A US plug adapter was in the box so I guess it was the UK flag on the box that got me thinking I had a european model. I set it up and working fine but wasn't playing some songs in my itunes using the SB server even though they are DRM free and purchased on itunes. I haven't tried a USB stick yet. I currently have mine setup with a headphone rig too. The touch interface seemed a little awkward to me at first (just the fact that it is a touch interface - nothing to do with how Logitech designed it), but I'm surprised how quickly I've gotten used to it, even using my left hand. My wife really liked it too. I think we have another Touch in our future to replaced the SB3 in the family room. Yes, my wife is an enabler :-). It's great that is functions like a controller too. Trent Reznor does some crazy good recordings...just getting into more of his material. I got mine today for $225 plus tax here in CT but it looks like a european version meant for UK and Europe from the printing on the box. No mention of USA. It is the same machine anyway. Power supply is international 100 - 240V 50/60Hz the delivered plugs may not fit if it really is an Eu version ? (why use different packaging ?) You can use a travel adapter in the meantime then order some fitting slide on power plates if it is so. Just placed an order today at 11:53a PST and got both discounts. I had gone as far as placing one in my cart yesterday at work then decided to wait to see if my brother wanted one. By the time I got home the offer expired. When I came back to work today, the discount price must have been cached in my browser somehow so I placed the order and it went through, I called them and confirmed it went through. If it worked for me it might work for others! They wouldn't offer me a credit for the full price pre-orderd one I bought though and said the offer expired on 4/13. I still feel it's a rotten thing to do those who pre-ordered. I ordered mine at 23.11 hrs last night (13th) on the Logitech UK site, using neither of the codes posted (although I did use a personal half price code) and received notification today at 15.12 hrs that it had been shipped. It is now in Utrecht, Holland and due to arrive with me on the 16th (realistically two days from when I ordered it). That is amazing and not a little odd, judging by other reports. Didn't work for me. The site would accept nothing but a 9 digit coupon/voucher code number. The two codes listed on the site do not have 9 digits. Maybe it's because I'm in the UK.
