Sorry to bring this subject up again but I've been asked by our IT staff to ask you this: We need a scanner that works with Ariel 4.1, works with Illiad, works with Windows 7 and has a document feeder as well as a flat bed. Any ideas/suggestions/warnings appreciated!!! Thanks. Barb

I don't know how to fix it but I know that if I receive an article in grayscale, it takes about 30 minutes for the piece to download and it jams up ariel for a long time. Different issue I guess but i don't like to get grayscale for that reason. Barb Syvertson Interlibrary Loan Technician
