Bricky,

You may also have a gluten intolerance. Try changing your selenium
supplement to another brand to see if that makes a difference. How much are
you taking? 200mcg is the usual dose.

The selenium supplement that causes me to break out with cold sores is from
Puritan Pride 200 mcg and states it is as selenium yeast. I can eat Brazil nuts

noted that bread raises my heart rate within 30 minutes over 10 beats per

I find myself in this situation now as well. I have had to give up
quite a few foods (is coffee food?) that I have eaten regularly in the
past. I may be able to add some back eventually, but must desensitize
from them first and give myself time to get back to normal.

  This was the page

viral herpes cases were actually fungal infections, and taking lamisil for a
few months would get rid of the infection. He seemed to be stuck on the fact
that it must be Lamisil, and did not mention any other anti-fungal agents.

I am not recommending this, it is just what I have read on the internet.

No one I've given CS to for that purpose has ever found anything that
worked better.
Simply dab it on a sore before it emerges and it won't emerge. [according
to them..I don't have that problem myself]

Aids sore healing after it's too late.

My GF, after having done that a few times over a few years, rarely ever has
to anymore...like almost never.

It's like the sores tell themselves.. Hey, she has CS, why bother doing all
that work it takes to even start popping up?

..and she doesn't use CS every day for other things.

I keep some in the car to give to suffering strangers.
The very first CS generator I sold was used for that and AMAZED that dude

starting in 1999, and completely cured it. Have not had any outbreaks
now in over 10 years, before taking the CS hardly a month would go by
without an outbreak. Anyone who tells you that herpes is incurable is
feeding you BS. It is propaganda spread by the pharms which want to
sell you something you have to keep buying to keep it in check, instead
of curing it completely.

I take L-Lysine daily, about 3 grams, and rarely get one anymore.
