Hi,
I've posted a few times about the Tascam US428. I believe I have it
working to some degree after a series of upgrades- Fedora core 1, ALSA
1.0.2b. It shows up in /proc/asound/cards and there are several entries

Hi,
I'm getting closer to using the Tascam US428 on RedHat 8.0 with ALSA
1.0.1 on a low-latency 2.4.21 kernel. I've managed to get the Tascam to
show up in /proc/asound/cards and in the list of devices on Audacity. I

freeze
challenge. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul Marquardt

TASCAM US-428 (1604:8001 if 0 at 001/012)
I've tried running jackd -d alsa -d hw:1,0
with no luck. Is there a way to link it to /dev/dspxx?
Any ideas would be appreciated. Please let me know if more info is needed.
Thanks
