If you see enough problems that you're putting in a a remote PDU -
replace the router before putting in the PDU unless absolutely

This week I've had 2 RB4011 Routers lockup requiring a power cycle. They
were still passing some traffic, but stopped doing things like handing out
DHCP, or responding to SNMP. And you couldn't log into them via Winbox or

I think that this is only about the RB4011 hardware.
There were reports in the MikroTik forum about some users experiencing
lockups on RB4011 - more than I have seen with other models. I had opened a
support ticket with MikroTik asking if there was some kind of hardware
lockup issue with the RB401
Our home router is on 6.46.2, and is doing NAT. It is an RB493 however.
No lockups or anything unusual.
