...major hum due to transformer's magnetic flux. A single
conducting wire produces a fraction of the flux. This flux is also current
dependent.
The blanket has two electrically seperate sides...each draws less than 400ma.
My computer produces various fields that wipe out the receiver in my ham radio
rig, 4' away. It's everywhere.

Since the current of the blanket is small, and the exposure time very
intermittant,
I wonder if the actual harm (if it's indeed harmful) isn't minimal vs being
cold. The
wires looping back upon themselves also may provide a degree of field
cancellation.

I have a king sized water bed with a 400 watt heater. I put several blankets
over
the matress and was able to shut off the heater. I mostly did it to save
electricity.
Then I put the e-blanket on top, with another blanket on top of that. The
e-blanket
runs very little, as the blanket over it keeps the heat in. Sure beats
maintaining
temp of all of that water 24hr per day.

If I could find the slightest reason, reasonable anecdotal information,
scientific
data, etc; to believe that I would benifit from staying away from AC fields, I'd
run it on DC. But then I'd probably read something about that being bad for me
too.
Hey, if my wife didn't behave herself, I could just switch her to the south
pole!!!

Last night I read about bed springs sucking the energy out of you!!! ...and
ground
water, hundreds of feet below grade, being major bad! I must be in a bad spot
cuz my well is only 12 ft deep...dug it myself. I guess the challenge is sorting
science from woga-woga.

Fred - HVAC produces an inferior product - non-ionic and non-colloidal

 possible!)

Then what is it I'm making? :-) Seems to work. It also seems completely
different than the LVDC product. The effect on my Lyme seems different too.
I've been trying to decide which to take...maybe both. Maybe I'll run the HV

The LVDC CS seems more reactive. It plates out on the glass if I go too long
or too fast. I have a hard time believing that the amber color is due to large
particles. It also seems to have an immediate effect on my Lyme symptoms.

I still don't understand the cone. I remember someone saying that they tried

CSRe: Experimenting

1999-12-05 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore

Fred wrote:

Jeff said: Why is one electrode suspended above the electrolyte for the HVAC
 process?

Fred - So you can impress your friends with the mysticism? I don't know, but
 it will
act as a voltage dropping device (so why did we use so high a voltage?)! Try
 calculating
the voltage drop on the water - if you have 10KV and your solution was 30K
 ohm you would
be passing 1/3 amp! Now the transformer is current limiting to maybe 33 mills
 (zero volts out),
so maybe 1/10 of the 10KV is impressed on the water - so the HV is needed
 mostly for the
electrostatic energy to help stir things up (blast the sludge) and build a
 neato mystical cone.

Jeff expirimented:

Well, here's what I just did. I set up my 20KV AC supply with one electrode
suspended above the water and one in the water (electrodes 2 troy oz each).
It produced the usual cone and I measured the transformer secondary current.
It started at 17ma. I ran about 45 minutes, until the cone dropped off, and at
no time did the current exceed 20ma.

The supply is rated for20kv @23ma. I didn't attempt to measure the electrode
voltage, however I
easily pulled a 1.5 arc in parallel with the electrolyte. This proved to me
that the voltage is not dropping, nor the load excessive.

I also tried immersion of both electrodes at the start. This increased the
current
by 2ma. The only purpose I can see for the cone is that it gives an indication
that
could be used for consistency.

I conclude that the water is not purely resistive to 60Hz AC. There must be a
reactive
component that is limiting the current. I also believe that this component is
inductive
and that the cone itself is due to an inductive / magnetic property of the
water as AC
current is passed.

This would explain why high voltage is required when using AC. To flow 20ma
using DC and distilled water, I estimate my voltage would be in the area of
2000 volts to start.

However, flowing 20ma for 45 minutes would produce a very dark product, as I
recall. The AC product is clear.

I still feel that the AC process and the DC process are making 2 different
products.
Which is better?...I don't know. Their effect on my Lyme seems different too.
The
yellow LVDC stuff has helped a lot. The herx from the HVAC is strong with lots
of cardiac effects...makes me feel bad...which might be good?

The batch I made with 20kv AC is now brewing with 12 volts DC applied
(same electrolyte). It started at about 0.6ma. It's been running for about 2
hours
and is up to 1.5ma. I'll probably stop at 2ma. Tomorrow I'll give it the Lyme
herx test.

Please, comments and criticism are welcome, as I know not what I do!

Where does this fit in with magnets used for healing, and these zappers that
pass
current through your tissue for therapeutic value? Along with current flow comes
magnetic fields. These zappers even produce alternating currents. What about the
earths magnetic field?

I was under the understanding that AC fields were bad. This is somewhat
understandable due to induced currents in the body. I was thinking of powering
my electric blanket with DC to alleviate the close contact with 60Hz mag flux.

However, I feel like the flux from an e-blanket is much less than motors,
xformers, etc.

How would one judge the improvements, if there were any, from shutting off the
e-blanket?

And talk about fields...this computer put's out a strong RF field...as do most.

are very bad news for living cells. Every electric dohickey within reach of
your bed is wiping out magnetic bloodlines to your cells. GET RID OF THEM.
Sleep on natural fibres and wood or best above live paramagnetic stone. The
metal coils in your mattress are focusing magnetic holes into your body.
Do not permit any metal items or synthetic fibres to be part of what you

Hi Fred,

I've let batches cook for 24hrs plus at very low current, (0.5ma) without
any plating effect on the glass. I've also run batches without current limit,
for an hour and ended up with major plating. I don't stir and my electrodes

The runs I've made with 20KVAC, however, stay clear and show no signs

I still get no plating, but the solution starts to look grey.

I've observed the following:

1. All of the above products kill the bacteria on contact, according to my

themselves, do appear more feculent than others. VBG

2. All of the products seem to affect my Lyme Disease, according the herx

Re: CSRe: Magnets/Help!!!!

1999-12-02 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
This is really very interesting!

I tried sleeping with a magnet under my pillow. I woke up with a headache
most every time. Maybe I had the wrong pole up!

I assume the compass needle end that says north, is magnitized as a south pole?
If not, it would not be attracted to north. I have floated a magnet in water (on
a piece of styrafoam) and it alligns with the earth's poles. Using this method,
one
would call the end pointing south, the north pole.

Does this make sence?
Jeff

POTTED PLANT wrote:

to the north-seeking end of the compass.

I aimed the compass at each magnet and which ever side of the

 I
marked the other side as south.

Now, Davis and Rawls say that the north pole of a magnet
has a soothing effect and is what you should put on an injury.
They say that north will reduce swelling and accordingly, pain
 and bruising.

They say that the south pole is invigorating and will tend to increase the
 swelling of an injury.

They took a bunch of earth worms and divided them into three
groups-- a control group, a North group and a South group.
The south box of worms rested on the south pole of a magnet and was kept
distant from the other worms. The north box
of worms was on the north pole of their magnet, while the control worms had no
 magnet.

The control worms lived normal lives and deaths and *did not*
chew their way out of the box.

The north worms were not as healthy as the control worms and had a higher
 death
 count.

The south worms were healthier than the control worms, ate
all the food in the box and most chewed their way out of the box.

I managed to ram my right knee onto the end of a board and
that is when I decided to try the magnet pad idea. (Hobbled right out to Home
Depot). I put the *north* side of my home-
made pad against the owie and wrapped it with an elastic
bandage which I got when I was hobbling home.

In less than 8 to 12 hours later the pain minimized to the point
that I some times had to stumble over the coffee table to
remember that I was a cripple.

There was hardly any bruising at all and three days later I stopped using the
 pad.

S, I'll believe the compass! Although, to properly
test this I should bang my other knee and use the south side
this time and see if I am in agony for 6 weeks.
oo I'm feeling achy already just at the thought.

I put some Mexican jumping beans on the north pole of one
magnet and some on the south side of another.

The south beans jumped all over the place.
The north beans didn't do as well.
In 4 days we could have had Mexican coffee.

 Compass works for me.

Re: CSParticle size

1999-12-02 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Brooks,
Am I correct in interpreting this as saying that the various CS generating
methods that you list, produced similar sized particles? Would this then mean
that current limiting is really unnecessary? Obviously, the higher voltages
will produce higher initial currents and quicker runs if the current is not
limited.
Would this produce the same size particle as carefully controlled current?

Another question that you might shine some light on: My HVAC (20kv) CS
is clear and stays clear. It also seems more potent. My LVDC CS is golden
and darkens with time. I keep hearing that color indicates larger particles.
I have a hard time with this explination. I see very fine particles as I observe
the light beam, and an occasional larger sparkle. Whatever creates the color
must be smaller than the particles I see in my light beam. And the fact that
this
color darkens in time, leads me to believe it is something other than silver
particles. Maybe some type of oxidation. I'll admit, when it comes to chemestry,
I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.

You've been on some tough meds! I took Tinidazole/Tetracycline 2gms each / day.
This was the most effective antibiotic combination I had found after 10 years of
Lyme. (Tinidazole and Flagyl are very similiar) I just couldn't stand the
overall
toxic effect.

I'm now taking only CS and find it equally, if not more, effective. And I have
no stomach upset, more energy, quit amphetamines, almost completely off of
antidepresents, and everyone around me notices the improvement. I've been a
slave to pharmacuticals. My gole is to take no pills!

I had no fevers on IV but they started back in after stopping IV and going to
oral meds. I run a low grade fever every single eve from 5-8 pm and it feel
like sitting in a oven. It will then break then chills and exhausted. Docs
don't know why this is and don't seem to care. IT'S NOT NORMAL TO HAVE A
 FEVER EVER NIGHT!

You'll find that daily fevers and periods of fatigue are common with Lyme. I
notice
them more when I am actively treating the disease. This may be due to the
bacteria
die-off. Research shows that Bb can mutate, such that it is unaffected by many
antibiotics. This mutated form is referred to as a cyst. It has been shown (in
vitro)
that flagyl is one of the few antibiotics that kill the cyst form. The doxy
then mops
up the free spirochetes.

So, one theory could be that the IV meds killed the free spirochetes and caused
others to encyst, where they were safe. The change to flagyl may be now going
after the cysts, and thus killing them and releasing their toxins (herx) in the
process.

I'd love to see an in-vitro study of CS and it's effect on the mutated forms of
Bb.

You are exactally right, most doctors don't know and don't care. Everything
revolves around money...the golden rule he who has the gold, makes the rules.
The same Dr that is treating you may be getting paid $500/hr+ to consult with
your insurance company as to appropriate cost effective treatment for you. Your
well being is not part of the picture. This is a criminal conflict of interest
IMO!

Doctors are highly discouraged from treating Lyme Disease. This pressure is not
only from insurance companies, but from government as well. Doctors that stray
from the pack, and treat Lyme are often persecuted and end up losing their
license
to practice. Interesting thing is, it's a certian group of Dr's that continue
to carry
out the persecution. This group of Dr's also get most of the NIH funding for
Lyme
research. If you follow the money train, you'll see that these Dr's are using
the
results of the NIH funded research to their own financial gain. They patent
various
antigen candidates for vaccines and develope useless test kits to be
manufactured
under their private business.

Funny how Gulf War Illness and Lyme are similiar. Odd how lyme is endemic
on the LI and CT shore, and that Plum Is. is in between. And who sold weapons
to the Gulf countries before the war. I don't think that the US wants the
embarassment of having to admit that they do have a bio weapons program and
that these weapons have been tested on various populations.

I'll get off my soapbox now.

That's about all I know. Is this my body fighting,a CS effect, toxins?

Anyones's info would be of help-
 Tami M

Tami, I wish there were answers. I don't think we know exactly what the extent
of Lyme disease really is...it has so many symptoms and can cause anything
from a simple anoyance to incapacitation to death.

For me, eliminating the abx, and taking CS has proved the most helpful so far.
The
other thing to realize is that it takes a long time to get well, when you've
been sick
for a long time.

One last word from my soap box: Don't ever consider the Lyme Vaccine. I've seen
and
heard of too many lives devistated by it. The adverse effects go unreported.
These
very sick people are told that what they have is all in their head, and that it
couldn't
possibly be the vaccine. Now they're testing it on children! ...time is short
IMO...

 Bil

Hi Bill and all,

I've been experimenting with various setups and find that 170VDC seems
to work pretty well for me. I tried it because it's easy to obtain. One
rectifier bridge, one capacitor, and a couple of resistors. And, the higher
voltage gets things going quickly. (no isolation be careful!)

I use a 100 ohm resistor in series with the line cord to limit the inrush
current to the capacitor. Without this resistor, the inrush from a 20A circuit
blew my bridge to smoking bits and melted one prong on the line cord, such
that I had to file it to use it again. Course my capacitor is a big computer
cap... an overkill to say the least. Judging from past experience, and how it
momentarily pulled the voltage of the whole house down, I'd say I drew a
good surge of 300 to 500 amps!!! (I was close to the service panal and that
ckt is wired with 10 AWG!) The 100 ohm resistor did the trick...no more
smoke and flames, and no more Honey!, are you all right down here?...
Honey??...HONEY???

I've also found that limiting my current to 0.5 ma produces a clear solution.
However, I do run it about 20 hours. (I just set it up and leave it) My
electrodes
are about 5 apart and 2 troy OZ each. If I run higher current the process
moves very quickly but the electrolyte turns yellow.

I'm not sure what yellow electrolyte means. Some say it's bigger particles. I
have
a hard time with that because I see smaller particles (tyndall) and larger
particles
(sparkles). The yellow must be something else and of a very small particle in my
thinking...not sure. I find that HVAC will not produce yellow electrolyte no
matter
how hard I try. If over done, it just seems to cause stronger tyndall, which
eventually
can be observed as cloudy electrolyte, and fallout of bigger particles.

As far as effect, (I have Lyme) the clear, long run, current limited setup;
causes the
greater herx. I was surprised by this. I thought it would be weaker by just
looking
at it. I took more the first time...herxed my socks off!

I think low current produces very fine particles. I observe the buildup on the
cathode
to be very fine. I'm going to try a little higher current (1ma) soon, to see
what effect
it has, and if the run time can be shorter. I'm also working on an active
current limit
circuit that will use 27vdc as the supply.

By far, the greatest herx I've experienced was with CS using HVAC. I used
20KVAC,
generated by 2 oil burner ignition xformers in series parallel. I let that run
untill
the water dropped away from the electrode (about an hour). I can only take a
small
ammount, as the herx is severe.

This is all very unscientific!!!

The other thing I've observed is that the herx seems to be different with the
HVAC
solution. It seems to flair up different symptoms...more cardiac. Just an
observation...I need to experiment with LV and HV to get a better feel for the
apparent different effect.

Last night I ran a batch at 170VDC with no current limit. I came back one hour
later and the solution was very dark amber and the current was up to 30ma.

Just for kicks, I walked out into the backyard to the (trained) doggy do-do
spot.
Focusing my flashlight on a fresh mound, I plunged my finger into it. (grosed
out my son big time)

A sniff of the finger quickly verified that contamination was present. I then
sprayed on some of the new batch of CS and very carefully retested (re-sniffed).
There was no detectable odor inspite of visually apparent feculant
contamination.
I washed my hands anyway!

Any and all comments are welcome as I sort through all of this,

Jeff

Re: CSRe: Mike/meters

1999-11-21 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Hi Katarina,

The only concern I have in trying to meter the current of the pulser, is in that
I'm not sure what the output looks like. If I understand correctly, the pulser
changes polarity several (4?) times per second. (I'm looking at a schematic
from Bob
Beck's site) This would be equivalent to using a simple setup and swapping
the leads to the electrodes 4 times per second.

A DC ammeter connected in line would then see the current change direction at
that rate. If the rate of change were slower, the meter would read a steady
state
positive reading, and then an equal but negative steady state reading...and so
on.
This is basically a low frequency AC square wave. With the meter set to DC, it
might
just flash a bunch of numbers at you, as it wouldn't react quickly enough to
display
the current before it changed direction.

If set to AC, the problem may be similiar, as these meters are usually designed
to
operate between a range of frequencies, and that doesn't usually extend down to
the 2 to 4 Hz range.

Now, looking closer at the schematic in front of me, I'm not certain that the
pulsed
output is used for silver generation. I'm typing out loud :-)

The schematic I'm looking at has two output jacks: a 3.5mm jack labeled
biological
electrification and an RCA jack labeled colloids. The output from the RCA
jack
appears to be fixed polarity DC with no active current limiting. There is a 150
ohm
resistor and small lamp in series to limit the short circuit current only. This
output
would work nicely with a digital multimeter.

So, maybe I'm not even on the right page!!! I have Lyme Disease and associated
dane bramage...keep *that* in mind.

Three things I know for sure:

1. Mike's idea of getting a multimeter is a good one, as he said, it is a very
useful
tool and it will aid in understanding this electrical stuff.

2. Supper is ready.

3. The smoke alarms work!

God Bless,
Jeff

This is the part that concerns me about metering. I've never heard of Bi-Phasic

on a DVM. Though, with a few additional components, you probably could

Re: CSPeroxide in ears/ouch

1999-11-20 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Katarina,

I did this last week and had the same results. I think what happen is that
some of the peroxide stayed in my ear. The pains just got worse and more
frequent and I knew I had to do something. I mixed hot water and rubbing
alcahol 50/50 in a syringe (no needle!) and shot it into my ear. Then I put my
little finger in my ear and pulled down to sort of elongate the canal. I could
feel the trapped warm liquid flow out. I repeated it again and everything
settled right down.

I think that anytime you put liquid in your ears, you must make sure it drains.

I don't know that what I did was medically sound, but it stopped the pain and
all is well.

I used the hot water and the alcahol as a solvent, thinking that the blockage
might be aided by wax. I once tried straight alcahol and got a bit of a buzz.

I keep a 20cc cattle syringe with a slap shot (plastic tube for injecting
animals)
in my med drawer and it comes in handy.

I know how much that hurts...hope you get some relief.

Anything else will take some simple innovation.

If your device is complete with silver electrodes attached, you'll have to
leave your device on the bench and use seperate new silver as above.
Run one clip lead from the meter to one of the electrodes on the Beck device.
Run one cliplead from the other meter terminal to a new silver electrode on
 the

Run a third cliplead from the other Beck electrode to the other silver

Set the meter to read current, or milliamps (depend on your meter).
If you draw it out, it's pretty simple.

It felt as if it was melting right through my brain before it cooled...now I
weld
with ear plugs. I was also sand blasting and grinding so grit was getting

My ear got really soar and inflamed. I took a 30cc cattle syringe and blasted
a hot water alcohol mix in the ear. All the crud came out and it felt better
instantly. I dont know that this is ok to do...it was a shot in the dark

What I'm thinking is that putting anything in your ears on a regular basis
as a preventative, may cause problems...just my thoughts.

than silver and mercury combined into a dense silver/mercury lump. If you
take a silver filling from a persons mouth and heat it, the mercury will
flash off, (distill) leaving the same amount of silver that was used at the
start. And the silver will be in exactly the same size particles and shape
it was when the amalgam was formed. It was not dissolved, it was
amalgamated. The two metals are always separable. And the noble metal will
always be the same shape, size and weight it was originally. If that is
true, then the silver wasn't dissolved was it? It was surrounded but never
 penetrated.

This is very interesting. I've had Lyme Disease for about ten years.
A few years ago I decided to have all 20 silver amalgam fillings removed
and replaced with another material. I did this against the advice of my
dentist, doctor, and wallet! (hard headed)

At first I noticed no difference, in fact I was even worse. Slowly, however,
I started to sleep again. Then I started to dream again...I hadn't slept in
years. I would normally drug myself out for a very disturbed sleep at best.
Sleeping again was such a blessing!

My gums, which were always inflamed in spots and receedeing in those spots
became pink and healthy. I also noticed that they didn't bleed any more when
I brushed my teeth. Prior to that, they always bled...I thought that was
normal for me.

Not an overly scientific experiment, as I don't really desire to put the amalgam
back in to observe the results...just my observation. I believe the toxin
released
by the mercury along with that of the Lyme Spirochete was just too much for
my system to deal with.

CSMelting Silver

1999-11-13 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
I have been experimenting with larger electrodes. I would like

I plan to melt them on a sheet of stainless, using an oxy acet torch.
Can anyone tell me if this would cause contamination of the silver,
such that it would not be optimum for CS generation? Would there
be a better material to use to accomplish this process? My initial

reached a temp where it would flow. Possibly I just need to heat it
more slowly.

Any comments are much appreciated.

Sorry Dennis but you're wrong too. The miners used mercury to amalgamate
the gold. That means to make the gold stick to the mercury or vice versa.
They would rub a generous amount of mercury on clean copper sheets and place
the sheets in their sluice boxes. When the gravel, sand, mud and water
passed through the box, the gold and any noble metals would stick to the
plate. At the end of the day they would then remove the plate and use a
squeegee to wipe the gold and other metals stuck to the mercury off the
plate. They would then wring the mercury out through a sheet of chamois.
The mercury would pass through the chamois leaving the metal in an
amalgamated lump in the chamois. They would then drive the mercury off the
lump by using heat and what was left was the metal that had been trapped in
the mercury. They then separated the gold from other metals using different
techniques. One of the basic ones was to heat the metal lump in a crucible
with some antimony. Antimony is called the wolf in alchemical terms. That
is because it eats all metals EXCEPT gold. It flies off in the form of
dense white smoke and carries all metals except gold with it. The gold left
behind is considered pure. If there was a lot of silver in the mix, they
would use other processes to get it and would not use antimony because the
silver would be lost. But if there was little metal other than gold, the
antimony process was favored for it's simplicity.

Gold and all noble metals stick to mercury; they do not dissolve in mercury.
 They can always be
separated from mercury by heat. It's called distillation if you recover the
 mercury. It's called
flashing off if you let the mercury go into the atmosphere.

Hope this clears the subject up to your satisfaction.

Electrodes are about 6 apart. I keep the current around 1 to 1.5 ma.
I let it run over night. The product is light golden and darkens within

My electrodes are made up of 999 silver coin shape. I tacked 2 of them

larger surface area is beneficial.

I've tried higher currents and shorter durations. The product becomes

that have wanted to kill each other from day one. The BP48 has saved me many
trips to the vet and associated $$$! I've also used it on myself, for months
on end,
to keep the Lyme Disease at bay.

As I mentioned, epinephrine is good to have on hand. Bennidrill is also good
for mild allergic reactions.

And H2O2 is invaluable for stopping infections as well as chemically
neutralizing skunk spray. I guess this is a good time to make sure your
Y2K med chest is complete.

Some sort of oral tetracycline is also good to have on hand. This combined
with flagyl seems to be very effective against Lyme. It was just very hard
to take...flat on my back and severely ill. When I stopped I would slowly
regain my strength, and could then see improvement.

CS seems to be just as effective without the toxic side effects. I can eat
and not feel nauseous all of the time. Today I picked up 5 loads of fire
wood in my truck!

Though I'm herxing a bunch and am far from cured, I am more hopeful

CSAnimal grade ABX

I don't usually share this, but seeing as you asked...Yes, in many cases
the animal grade is as good as the human grade. Sometimes it is even better
controlled, because there is often a slaughter restriction time associated with
the medication. This assures that it is out of the meat prior to human
consumption.

I've used certain veterinary injectables for Lyme disease. This was out of
desperation when insurance failed to cover the therapy. The effect (herx)
was exactly the same as experienced with the human grade. The major
difference was cost (1/30th)!

Words of caution: I don't endorse or encourage the off label use of any
product. When injecting anything it is always possible to have an anaphylactic
reaction and die. Failing to aspirate the syringe can result in a vascular
injection
which can also kill you quickly. Some animal meds are extremely irritating and
not fit for use...unless you plan to go to slaughter where they cut that part
out!

That said, Pfizer BP48 is good to have in the frig, along with 3cc or 6cc
monoject
syringes. 25ga needles will work and they are small (my dogs like them best).
It is hard to draw it up through a 25ga. What I do is put an 18ga in the bottle
draw through it, remove the syringe, cap the needle hub, and leave the 18ga
needle in the bottle. Then I install the 25ga needle on the syringe and do the
injection. You can use the 25ga needle for both, but is hard to draw through
and it dulls it a little when you pierce the rubber cap on the bottle. (the dogs
dont like this!)

Also, a bottle of epinephrine (cheep) in the frig is good to have, for many
reasons.
A very small syringe is what you want for this, as the dose is small.

Re: CSLyme Herxing Duration Question?

1999-11-07 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Hi Nicole

I've had Lyme Disease for about 10 years, tried many different
antibiotic therapies, without success.

Recently I began making my own CS and I've been taking it for about
12 days now. I have no clue as to the concentration I'm making, however,
I am adjusting various parameters while making it, and monitoring the
effect a given batch has on my symptoms.

A few days after starting CS my symptoms flared. I was taking a cup
per day in 3 doses. The flair-up was not hard to take and I started to
see improvement. Friday and Saturday were the two best days I've had
in many, many years.

Yesterday I popped the cork on a fresh brew, which I had made with large
surface area electrodes and longer time. I downed a cup of that. I hardly
slept last night and I feel very sick today. My fingers are all cramped up, my
brain feels like mush, and I just feel like crawling off in the corner
somewhere.
This is some good stuff!!! I didn't take any today and I think I'll back off on
the
dose tomorrow.

As to your question of how long the herx should last, theory is that the
flair-up
is caused by toxins released from spirochetal die-off. These toxins are what
causes
the Lyme symptoms. When you kill the bug you get it's entire load of toxin
released
into your system. I liken it to shooting a skunk!

If all goes well, the cyclic flair-ups should become less severe and you will
have
more good days. I can't say how long that will take. Recently on a combination
chemo I went through 6 weeks of torture and regained my peripheral vision. I
tried to do it again to gain more ground, but I just couldn't stand the
toxicity. I
also feel CS will be much more effective than pharmaceuticals.

I have also had the hearing problems that you mention to include: tinitus,
hearing loss, temporary total hearing loss in one ear, hypersensitivity,
ringing, hissing, buzzing, etc. It seems to be improving and I believe,
is reversible.

Since I started CS I also notice much less fatigue. I have been living on
dextroamphetamine for years, just to get through the day. Over the last
week I've cut my dose to 1/3. My goal is to rid myself of the half dozen
pills I take to get through the day, and get completely well. With God's
help I will get there.

I wish you the best in your recovery. Keep us informed on how you're
progressing. There are many that have been banished to the prison
of Lyme Disease that are desperately seeking relief, and hearing stories
of success can be very up lifting.

God Bless,
Jeff

Re: CSLyme CS

1999-11-01 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
This morning I am responding to my own post.
I have started to herx...ears hissing, vision blurry, stiff and sore.
Guess this CS really does have activity against Lyme!

But, why am I happy to feel worse??!!! :-)

I think I'll stick with a current limited DC setup. Letting it run
overnight seems to make very clean CS with no fallout or settling.
In addition, with Lyme Brain, I'd better leave the HV alone for now!

My DC power supply that I am experimenting with seems to work well.
I connected an AC line cord to a rectifier bridge, with a resistor in each
leg of the bridge output. The resistors limit the current to a few mills
short circuit to keep shock hazard down. The higher voltage gets things
started faster and the resistance keeps the current less than one mill.

I also noticed that the buildup on the cathode will cling to the cathode
if I leave it energized while I remove it from the electrolyte.
If I de-energize or disconnect the cathode, some of the buildup falls
into the electrolyte. Just an interesting observation.

Any comments are welcome.

Gob Bless,

Jeff - K1LE

I am currently experimenting with CS for central nervous system Lyme

I made my first batch of CS a few days ago. I used a pint measureing
cup, round (coin shaped) 999 silver electrodes spaced 4 apart in distilled
water. I used a 12vdc supply and measured the starting current at about
0.12ma. I let it run for 15 hrs and ended up with a final current of 1.5ma.

There was no sediment, there was significant treeing at the cathode, and
electrolyte was lightly golden. It then darkened more after a day or two.

It had a slightly bitter taste. So, I drank a few tablespoons. No noticeable
effect. The next day I took 1/4 cup...no noticeable effect. The next day I
 drank
the rest of the jar...no noticeable effect.

My question is: I normally herx on antidiotics. What and when should I expect
 some effect?

I just made another batch in a quart jar, electrodes spaced 5 apart. I let
 it run
about 36 hours and limited the current to 1.5ma. This is a little darker and
 tastes
 a bit more bitter.

Another thing I noticed is that stirring had little effect on electrolyte
 conductivity.
I believe this is due to the low voltage and slow process, and possibly the
 wide
 electrode spacing.

I also tried a small batch using 10kv AC. I noticed the cone effect. Arcing
 started
within 1 hour. The product is light grey. What does that sound like? In this
 process,
how close to the surface is the electrode uaually spaced? I was set to about
 1/8
Is there any advantage in rectifying the 10kv? or in going higher in voltage?

One last question: Is flat DC advantageous over raw DC?

 Any comments are appreciated.

I'm falling asleep, too tired for spell check, so I better turn in!

Re: CS- Well bacteria

1999-10-23 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Usually a well is shocked with chlorox, pumped for a while and then tested.
The well cap should provide a seal that keeps bugs out also. If there is still
bacteria present, I might abandon it. The alternative may be looking for the
source. Sometimes a septic system can drain to underground rock formations
and into a vein of water that then contaminates your well. This can sometimes
be solved by going deeper with the steel well casing, and thus blocking a
shallow
vein of contamination from running into the well.

When it comes to the water that you drink, I like to be very careful. I just
dug a shallow well in fine sand and the water is a gift from heaven! I
abandoned my deep well. Deep wells in underground aquifers can cary toxins
a long way. With the shallow well, I control the surrounding area and can
prevent contamination.

I'll tie this to CS: If things go bad for Y2K, I plan to put my chain link dog
kennel around the well, and some electric fence insulators and wire
on the well cover. Then I'll connect my 20kv, homebrew CS generator transformer
to the wire on the cover, and my well will be...so to speak...covered.

I'll freely give of what I have to anyone in need, but first they have to ask
nicely!

Re: CSHV AC/DC Tech Questions

1999-10-11 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Hi Bob List

Thanks for the information and your experience with 380vdc.
I will also try the lower voltage method that you mention.

Would I be correct in saying that anything that increases the
current density seems to result in larger particles. I'm thinking
about charging lead acid batteries, and how excessive current
damages the plates and results in sludge at the bottom.

So, anything that increases current flow (impurities in water
or increased voltage) would result in speeding up the operation
at the expence of generating larger particles.

Would it then be bennifical to use electrodes with a larger
surface area?

Thanks for the HV warning! I've also worked with industrial
power generation equipment and have a healthy respect for
the damage it can cause.

The 20kv supply that I mentioned is current limited thus, it wont
produce enough to ionize much air, resulting in a lightning bolt!
I get about a 2 arc max. I must admit, there's just something about
high voltage that excites me!

One other question (pardon my ignorance) What coming disaster?

CSHV AC/DC Tech Questions

1999-10-10 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Hi folks,

My name is Jeff. I believe I've posted only once or twice before and
I very much appreciate the helpful replies. I've been down flat with
Lyme Disease lately so have been mostly reading the mail.

I have a few questions pertaining to CS generating that I would
appreciate your opinions on.

I'm planning to use HVAC at 20KV for my generator. My understanding is
that the typical setup consists of one electrode in the water and the other
slightly above the water by some dimension. The electrode that is not in contact
with the water, is it parallel to the water or is it vertical with the gap
between
it's end and the water? How large a volume of water is most practical with this
type of setup?

I noticed the use of higher voltages in DC setups...I believe approximately
380V.
Can you tell me the advantage of the higher voltage? I assume both electrodes
are submerged? Would there be more of an advantage in using even higher
DC voltages, say 1kv or more?

Thank you for assistance. May God Bless you all!

Respectfully,

Jeff Madore

CS information needed

1999-09-13 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
Hi all. My name is Jeff and I am new to the silver list. I have Chronic CNS
Lyme Disease, have tried many antibiotic routines with limited success,
and am interested in making and experimenting with colloidal silver. Please
bear with me as I am relatively uninformed as to the production, use and
efficacy of CS. I have some questions that some of you may be able to help me
with.

1. What exactly is the form of silver, that I am looking to produce, that is an
effective antibiotic? I'd like to understand the science. It appears
that colloidal silver consists of silver particles held in solution. Are these
particles just extremely small or does their ionic state maintain them
within the solution, such that the solution is fairly homogeneous?

2. I hear of precipitate forming on the bottom of the container while brewing.
Is this due to excessive current density, as seen in a lead acid cell,
that causes flaking of the electrodes. Would the use of electrodes with a
larger surface area be more effective in this process.

3. I hear of many different voltages being used. When HVAC is used, is the
voltage applied to the electrodes AC? If so, what is the advantage of using
AC vs DC.

4. I have, or can put together from parts, sources that will put out AC or DC
at voltages from 0 to 20 kv or more...probably could go higher if I put
my mind to it, and am experienced in working with HV supplies. Where would be a
good place to begin? Can someone describe a typical setup?

5. I understand that the conductivity of the electrolyte increases during the
process. Should some form of current limiting be employed, such that the
voltage is reduced, to avoide excessive current density? Is natural convection
of the electrolyte sufficient to maintain an even current density?

6. Must both electrodes consist of silver? It would seem that if direct
current were utilized, one electrode could be stainless steel, as the flow of
current would be in one direction only and therefore, the polarity could be set
such that the silver only, would be depleted during the process.

7. Is the higher concentration (PPM) silver more effective in treating an
infection? I have seen numbers ranging from a few ppm to many hundreds of
ppm. And, is there a point where the concentration / dose has shown toxicity
when taken internally?

I guess this is a good start. Any and all information would be very much
appreciated.

Jeff - K1LE CT

Re: CSHigh Concentration HVAC CS

1999-09-13 Thread Jeffrey A. Madore
There are a couple of possible electrical paths here that may have caused you to
experience a shock.

1. Resistance - Glass is a fine insulator, however, there is no perfect
insulator. Higher
voltages require more insulation. Though the leakage at any one point on the
jar may be small, adding the foil to the side, in effect, creates a
number of parallel resistive paths and thus the possibility for more current
flow.

2. Capacitance - Since the supply voltage is AC, capacitance plays a role in
apparent current flow through an insulator. In applying the foil to the
side of the jar, you create a capacitor; the foil being one plate, the glass
being the dielectric, and the conductive liquid in the jar being the
other plate. Because the polarity of the power source is changing at a 60 cycle
rate, the electrical potential on the aluminum foil tries to change at
that rate. Thus it is always trying to take on or give up electrons. If given
a path, these electrons will flow. If that path is through your body,
and the electron flow is sufficient, you will sense an electrical shock. The
amount of the current available from the source will determine the
severity of that shock.

I have found, with high voltage, you can't be too careful!

God Bless,
Jeff K1LE CT

  I took the shiny
(unoxidized) side of aluminum foil and wrapped it around the glass vessel,
careful to keep it out of contact with the electrodes. In spite of these
precautions I experienced a definite electrical shock while in contact with
the foil wrapped around the glass. The foil was not in contact with
anything other than glass. (I was hoping to see a reflection of the laser
 illuminate the silver in solution).

I am using a 15kv HVAC CS unit
