Several times, and when you're on a tower, it's a major bummer. Break
out the hacksaw or use brute strength to just break it off.
Galvy nuts are cheap and they don't seize. I've also used silicon bronze

Wish they made the sector mounting hardware out of aluminum. You get
4 of them together and they weigh a ton.
I've seen lots of the stainless steel nuts on the PMP320 CPEs seize after a few
years until we've started automatically replacing them on new units. Not great
to have a factory issue like that but I've heard people say that Gemtek hasn't
responded/cared.

would have to replace both because galvanized nuts are usually tapped oversize
