Hello,
Agree with Srinivasu and Prashant sir, Editable copies should never be
distributed by an organisation like SEBI. HTML (fully compliant with
WCAG) should be sufficient. In addition, daisy files with either
synthetic or human recorded audio will serve those who preffer an
audio version. All
One should ask for PDF with a caution. Depending upon how the PDF is created it
may or may not be accessible. PDF prepared with accessibility guidelines is OK
but the details are generally lost when there are several suppliers of files.

The government has asked for comments

I think HTML (on the website with good structure and comply with WCAG 2.0
standards) and/or PDF should be fine.
I think, it's unreasonable to ask for Word or .txt as in general
institutions like SEBI should not produce material in editable format from
security point of view.
Thanks,
Srini.
i think that the PDF files should be sufficient.

Yes, material in .txt format is good and occupies lesser space
compared to other formats. Some symbols may be used to indicate

Hi
When we are talking of reaching masses, the most accessible format is text
followed by Rich text format (RTF). This would be readable with a larger pool
of devices.
Daisy too would be a very good option which opens the possibility of easy
Braille printing.
Although, you have not mentioned
No, there is none.
