What was the story with Q-Moog? Last week I re-discovered the Arc Of
Blueness which came out on SSR / Crammed a few years back. I know it
has something to do with Rhythm-Tech records, but I am not sure.
Info please?

Hi,
For years now i have this double 12 on red and blue vinyl with no labels on
it. I don't have a clue who made it. The matrix number says KMSG-1. So i
suposse it has something to do with KMS. I think this record is from
different artists. SOme of the tracks just sound like Carl Craig, another

Hi,
I've long since been wondering which track features as the opening track of
Derrick Carter's mixtape of mixtapes 'Dialog: Head vs Heart'.
It's a saxy house track with the following lyrics: He's a player, player,
he'll get next to you, he's a player, player, this is what he'll do, he'll

There have been a number of remixes -- I'm not sure which would be the saxy
one, could be the Claudio Coccoluto mix, could be the original...

Well... First you go down the street, then you make that one turn. After
that you'll want to go down a ways until you see Big Willie, he'll be
standin' on the corner. Don't ask him for directions 'cause he doesn't know
how to get there. You keep goin a few miles until you come to the freeway.
That does look particularly execrable. I guess, now that
advertisers/sponsors have twigged what a cash cow dance music can be, the
days of a major UK festival with Kraftwerk headlining and an entire Detroit
tent are long gone... Damn, I wish I could afford 400 quid to get over for
the DEMF.
tribal gathering 1997(?) was possibly one of the
best days of my life.
highlights included:

aux88 live.
carl craig (1st ever live innerzone orchestra performance?)
seeing the cream of detroit at the back of the stage
while jeff mills was on between 6-8am.

I'll agree with this one. It was definately a day that
goes down in my books for basically all the same
reasons.
