Cool people are talking about Garnier!! Wondering if any of you caught
nights on his tour to promote his new album? He plays 'Live in the Mix' I
saw him in April and he blew me away!!

No mention of I:Cube? They've been on a rather diverse role for quite some time
now. Lovely deep stuff.

I love the way Cyclone's posts are always thought

To be honest, I'm not sure I know that much French
artists' music, at least not much that has grabbed me.
I have a couple of F-Comm records, and maybe an I-Cube
or so, but apart from that, nothing comes to mind.
What are some of the

I forget that france even has electronic music producers (til i
pull out the vinyl).
Yann Fontaine did a cool 12 on Brique Rouge (#7) -- far from what you
typically associate w/ French house...

I reckon St Germain, I:Cube and even Carl Craig could do some

Isn't F Communications from Laurent Garnier? I
always tought that
Eric Morand is running F Com.
Sorry, I did not mean that Garnier ran the label, but that it is the label
on which he does most of his releases ! Yep, you must be right for Eric

Isn't it the case that Eric Morand started FComm with Laurent Garnier, whom I
believe is
co-director of the label, after FNAC disolved in 1993. I also heard that a lot
