The phone always gives those scary messages when it's about to reset, but *if you're sure you have an ICloud backup,* you can reset it and then restore from the ICloud backup in the next screen. You're in the iTunes store. Press F6, and you should eventually land on the library button, if you're running iTunes 11. When Window-Eyes is running, iTunes detects it and apparently automatically activates VO on an iPhone. Otherwise, you must activate VO on your iPhone from within iTunes manually. I don't understand what jaws or window eyes has to do with VO loading up on the phone? It really shouldn't make a difference if it's a setup through the phone and not using the computer. In my experiences, if she's using jaws on the pc, VO will not turn itself on. P.S. VO is still on the phone, btw, it just needs to be reactivated via either the method I stated or through iTunes once your device shows up again. As for your apps, in the setup, just set it up from a backup (it'll give you the option.)
