Bug with latest update in Linkedin app

2020-06-07 Thread turab chimthanawala
Hi all,
I am experiencing a bug in the Linkedin IOS app after the recent
update. For any post on my new feed, voice over reads the 3 options
viz. React, Comment and Share together as one button. On tapping it,
the comment box opens. It is not possible to React to or share the
post.
The same trouble is experienced after opening the post.
Anyone facing this issue?
Thanks
Best
Turab

Hi Marie,
I just shared what voice over read to me in the settings.
Haven't used the feature, so I can't comment otherwise.

To be a bit more specific, you initiate speak screen by placing focus on one of
the items in the status bar such as the time and then swipe down with two
fingers.

Hello,

Speak screen is primarily intended to be used by people who do not usually use
voice over. In other words, people who on occasion may need to have contents of
the screen read aloud but do not normally wish to have to interact with a
screen reader all the time.

Re: Speak Screen

2020-06-07 Thread Julian
Hello,

Speak screen is primarily intended to be used by people who do not usually use
voice over. In other words, people who on occasion may need to have contents of
the screen read aloud but do not normally wish to have to interact with a
screen reader all the time.

Disney Plus on my IPhone

2020-06-07 Thread Debbie Downey
Hello,

Several months ago I subscribed to Disney Plus on my Amazon Fire TV through
their app and my monthly charge is to my credit card on file with Amazon.

Since then I've tried to sign into the Disney Plus app on my IPhone and I'm
told that that email or password doesn't exist. Does this have to do with
the fact that I'm paying through Amazon? If so, do I have to pay for another
subscription through Apple to be able to use the Disney Plus app on my
IPhone?

Thanks!

Debbie

Trying to subscribe to Apple TV Plus, and I'm caught in a loop

2020-06-07 Thread richring
I'm trying to subscribe to Apple TV Plus, and I seem to be caught in a never
ending loop. I attempt to subscribe, I click the continue button, and I am
asked to confirm with side button. I press the side button and I'm back at
the screen with the continue button. I press the continue button and I'm
asked to confirm with side button. I simply don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I'm using an iPhone 11 with iOS 13.5.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I watched a free episode of a series
called "defending Jacob" and I really want to see more of the series!

Come on guys, enough is enough with this thread.
Yes, this person made a very rude and inappropriate comment. However, she did
appoligize for it. Was it wrong to make such a comment, yes, but every one
makes mistakes and she owned up to it and appoligized.
Its time to let it go.

I have speak screen disabled. I can still swipe

Carolyn, if you disable, Speak Screen, the 2

That's good it still works. It says in Accessibility / Spoken content, or
at least it insinuates, that Speak Screen needs to be turned on to work. I
should have tested it before posting. Thank you for the heads-up.

I have speak screen disabled. I can still swipe down with two fingers to
read the screen. This is a voice over feature.

Carolyn, if you disable, Speak Screen, the 2 finger swipe down gesture from
the top of the screen won't read the screen contents any longer, that's if
you ever use this feature just so you know.

Carolyn,
Check under Settings, Accessibility, Spoken Content.
Turn off speak screen and speak selection if they are on.
