I think you're confusing them with another shop...they're definitely still
open.
I've heard mixed things about their order fufillment but it depends on your
frame of reference I think. They're a small shop and they do their
best...they're quicker than a lot of other shops from what I hear.
I know I am bit slow in replying but Shake played a blinder the day before
