chicago needs to take a clue from detroit and start up their own kick ass

I was talking about this @ the DEMF, but then I caught myself. a) Navy Pier

Paul Johnson's 2 AM Music ep (Dance Mania 124) is definitely deep
or garage -- not DM's usual jackin' sound, to be sure.
He's a very talented producer, lots of good tracks in various subgenres.

One of my favorite tracks of all time is the (Construction mix) off
Paul Johnson Armando 3rd Dimension Djax-Up-181.
This track is simply bad ass old school Chicago house, minimal dry
crispy 808 with with 707 tambs and toms
i can't remember EVER hearing a garage record coming out of Pauls

how about missing A Guy Called Gerald's live set ... he went on at

My suggestion would be a kiosk monitors like at the airport when you check

Yeah, the Scan 7 live set was an unexpected surprise. I thought it was just
going to be Trackmaster Lou spinning, but instead they tore sh**t up in true UR
style. Also I was very impressed with the RX-7 set. It was cool to see Keith
Tucker playing back with Aux 88.

The scheduling at the Underground stage on Monday fell apart due to
constant staging problems, from what I could tell. I'm not exactly
sure why the Pubahs got rescheduled, but those kinds of things happen.

The other Peacefrog album has a number of gems I was intitially quick to
