We have a similar problem, we have wireless customers in an area that we
are over building with FTTH, and we no longer install new wireless service.
This trips an error because it wants to see wireless coverage. Have not got
a good response from them yet.

I wonder if it is like filing a tax return. You can file a blank return
with just a signature and you will not get fined for not filing or late

they are marked 'bsl_flag=false' in the fabric data. All of my locations
IDs are commercial/business which were hit or miss which were flagged
“fine”
