My competitors are all starting them at $12/hr if that helps. I did that job for years and years. I believe that employees need a solid livable wage if you want them to mature and stay with the company. I also want them to really love their job, and feel like they are an important asset to this

You can run Ubiquiti gear backwards. In other words, you can power Ubiquiti with a Canopy POE without frying it. You cannot power a Canopy with a UBNT POE though, without swapping the cables. It has always been this way, so they must have the same auto-sensing power on the AF5X units as well.

We have Comcast in our area. We don't really try to compete with them. As far as price, our monthly cost is half of theirs. However, their cost per Mbps is much much less. Most customers in our area get between 25-100Mbps. We still get a lot of people switching because they don't need that
