I recall I had similar issue when upgrading to 2.1.2. The problem
disappeared after I had the time synchronized on all 3 boxes.

Looks like we'll be building out a room for the Access Grid. We would
like to put up 3, 6 foot screens so that we have 18 foot of screen as
seamless as possible. Any suggestions? What we've found is amazingly
heavy material and rather expensive.
In our room rear-projection would be preferred bu

Has anybody created a application (in Python or something else) that will
'cleanup' a Windows AG session, when, for whatever reason, there are

The bttv module is automatically loaded when it is needed, for example
when 'vic' attempts to access /dev/video1

Does anybody have a vic prefs file, or the appropriate mods that should be
made to the vic to allow the vic capture windows to start up minimized (I'm
looking first at Windows)? And failing being able to do just the capture
windows, minimizing all the vic windows?
Here's what I'd like to see h

Aaron,
This bug is in bugzilla. I've been dealing with the same problem since our
generic cert expired. If you are only using your cert, create a proxy that
lasts 8747 hours. This will make the proxy last till the cert expires. By
then, the AG developers will have a new release out that wil
Hi,
I've been looking at the documentation as best as possible but don't
think I am looking at the right things. I have just set up a room

an xp box. the xp box is the display node and the linux boxes are the

We're running a Winnov 4400 with two cameras (and have tested with

quality from remote sites. I haven't looked for a way of getting
rid of the grey (gray!) surrounds yet, though.

Hey Jennifer,
Chris answered this already, but just for clarity sake, there *is* and echo
cancel option in rat, as Chris describes. It's on the lower right of the
audio options pane, the third check box is "Echo Suppression".
Harold,
Uncheck that to turn it off (if it's indeed on), but unless y

Hi All,
I am running AG toolkit 2.o on a Windows 2000 machine here. This is a
single machine based node. Everything was working fine until this
morning but now I'm having this strange problem on my end. As soon as I
start Venue Client it starts up fine, but when I press "Go" button for
going to Acc

I may have found an answer to my quality issue. I was under the impression
(obviously in error) that the BNC connectors on the 4400 were generating

specs more closely - my bad). When I connect the Canon cameras over a

Thanks for mentioning me, but I was at fault - I WAS thinking
of silence suppression although the question was about echo

Yah, oops, sorry for muddying the waters.

Greetings all,
This is my first post to the list, and I hope the adage about no wrong
questions holds true here.
I am setting up an access grid node using the 1.2x software, upgrading to 2

I have all 4 machines up and running, with static IPs set. My display

Mike,
I'll chime in... what's specifically buggy? Sounds like you're having
audio difficulties? Can you tell us more about your setup? They've
already said it - EC in the RAT.. not Vic.
I've been getting some requests lately from folks who have seen
