I have tried Iodoral and Lugols. I get shakey, nauseated, rapid heartbeat, headache and feel like I'm going into an anxiety attack. I've had a stroke so you can imagine how these symptoms worry me. I've tried taking extremely small amouts of both products and still cannot take them. I know you have mentioned how well magnescent works and I have considered that but I hate investing even more money if it makes me feel bad. Best regards... I have a question about this. It is my understanding that liposomal encapsulation enables the encapsulated material to bypass processing by the digestive system and enter the blood stream directly. I can see how that might be great for some items like ascorbic acid (Vit C) that are in the pure form that cells can use immediately. But is it a good thing for any and all supplements? Yes, Del... We absolutely should use our own discrimimation with this process. I am strictly experimenting and do not recommend anyone do what I am doing. I feel whether we take these suppliments in pill form or liposomal it all basically ends up in the same place...no? Except for the vit.
