September 3 marks a sad anniversary--the passing of
Detroit's James Stinson at the age of 33 from heart
complications.
I remember clearly the day I heard the news; I ended up

and over. The raw power and passion of Positron

Andrew, you put into words, things which a lot of people would like to say.

The Groovetech sale is crazy. 50-70% off lots of good stuffs.
I spent all w/e going through it and came out with about 50
records, many at £2.
So that explains why theyre sold out of virtually everything at the moment
;)
Peace,

Weird, I was just watching this show on cable this weekend about the
rebuilding of Potzdammer Platz and was telling my wife that the club was
slated to be sold or shut down some time soon and then made a comment that
we should visit before it does.
Haven't the authorities been trying to close

Hello.

Manchester)
how was it - I'm interested to know?
it was in the same warehouse that they used for 24 hr party people wasn't

(i.e the one they turned in to the hac)
Yup think a few folk went - for a commercial event it was suprsingly good
and there were only had a few gripes. I think the fact that all the wack
trance djs/punters were at creamfields helped a lot. I took some pics at :
http://www.tardis.ed.ac.uk/users/mbl/pics if you wanna check the action !
Crikey is Jim Masters still going :) last saw him playing a hands free set
with Final Scratch with Trevor Rockcliffe, nice bloke mind, got me a drink

Trevor rocked the place but the turn out was very poor...

I have to drop a little recommendation for this new-ish record shop in
amsterdam. (3 months old)
anyone living or visiting should check it out - they have some rare s**t,

It's just near rushhour too, on the next street up from the main post
office as you walk up
Don't have a sample for this one... There was this old West Coast breaks
track that was big in the early 90s... All of the West Coast DJs used to
play it. Had a sample that went something like dance with your speaker til
your hearing blow.
Anyone know what this is?
Thanks.
Hello, all!
Maybe here's someone who can help with following information:
Some friends of mine just planning to go to Stockholm and
just want to know if there will be some techno events this weekend (in
Stockholm or somewhere in the neighbour).
Also what's the situation with recordshops
