Someone said you can use SQL Server Express 2005. I was able to use SQL Server
Express 2008.

Not sure what version you bumped up to but I had and email sending issue and it
turned out that I did not install the new email service.
A big DOH! on my part. The batch file to install the service is in your
illiad\setup\EMailManagerUpdates folder. Then you start it and poof!
