Hmm, I noticed the same message in my amavis.log recently. However it
showed up only when spoofed mails were using a domain, that I am secondary
MX for. Maybe misconfigured sendmail? Made no diference to the way the
mails were handled. Spam stayed Spam.

Clamd is running as amavis, and it has worked up until now, without a
problem. It is not as far as I can tell a permission problem, as it has
always worked up to clamd-90.2
Does anyone else have this experience?

I found the error, if I use SQL Lookups for user defined policies and
WB List the spamscore is not inthe mail header. After i removed the
sql lookups i got the spamscore int the header.
Now i have to search reason/setting wich cause this.
