I've heard 'em, and they're okay for $99 speakers. they're nice if you need
something portable -- my pal brought a pair to Detroit so we'd have something
to screw around with Ableton and watch dvd's on in the hotel. I'd say they're
more on the level of good computer speakers than cheap profess

I've been using a pair of M-Audio Studiophile SP5B's for the past 2 years
and have no compalints. I always mixdown on them, and check my mixes on the
home and car stereos. Whatever you do, just avoid home speakers. Your mixes
will most likely sound like garbage when you listen to them on other
syst
He's still there and it's still a great shop. They've just moved to larger
premises and also now have a coffee shop downstairs. It's still on Old St
though.
