[SOGo] Multiplebookings for Resources
Ok, I apologize for all the traffic today but I think I have it working mostly now. The reason for all the drama is my supervisor is trying all she can to get us to go with an exchange system and I will do everything I can to keep that from happening. So here is my question: We are using thunderbird with lightning and the sogo integrator/connector. When I create an entry and invite a resource to that meeting it works fine. Then when I go to another pc/user and try to "double book" the resource the only warning I get is the dark blue "busy bar" in the time slot. However when I do the same as the same user in the web interface I get that and a warning popup. Is there anything in the roadmap that would allow this to happen in thunderbird/lightning? We can't use the web interface currently due to it being too "different" from seamonkey/thunderbird email client in terms of email composition. Mostly in the way it does either HTML or plain text and not both. So "just use the web interface" is not an acceptable answer for the high'er ups. Thanks for all that guided me in the right direction on getting this far. Donny B. -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

I should define the following: defaults -u sogo write sogod KindFieldName thing defaults -u sogo write sogod MultiplebookingsFieldName Multiplebookings If this is an example ldif I would use to input the resources: dn: uid=meetingroom,ou=Users,dc=example,dc=com objectClass: inetOrgPerson objectClass: organizationalPerson objectClass: person objectClass: top objectClass: CalendarResource objectClass: calEntry cn: Big Meetingroom sn: Meetingroom displayName: Example Big Meetingroom givenName: Big Kind: thing mail: meetingr...@example.com Multiplebookings: 0 uid: meetingroom And I do not need to give it a uidNumber or gidNumber correct?
