What is the track (or tracks) that samples this? I've heard DJs play it a ton.
I'm glad people still seem to be interested...
What I know is that Jay Denham gets booked pretty regularly in
Berlin, naturally! (He appeared to be never without a few Tresor
bookings a year for ages, from what I could see.)

There appears to be a use of the sample by DJ Assault, but I can't find
the actual release, only a mention on various DJ mixes. I have to
confess to owning the CD below, so I can check tonight. (I only listened
to it once or twice, ok?!?!?!?! ;-)

You sure Ken, Din Daa Da came out in like 1983ish...

Dia Daa Daa was the track DJ Assault sampled on the Purple EP, which also
features the great Sex On The Beach.

Hello,
This is going to be a really short one...a short message and short tour.
The new record titled city saturate is nearly done
(phew finally) and off to mastering in a few short weeks.
To celebrate this I have booked a very short 3 city tour before I take a small
break from playing live

i have been buying records like a nut lately, and i am ecstatic to discover
that you can actually mailorder records, find the ones you're looking for even
and for good prices, in the USA again..it hasn't been this good since when
groovetech went under imho, especially for those of us who don't
also, i dont know if anyone has noticed but forced exposure is
actually on the ball now. it takes less than 3 business days from
ordering to get the records to pittsburgh. theyre also rocking the
flatrate shipping, and they seem to be stocking lots of good stuff in
the 313 realm and outside of it

that's cool, but they still have a ways to go -- they claim their catalog is a
fairly accurate representation of their stock, but i got ~ 40% fill on my order
there just last week -- and one of the records they sent me was the wrong one,

Planet X has been good to me as of late No mistakes and 100% order fills
