Hello My Friends!

I have never heard of Turmeric (the spice) healing cartilage and bones. Can
you please back this one up with documentation?.

I have used Turmeric for many years as an anti-inflammatory for my
arthritis. I buy it bulk and put in 'O' size capsules and take two (about
500 mg's) twice daily. It reduces the painful grating and finger trigger
effect in my hands.

Turmuric is an effective healer of bones and
cartilage. The remedy is to take one teaspoon in a
glass of warm whole milk (or 2%) at bedtime. It needs
some fat to work. If you don't drink milk, you could
try full fat soymilk or something like that.

After a couple of weeks, it is hard to tell there was
a break.

Hi Karen!

I had serious sinus problems all my life until I finally started used a pump
type atomizer spray bottle (like an Afrin atomizer, not the spray type) with
my homemade CS in it and I was totally amazed at the immediate relief I get.
I use a CPAP machine to sleep and I use a little in the heated humidifier to
eliminate any chance of re-infections to occur..
Apparently my problem was a fungal type re-occurrence causing my repeated
difficulties.

As I sit here, miserable, with yet another sinus

Please post any books, websites or personal knowledge

Also, what kind of practitioner is most likely to use

them just to control growth of undesired contaminants.

Simply put a couple of silver ingots or coins in the flowing water source
and the entire system will be protected.
One way to do this would be to install an in-expensive inline replaceable

Peter said,

I just let the process go until I have attained
between 10 and 13 PPM then stop it. My concern is
particle size..

As long as your CS is clear, particle size is fine.
Even Tyndall effect is unimportant, if it is clear.

The principle I use keeps it simple and safe.

My goal is to brew it as long as I can and still end
up with crystal clear CS. This gives me the highest
silver concentration level in the water, but
guarantees me safe particle size. All you need to do
is keep increasing the brewing time a little bit with
each batch until you get yellow CS (either by the end
of the brewing time or by the next day). When you get
that, use the previous brewing time.

When Bob Berger was alive and testing CS, he
pronounced my CS to be 18.7 ppm, very small particles
and very few sparklies. Just what I want. I use the
same formula with every batch.

Of course, if your water quality changes, your results
will too. Water temperature also is a factor.

During the summer, when the room is warmer, I brew 10
gallons for one hour (sometimes only 50 minutes on a
hot day). During the winter, when the room is colder,
I may brew 70-80 minutes.

2006-11-08 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler

Carlos!

The entire worlds' ships have silver bullion welded into their fresh water
tanks, some like thousands of gallons.
The wave action will get the water circulating around and any contact with
that plate does the job.

So maybe just a tablespoon in a quart should be sufficient?..

I use very little (1 to 2 Oz) in my 16 Oz CPAP heated humidifier reservoir
because full strength will plate the plastic and metal base surfaces which I
consider to be a waste.
I do not have any idea how much silver is left in the dry container as the
ions are breathed-in controlling any possible fungal growth.
Long time use (week) without cleaning will produce tiny little bubbles or
beads of what looks like silver with a grayish deposit (fungus?) inside
rolling around on the bottom.

Hello Friends!

I make my homemade CS using a simple 5 VDC 750 mA transformer, 6 14 AWG
wires with a 1/4 90 degree bend so they wont fall thru the plastic lid I
use for spacing in a quart jar and a place to put the alligator clips..
I leave it anywhere from 8 to 12 hours without stirring and check with a red
laser for tyndal effect. My color is slightly golden metallic yellow and if
all I have read is true then it is around 15 to 20 ppm's. Anyway it is most
effective on everything I have used it for - including paper cuts, CPAP
humidifier, pink eye, and etc etc.

Morning Dan,

You did a better job of explaining gauge than I did.

Actually, I was trying to emphasize that it should not be used as a unit
of measure across the board.

In the same fashion, AWG is also commonly used to specify body piercing
jewelry sizes, especially smaller sizes.[1]
One more unusual use. I think these different uses of gauge date back
before everyone owned a ruler or accurate measuring device.

One thing I intended to mention that I forgot.

When anyone thinks they have all the different Gauge Standards
mastered, they should move to
the final exercise, Understanding the shotgun gauges, 10, 20, 16 and
410 gauges.

I sure am glad they did not use gauge for handgun and rifle cartridge
sizes.

Years back, I came across a file by the name of convert.txt
This is a text file with a line listing of many very old units and their
conversion to another unit.

Many of these are worthless today and only fill their place in history.

http://www.fugitt.com/files/convert.txt

There are a few minor errors in this file. For example, it shows an acre
as being 210 X 210 which is not correct. There is no such thing as a
perfectly square acre, certainly not 210 X 210 feet.

This is a very interesting file, to say the least. Anyone with interest
in Units of Measure should grab a copy and keep it. Some of this
information may be impossible to get one day.

Take five to seven drops of the first urine in the morning, and mix them with

   Q. Please tell me what cream of tartar is and where I can find it?
  A. Cream of tartar is is the common name for potassium hydrogen tartrate,
an acid salt that has a number of uses in cooking. Now, before you get all
jittery about the thought of cooking with an acid, it's worth noting that milk,
brown sugar, steak, plums, and just about every other food we eat is acidic. In
fact, egg whites and baking soda are the only non-acidic (alkaline) foods we
have.

Cream of tartar is obtained when tartaric acid is half neutralized with
potassium hydroxide, transforming it into a salt. Grapes are the only
significant natural source of tartaric acid, and cream of tartar is a obtained
from sediment produced in the process of making wine. (The journal Nature
reported some years ago that traces of calcium tartrate found in a pottery jar
in the ruins of a village in northern Iran are evidence that wine was being
made more than 7,000 years ago.)

Cream of tartar is best known in our kitchens for helping stabilize and
give more volume to beaten egg whites. It is the acidic ingredient in some
brands of baking powder. It is also used to produce a creamier texture in
sugary desserts such as candy and frosting. It is used commercially in some
soft drinks, candies, bakery products, gelatin desserts, and photography
products. Cream of tartar can also be used to clean brass and copper cookware.

If you are beating eggs whites and don't have cream of tartar, you can
substitute white vinegar (in the same ratio as cream of tartar, generally 1/8
teaspoon per egg white). It is a little more problematic to find a substitute
for cream of tartar in baking projects. White vinegar or lemon juice, in the
ratio of 3 times the amount of cream of tartar called for, will provide the
right amount of acid for most recipes. But that amount of liquid may cause
other problems in the recipe, and bakers have found that cakes made with
vinegar or lemon juice have a coarser grain and are more prone to shrinking
than those made with cream of tartar.

Now, if they were making cream of tarter 7,000 years ago in Iran (or at
least if cream of tartar was making itself), don't you think you can find the
small plastic or glass bottles it comes in among the hundreds of other small
jars and bottles in the spice section of your grocery store? Or you can get
modest or huge quantities of it online.

Hi Lea Ann!

Of course I rinse the head off before cutting it to fit in the food processor.
I do not chop it very long so the shredded pieces are larger, ~quarter size.
I pour the small amount of liquid from the chopper into the jug along with the
mash also.
I pour from a Wal-Mart gallon of distilled water into the 1/2 full of mash sun
tea jug until it almost reaches the top, 1/2 or so down..
I put the open air cap lid on and bind cheese cloth over the opening and store
at room temp of about 70ºF.
When it is fermented and after removing the hard stuff I do add a tablespoon of
sea salt or canning salt for flavoring.
Do not use table salt here either as the additives will kill the mixture.

If you slice the cabbage into 1/8 thick slices and leave the fermentation for
about a month you will have the best sauerkraut ever.
A large head of cabbage will make five gallons of sauerkraut.

Can you describe the mash a little bit better? Are you talking about a
food processor? How much liquid is there and what size are the pieces of the
cabbage? Do the bacterias come just from the cabbage itself? Do you rinse the
cabbage before chopping?

Sorry for all of the questions but this idea sounds easier than some of the

Hi Richard!

I use DMSO (vet grade) gel and aloe vera gel 50/50 and put it in a 2 oz
roller ball applicator. (I buy the roll-on underarm bottles at Wal-Mart for
$0.97 and just dump the contents). I am going to try adding my homemade CS
to the mix next time so I will be at a 50% DMSO mix to the aloe vera.
I paint it on my whole knee and it appears that the scar tissue is reducing
in size. Even the internal scar tissue.
I do get blistering and a red skin with brown overtones afterwards. I take 2
Allergy Medication (Wal-Mart $4.00/100) antihistamine capsules and the
histamine blistering and itching goes away.
I also use a very strong mix 2 oz roll-on bottle of straight DMSO and four
dropperfuls of homemade 130,000 HU Cayenne tincture. The Cayenne burns for
up to an hour after application but is worth it for the relief I get. I get
very little histamine blistering with this formula.
To get a dilute DMSO add a percentage of distilled water first and start out
at a 20%..

Hello Everyone!

Making a saline solution recipe is 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt or canning salt per
quart.
Do not use regular processed table salt as it has additives that can cause
contamination.
You can make your saline solution using your CS or distilled water and adding
some CS to it for further pathogen killing.
This is the recipe I use for my nasal irrigation using the NeilMed bottle.

For deep wounds I have used a compress of plantain, alovera gel, and chaparral
to draw out the dead stuff. Adding DMSO will speed up recovery. This combo
allows healing from the bottom out where using a OTC antibiotic salve will
allow scabbing over locking in the diseased tissue.
I found this out when I scraped a hole to the bone in my shin when falling thru
a steel trailer.
Neosporin did not work to heal, just kept it from becoming infected. CS works
better.

Hello Wayne!

Thanks for the synopsis.
I kept bees in Yuma AZ during production the ambient temp was up to 129 and
rarely below 90 at night. This had no effect on the honey I extracted and
bottled as raw honey. Maybe the ambient makes a difference?.
I had learned that 105 was the magic number but have no way of supporting
that bit of trivia. On-line searching has produced many different temps so
we would have to have a bio chemist to explain this one.
I have had honey that was almost black and very strong in flavor from mixed
year end plants. After one season the honey was crystallized solid and was
too strong to eat.

The canola (rapeseed) honey was terrible to taste also.

Morning Charles, Heidrun, and everyone who contributed to the honey
facts,

I am definitely not claiming infallibility, but everything I have ready
says that 110-115 degrees is the point at which enzymes start being
deactivated/destroyed, but I am definitely open to learning this is wrong.

The bee keeper I talked to said 120 was the destruction temp was why he
set the temp for 110. Don't know where he got his information.

I think different numbers will exist for sure.

I wonder if there is a right and wrong relative to this temperature.

I have read that storage alone will cause enzyme destruction.
Some of the articles talk about Half Life of the enzymes.
These are expressed in hours and days relative to temperature.

Why not keep it in a cooler?

I think the best bet is to buy or harvest the honey in the comb, and leave
it there of let it drain in the kitchen, as I have done many times.
I have found wild hives and collect 3 or 4 dish pans of the comb and
honey.

Storing honey is a problem no matter what. Some of the effects of storage
are not desirable.

As most of you know, the dark honey has a higher content of most
minerals.

Bee keepers soon learn which honey from specific blooms they like the
best.

I like the square weed honey. It is a distinctive plant with a square
stem and has a violet or purple bloom.

The important thing is to have the hives empty and well maintained when
your favorite bloom occurs.

I never studied this as much as I normally study things because I knew 3
people that thought they knew everything, working hundreds or hives each
and one worked 1000 hives.

I fully realize that the number of hives and the years doing it does not
mean they are right about everything.

Here is a link that will be interesting to many. It is from a USDA
yearbook.

http://www.beesource.com/pov/usda/beekpUSA82.htm

I use another product that is likely the worlds second best sweetner.
That is blackstrap. Typically, I take a few tsp per day just for the
minerals. Blackstrap is the highest in potassium of any food I have
seen.

The dark honey is much higher in potassium than the light honey.

Unless 3 computers crash, I am still keeping all the silver list messages.
Must be close to 100,000 by now. I do delete many of the Nothing
messages. Some quote 100 lines and write one line.

Been meaning to address that problem also.

I have 3 or 4 good hard drives on the table. About time to plug one up
and make an archive copy and stick it in the safe.

2006-09-25 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler

My Dad was a commercial apiarist and I have kept bees myself as a sideline
hobby.

I do not know where your info about honey being crystallized within hours
after packing came from, But I know this is not true for most honey.

The ambient temperature (80 to 120 summer) in Yuma AZ allowed me to de-cap,
extract and bottle my honey without heating it. My 6-frame extractor machine
would hold about 20 gallons of fluid honey and I did not bottle that often
waiting for the 'foreign material' to settle out. Maybe weeks would go by
before that task was done.
I had jars of my honey that were years old and still 'fluid'. I had some
that was maybe 6 months old and crystallized, sorry I do not remember what
plant fields they were into.
The difference was the environment and plant pollens/nectars they were using
at that time. I do not understand the chemical process that crystallizes
honey but do know it is caused from evaporation of the water content
allowing the multiple sugars and enzymes to change to a solid state.
The clearest, least viscous, most expensive honey I produced was from citrus
tree nectars. These would not crystallize for over a year in jars at home
being used almost daily.
Commercial honey still in the comb is not heated either because the comb
would melt. I have also seen very old capped comb honey crystallized.

Organic honey, to me is a conundrum and is probably a false statement. My AZ
bees would travel up to 50 miles bee-line for their harvest. Proven by
actual experience. There is no way, except on a remote isolated island, of
having the organic title applied. One bee keeper from TN said he figured
his bees only traveled about three miles. Can you imagine a TN farm of more
than 3 square mile area?. Swarming bees will reconnoiter up to 25-30 square
mile areas for new hive locations.

 Wow Charles!
Where did you get your information on honey?

Many different sources over many years...

I hate to correct you but ALL honey is a liquid or fluid at room
temperature until it crystallizes from water evaporation.

True enough, but this generally happens within hours of when the honey
is packaged, so anyone 'buying' honey will buy it in crystallized form.

But you are technically correct... :)

Buying local honey from a small beekeeper will almost assure you it is raw
 and probably un-filtered.

Actually, even many small producers heat their honey, because it is much
easier to work with (packaging, etc) than raw honey. But if you buy it
direct, at least you can ask questions, and actually see their operation
(so if you use your eyes, you'll know whether or not they're lying about
whether or not they heat their honey).

I can almost guarantee you most of the commercial honey you buy in the
grocery store has been filtered and heated simply to enhance the looks and
ease of container filling processes. Real honey has bits of wax, propolis,
pollen beads, and bee body parts when centrifugally extracted.

Yep - but as I said, 'Really Raw' and 'YS Organics' are the only two
commercial brands that I know of that are really raw. So, for anyone who
doesn't have the option of a local producer, it is the next best thing...

Cream of tartar is obtained when tartaric acid is half neutralized with

from sediment produced in the process of making wine. (The journal Nature

Cream of tartar is best known in our kitchens for helping stabilize and give
more volume to beaten egg whites. It is the acidic ingredient in some brands of
baking powder. It is also used to produce a creamier texture in sugary desserts
such as candy and frosting. It is used commercially in some soft drinks,
candies, bakery products, gelatin desserts, and photography products. Cream of
tartar can also be used to clean brass and copper cookware.

Now, if they were making cream of tarter 7,000 years ago in Iran (or at least
if cream of tartar was making itself), don't you think you can find the small
plastic or glass bottles it comes in among the hundreds of other small jars and
bottles in the spice section of your grocery store? Or you can get modest or
huge quantities of it online.

Re: CSRaw Honey - medical miracle

2006-09-21 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler

Wow Charles!
Where did you get your information on honey?

I hate to correct you but ALL honey is a liquid or fluid at room temperature
until it crystallizes from water evaporation. Honey viscosity ranges from
very thick to very thin. Like 90 weight oil and 5 weight motor oil depending
on many environmental factors..
There are two very important truths in your posting: 1, Raw. Heating above
105 degrees F will kill the effective enzymes. Microwaving destroys them
immediately and can change the flavor drastically. 2, Manuka Honey is no
different than your local beekeepers product except the flavor. Therefore
IMHO not worth the cost.
Buying local honey from a small beekeeper will almost assure you it is raw
and probably un-filtered.
I can almost guarantee you most of the commercial honey you buy in the
grocery store has been filtered and heated simply to enhance the looks and
ease of container filling processes. Real honey has bits of wax, propolis,
pollen beads, and bee body parts when centrifugally extracted.

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Manuka honey for
healing wounds?

Hi Leigh,

Don't waste your money on the Manuka...

Honey is a near miraculous treatment for many, many different things,
especially burns (even really bad ones) and scars (even really big/old
ones), but there is one caveat: it must be truly raw.

Second most important thing is, if you can get it, get local honey from a
local bee-keeper. But truly raw is the most important things.

The problem is, honey providers can heat honey to as high as 160 degrees
and still *legally* label it as 'raw'. Very few honey providers who sell
'raw' honey actually sell truly RAW honey. If it is fluid at room temp,
then, unless it is Tupelo or - forget the other kind - then it has been
heated, rest assured.

The best *commercial* brands of truly raw honey, that I know of, are
'ReallyRaw', and YS Organics' Personally I love YS Organics, and it is
available at Harry's/Whole Foods.

Back in the 1980's when I was keeping bees in Yuma AZ we got a new taste we had
never before had. It came from the thousands of acres of rape seed over in
Imperial Valley approximately 50 miles bee line. Maybe the lack of pollen in
our citrus groves were not keeping them happy. This was when the citrus farmers
were cutting their groves out because it cost them to have them picked and
packed.
Maybe the deserts lack of vegetation is a factor?.
This is why I said 50 miles.

For HONEY to be an effective herbal remedy it must be Raw, natural,
un-processed, un-heated, un-filtered, honey. Real honey as extracted from the
combs will contain bits of wax, pollen beads, propolis, and bee body parts.
This will not sell in stores.

I know of no way to put the organic title to honey as the bees will travel
up to fifty miles away. If someone is touting organic then their honey must
come from a very remote island at least 50 miles from any other land.

Heating above 105³ F kills the beneficial enzymes. Microwaving honey also
destroys the enzymes.

Re: CSbetter generator?

2006-09-20 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler

Osiyo Nigadv!
Hello Everyone!

I am retired and purchasing an automatic commercial generator is on my
fuutre long-range plans.
I did a survey of the three top commercial units and chose the Silver Puppy
just because of Ode's price's. It appears that all the units sold are very
good and comparable.
But I could not wait and could not afford to buy CS so I made my own unit I
have been using for over a year now.
I took a CD player transformer rated at: 5 VDC and 750 mA, cut of the jack,
stripped the wires and attached two alligator clips.
I bought 12 inches of 14 ga .999 silver wire on-line, cut in half and added
a 1/4 bend on one end for my electrodes.
I cut off the bottom of a powdered drink concentrate plastic container and
drilled two 14 ga holes in it at the width of the quart (sm) mason jar I am
using. The indentations on the plastic bottom just fit the mason jar lip
opening so it would not slip around.
I put the electrodes thru the lid, connected the clips to the bent
electrodes and plugged the transformer in.
I tried to measure the current with my Fluke meter and it was so low my 300
mA scale would not show any reading.
Using Wal-Mart distilled water it took about 8 hours to develop a light
golden color with fuzz on the electrodes. Hearing from others it appeared
that I had just made some very good homemade CS at about 15 to 20 ppm. I
store my CS in the maker jar with an airtight lid.
Once old age kicked in and I forgot to take the transformer off and it
cooked for about 20 hours, the color was a darker gold/yellow with a grey
tinge to it and there were pools of silver floating on top. I have no idea
what the ppm's would be but I used it anyway and did not notice any
difference in curative power.
The inside of my maker jar has become plated dark silver gray also. I never
clean my maker jar because I do not want to contaminate with anything.

I have effectively and satisfactorily used my homemade CS for:
Strep throat (immediate relief),
Conjunctavitis (pink eye),
Open scrapes and wounds,
Stomach disorders,
Toenail fungus,
Sinus infections,
My Grand Daughter uses it for her acne like zits,
I use 20 to 100% in my heated CPAP humidifier reservoir (yes it plates
metal and plastic also),

I rinse/swish my mouth after brushing with baking soda at least once a week,
I mist lettuce heads, and bagged salad mix to stop early wilting,
and I could go on.

Hi Ruth!

The salt thing is a quandary for all as there is tons of negative and
positive on all.
In my experience any salt that has been iodized has gone thru a processing
that does change the texture of the salt making it pour when it rains.
It has been found that the pure sea salts or pure canning salt is better for
you than any table salt.

The Real Salt brand is one of the good ones.
Some labels that have no iodine in them say something like it is wrong to
take it.
I use Real Salt in my nasal irrigation solution NeilMed bottle and it is
perfect. I tried table salt and it burned terribly.

Celtic Sea Salt is recommended by my ND.

supplement. Exercising and lowering salt is also helpful. I think that the
life extension sells a product that is natural for lowering blood
pressure.
I also wonder about the colon issue. It seems that it would show up on

Re: CSusing a phone jack??

2006-09-14 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler
OK Wayne!
I stand corrected.
I have never heard of this application before therefore it was suspect in my
mind.
Sorry if I came off as a know it all. My POTS experience as a lineman was many
years ago.

So the ringing current reads 52 volts AC?. My corded phone now says 48 volts
from the line. Depending on your return connection the ringing current can and
will give you a shock.
There is a true story of a country woman that answered her phone when the dog
barked because the phone never rang. She had attached the dogs chain to the
ground rod and the current went thru the dog causing him to bark.
When you go off hook all you are doing is providing a ground or return to
existing voltage on the line. It makes sense that the generator would not pull
as much current as a ringer until the solutions conductivity became much
higher. I wonder what the REN access code would be for a generator?.

It may in fact be pulsating DC but it reads nicely on an AC meter.

I disagree on the Unlimited Current. I have worked with many leased lines
over the years, even the old relay type circuits, including many alarm
monitoring circuits.

Often the phone company would reroute circuits and the added 22 or 24 ga wire
would cause my circuits to fail completely. In some cases, I had to call the
phone company and try to get these circuits back into operation, as they had
worked for many years. Often these were Fire Alarm monitoring circuits which
must be maintained with little down time.

Also if you load down the phone company lines they may shut you off
permanently.

I agree that is a true statement, with a few if's and conditions involved.
Typically, other devices we add to our phone systems use more current than
the CS generator. That is, unless someone leaves the project unattended and
the current runs away in value.

Since these very simple generators are totally manual, one should know how
long the batch needs to run and the current draw, relative to time.

In reality, all one does is make his phone line inoperative for a time.
I believe the phone line goes into the Off Hook mode when using the CS
generator. If you get a phone call or make one, ... this time must be
subtracted from the batch time. On second thought, it does not go into the
Off Hook mode or the 52 Volts would change to a much lower value, maybe 5 to
7 VDC. So, the CS generator does not load the line as much as you picking up
the phone to make a call.

This makes me wonder if all the ideas about a CS generator doing things to a
phone line, or even attracting the phone company is justified.

I have been using this type generator for a few years with zero problems.

Sash:

I don't know that much about rife etc. just what I've read from Gary
Wade's site www.rifeenergymedicine.com/ although I started reading
about frequencies and stuff thru Hulda Clark's stuff years ago. I have
her little zappers but not a rife type machine yet. ;-) I stumbled on my
practitioner by accident as we had taken our kids to Toronto for
electrodermal testing for food sensitivities. It was thru her that I
found this family that is practicing rife and bicom etc.

They have several books that they get the frequencies from... one I know
is : The Handbook of Rife Frequency Healing: Holistic technology for
cancer and other diseases (Paperback) by Nina Silver (Author) and I'm
not sure of the other. Then they look up borrelia and take all the
frequencies listed and then dowsed or used the elctrodermal screending
to determine which #'s were the ones we needed to zap/use. He has dowsed
for 25 years, and they've been using electrodermal for years.

From my understanding using both machines is the frequency machine kills
it and the bicom eliminates the toxins out of the body (same as mercury
etc.) via urine/feces, balances the system etc. www.bicom2000.com
www.biocomtherapy.comhonestly I have much more reading to do on this
yet! ;-)

They dected borellia by way of electrodermal testing. He didn't seem to
think it was a big deal, then I did some research on it and said holly
crap! He said well we just kill and and we're done with it. He says even
advanced cases respond. He has people come from all over the world and
presently they are booking into DECEMBER! Ugggh. Thank goodness
for the odd cancellation.

Another interesting book I have heard about at amazon.com is :

When Antibiotics Fail: Lyme Disease and Rife Machines, with Critical
Evaluation of Leading Alternative Therapies by Bryan Rosner (Paperback -
Jan 2005)

I am feeling pretty great although I've also had a full dental revision
in June (at the same time as Mike- wave Hi Mike) down in Coloarado and
so some days are good and some are really fantastic. I was having
headaches for a few weeks, similar to after the revision but I confess I
wasn't doing my vit c flushes or baking soda baths which are part of the
follow up protocol AND I've been cheating and eating a few treats and
drinking tea which are on the DON'T EAT list! ;-) I went to this doctor
a month ago for zapping the borrellia, giardia and another one I can't
remember, but we ran out of time and so last week I went back to use the
bicom to help eliminate the mercry, borrellia and heavy metals (I have
more to do next time including giardia), my head hurt worse. He dowsed
and said probably 48 hrs I would feel shitty... which I did, and now
headaches seem gone? Knock on wood.

We'll see what happens.

There is a lady in Kentucky that trained my doctor in Toronto on the
Bicom (my guy is 77 and a converted MD). I spoke with her the other day
to get her info to pass on to others that were at the dental clinic. She
suggested that she might also be able to post to her Bicom user group to
find practitioners closer to my friends. I am unsure if all those who
use a Bicom would also practice rife type work.

Worth exploring though her website is http://www.harmonyh.com/
she mentioned she will be on a month or 2 month tour of the US
practicing in different cities, but I haven't had a chance to see where.

Not sure if any of this helps or not...

Re: CSHoney as an antibiotic - heat

2006-07-16 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler

Osiyo Nigadv!
Hello Everyone!

Honey of any purity will crystallize over time. Different flower nectars can
cause longer or shorter crystallization times. Honey taste goes from very
mild like orange and clover to a heavy flavor as in Horehound.
Crystallization or granulation begins as the water content continues to
evaporate and the glucose sets as the monohydrate. The color will also
darken.

Raw unfiltered honey may contain bits and pieces of body parts, wax, and
propolis. This is the real stuff and will not sell in the grocery stores.

Typical honey analysis: Fructose: 38%, Glucose: 31%, Sucrose: 1%, Water:
17%, Other sugars: 9% (maltose, melezitose), Ash: 0.17% .. Source: Sugar
Alliance

Commercial honey may have additives and filtration to reduce viscosity and
lengthen granulation time. Some mix different nectar honeys in a blend to
reduce strong flavors.

Raw unfiltered honey is normally very thick. You can prove this to yourself
by looking at the viscosity of raw unfiltered honey and the commercial
brands.
To return to liquid just gentle heat in a warm water bath, never boiling
hot tho as heat will kill the beneficial enzymes. Never in the microwave
either.
My Dad was a commercial apiarists and I was myself for many years as a
hobby. It is hard to make a living harvesting honey now-a-days.
Bee stings cured me of arthritis in my back. X-rays showed bone spurs on L4
and L5 and the only thing it could have been was the continual bee stings
that caused the spurs to disappear...

Giving honey to infants can be hazardous because some infants can develop
the disease known as infant botulism. This occurs because there is a natural
bacteria in the honey which cannot be filtered out. The bacteria then
produces a toxin, known as botulin, in the infant's intestines. After the
infant has become more than a year old, the intestine has matured and the
bacteria cannot grow. Even the honey in some processed foods can cause
botulism. After an infant ingests this bacteria, the disease can occur
within a few hours or even up to a week..

An other thing, I remember was that if honey candied it was impure

Buckwheat honey seems to stay liquid for a long time. I still have some
left in a jar that I bought more than a year ago that is still liquid. It
is not refrigerated although the HFS where I bought it kept it in a

I was told the other day that all the honey you get in the supermarket
is
pasteurized, unless you get something labelled raw honey. Happily
for me
I am able from time to time to get some honey direct from the producer.
The
heated honey tends not to solidify, so if I'm somewhere buying
supposedly
unprocessed honey and I notice one is turning solid, I tend to go for
that
as an indication that it has not been overheated. Gently warming to
get it

flowing to put in pots is different.
Rowena

Dad was a fanatic regarding the production of honey, he never heated it
above a certain temperature, if overheated it would destroy the enzymes
in
it, and the exact figure I can't remember, but he could look at honey
and

tell you whether it had been overheated.

CSCSVit C

2006-07-14 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler
Osiyo Nigadv!
Hello Everyone!

IMHO the best source of vitamin C is from the peels of tangerines. Oranges are
second.
The peels have most of all available vit C and the actual fruit has very little
therefore the juice is low in C.

I peel the fruit and put in a mesh bag to dry. I use a coffee grinder to make a
powder I put in homemade '0' size capsules (~250 mg each). I take as many as 10
capsules three times a day to balance the body out. Ten capsules causes diahria
in me so I get the flush needed. Very loose bowels are a sign of enough (over
dose) Vit C.
In addition I drink lots of water, 3 to 5 quarts a day, and several ounces of
homemade LVDC CS when needed.

Hello Everyone!

I have moved from IE6 to Mozilla Firefox as my default browser. Mozilla also
has Thunderbird email program I like better than Outlook Express.
http://www.mozilla.com/

Both of these are free and can be downloaded. I store the files in my own
folder so it does not bother the owner, my Son-In-Law, and he likes the Firefox
now as well.
I use another persons computer so I opened a C:/Bob's Stuff folder where I
put everything belonging to me so when I leave it is a simple copy to cd and
then erase.

Both programs are very good with very nice additional functions. I have to keep
IE6 because any Microsoft XP updates requires it but still have Firefox as the
default.

Re: CScs and herxing

2006-07-12 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler
Hi Zeb!

CS KILLS Candida on contact and the amount of 'good bacteria' it kills in the
gut is yet to be determined.
I have never heard of anyone getting Candida after taking CS internally in any
amount.

Using acidophilus as a probiotic is recommended but you also should add the
papaya enzyme for fast repopulation of the 'good bacteria' which will force out
the Candida.
For continued relief from stomach problems you can make and take a body balance
mixture of molasses and organic apple cider vinegar, 1/2 and 1/2, two to four
table spoons twice daily. My maintenance dose is two teaspoons twice daily.

I cured my GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) with this and the occasional
heartburn now from highly acidic tomato sauces I take a rounded teaspoon of
bicarbonate of soda in a glass of warm water.

In the post referring to using acdophilis for intestinal relief when using
cs., I am again wondering if cs does affect intestional flora and increase
yeast if it kills bacteria. If a probiotic relieves some of the symptoms of
the herx, it is possible maybe that it is contributing to candida? Just a
thought.

CSCS- Garlic

2006-07-10 Thread Staya Udanvti Bob Butler
To the best of my knowledge Garlic loses its enzymes rather quickly after being
cut open. If it is processed then all the enzymes have been killed. The enzymes
are the herbal remedy.
Best way to use is to take real, cheap , fresh, garlic cloves and slit them
open lengthwise, with the grain, and then take it maybe with a little olive oil
to make a smoother trip down the esophagus. Take two or three cloves twice
daily for best retention of the enzymes.
Slicing across the grain, pressing and chopping or mincing is ok too if used
right away, but any processed garlic is more than likely dead and cannot
perform its herbal cure.
If you smell like garlic from taking garlic then your body is kicking out the
toxins. When all the toxins are gone then there is no objectionable body/breath
odor.

Humidity is good. Sometimes.
In the desert southwest we used to take the exhaust hose from the dryer and
put a panty hose over the outlet to allow humidity to escape into the house
vice exhausting outside.
Just turn inside out the panty hose and reuse as needed. The mesh is small
enough to capture most of the lint and still allow good drying.
