Joshua This is usually caused by the CD based image not being on the same service pack as the workstation you are trying to run Riprep on. You can install the service pack (i.e. SP2) directly in to the i386 source folder by running the upgrade.exe with a /s:{Path to i386}command. David Callow Sn
